以上のように、この実施の形態1では、室外機の電装品箱5の縦リレーパネル8の開口8aに取り付けられた方形枠状のヒートシンクサポート15に、L字状のヒートシンク取付プレート13のネジ固定穴13bを有する一方の端部を基板ホルダー14の長方形のプレート収納部14cに嵌め込み、ヒートシンク取付プレート13のもう一方の端部に設けた嵌合穴13aを基板ホルダー14のボス穴部14bに嵌合させ、ヒートシンク取付プレート13が取り付けられた基板ホルダー14をヒートシンクサポート15に当接させ、ヒートシンク取付プレート13のネジ固定穴13b、基板ホルダー14のプレート収納部14cのネジ穴及びヒートシンク12の台板12aのネジ穴12cにネジ17を螺合させ、ヒートシンク取付プレート13を基板ホルダー14を介してヒートシンク12にネジ止めし、さらにヒートシンク取付プレート13の嵌合穴13aに嵌合した基板ホルダー14のボス穴部14bを貫通したネジ18を縦リレーパネル8にネジ止めするようにしたので、ヒートシンク取付プレート13の一方の端部は基板ホルダー14を介したヒートシンク12にネジ17により導通状態に固定されるが、ヒートシンク取付プレート13の他方の端部は基板ホルダー14のボス穴部14bの周囲にあり、リレーパネル8やヒートシンク12とは絶縁が保たれた状態で固定されることとなり、火災時において基板ホルダー14、ヒートシンクサポート15及びエアーガイド16等の樹脂部品が溶けた場合においても、ヒートシンク12はヒートシンク取付プレート13で繋がって縦リレーパネル8と固定されることとなり、落下したり、転倒したりすることはない。
この場合、基板ホルダー14、ヒートシンクサポート15が溶けるため、基板ホルダー14とヒートシンクサポート15の肉厚分のガタでヒートシンク12が傾くだけで、落下することはない。

下部に開口を有する金属製の縦リレーパネルと、
該縦リレーパネルの開口に取り付けられた方形枠状で樹脂製のヒートシンクサポートと、
台板とその台板から突出する複数の放熱フィンとを有してなり、前記ヒートシンクサポートに嵌め付けられる金属製のヒートシンクと、
下部に前記ヒートシンクが嵌め付けられるシンク取付穴と、該シンク取付穴の近傍に長方形のプレート収納部及びボス穴部を有する方形で樹脂製の基板ホルダーと、
一方の端部にネジ固定穴を有し、他方の端部に嵌合穴を有する略L字状のヒートシンク取付プレートと、
電装部品を搭載し、前記ヒートシンクの台板に前記電装部品を当接させてネジ止めされる基板とを備えて構成され、
前記ヒートシンク取付プレートにおけるネジ固定穴を有する一方の端部を前記基板ホルダーのプレート収納部に嵌め込むと共にもう一方の端部に設けた嵌合穴を前記基板ホルダーのボス穴部に嵌合させ、
前記ヒートシンク取付プレートが取り付けられた前記基板ホルダーを前記ヒートシンクサポートに当接させ、前記ヒートシンク取付プレートのネジ固定穴、前記基板ホルダーのプレート収納部のネジ穴及び前記ヒートシンクの台板のネジ穴にネジを螺合し、該ネジにより前記ヒートシンク取付プレートを前記基板ホルダーを介して前記ヒートシンクにネジ止めし、さらに前記ヒートシンク取付プレートの嵌合穴に嵌合した前記基板ホルダーのボス穴部を貫通したネジを前記縦リレーパネルにネジ止めするようにしたことを特徴とする空気調和機の室外機。
