Description
The present invention relates to a rotor structure in which a flux barrier is formed on a rotor core.

When the rotor having the above configuration is rotated, a centrifugal force accompanying the rotation is generated in the radial direction, and the force is converted in the circumferential direction by the outer
The centrifugal force is expressed by the following formula (1).
Centrifugal force = Mass x Radius x (Rotational angular velocity) 2 ... (1)
When the stress distribution generated by the rotation of the rotor is measured by simulation, it can be seen that high stresses are concentrated on the outer
As described above, in the conventional rotor, the stress acting on the
The present invention has been made based on the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a rotor capable of reducing stress acting on the outer peripheral bridge of the rotor core without increasing leakage magnetic flux.
(Invention of Claim 1)
In the present invention, a first flux barrier and a second flux barrier are formed on the rotor core, and the first and second flux barriers are formed so that both end portions in the longitudinal direction are close to the outer periphery of the rotor core. A rotor of a rotating electrical machine having a central portion in the longitudinal direction convex toward the center side of the rotor core and having a second flux barrier on the convex side of the first flux barrier, the length of the first flux barrier being A first radial bridge that divides the first flux barrier along the radial direction of the rotor core, and a second flux barrier that is provided at the longitudinal center of the second flux barrier. A second radial bridge that divides the barrier along the radial direction of the rotor core, and one end side of the second flux barrier from the second radial bridge; Two circumferential bridges that are provided on the other end side and divide the second flux barrier along the circumferential direction of the rotor core, the first radial bridge and the two circumferential bridges being the rotor core It is characterized in that the distance in the radial direction from the center of each is substantially equal.
When the rotor is rotated, a centrifugal force accompanying the rotation is generated in the radial direction. 2 is converted in the circumferential direction at the outer peripheral portion of the rotor core (hereinafter referred to as the outer peripheral bridge) where both ends of the flux barrier are close.
Thereby, the stress accompanying rotation acts on the outer peripheral bridge of the rotor core. The stress acting on the outer peripheral bridge is expressed by the following formula (2).
Stress = circumferential force (centrifugal force) / cross-sectional area of the bridge ... (2)
In the present invention, since the first radial bridge and the two circumferential bridges are arranged at substantially the same distance in the radial direction from the center of the rotor core, a new arc is arranged in the circumferential direction at the position where each bridge is arranged. Will draw on. That is, it means that the cross-sectional area on which the stress acts increases. Therefore, the stress acting on the outer bridge can be reduced by increasing the cross-sectional area of the bridge represented by the above formula (2).
Note that the radial distance from the center of the rotor core to the circumferential bridge is greater than the radial distance from the center of the rotor core to the first radial bridge, that is, the circumferential bridge is the first radial direction. If the bridge is located on the outer side in the radial direction from the bridge, the stress acting on the outer peripheral bridge on the second flux barrier side (referred to as the second outer peripheral bridge) is the outer peripheral bridge on the first flux barrier side (first Smaller than the stress acting on the outer bridge). This is because the stress is dispersed between the circumferential bridge and the second outer bridge because the circumferential bridge is located in the vicinity of the second outer bridge.
On the other hand, the radial distance from the center of the rotor core to the circumferential bridge is smaller than the radial distance from the center of the rotor core to the first radial bridge, that is, the circumferential bridge is the first radial direction. If it is located on the inner side in the radial direction from the bridge, the stress acting on the first outer circumferential bridge is smaller than the stress acting on the second outer circumferential bridge. This is because the bending stress acting on the second outer peripheral bridge increases as the region outside the peripheral bridge (referred to as the outer barrier) of the second flux barrier becomes longer. Since the bending stress increases as the distance increases, the stress acting on the second outer peripheral bridge increases as the radius from the center of the rotor core to the circumferential bridge decreases.
On the other hand, in the present invention, the first radial bridge and the two circumferential bridges are arranged at substantially the same distance in the radial direction from the center of the rotor core, whereby the stress acting on the first outer bridge and the second The stress acting on the outer peripheral bridge can be made uniform, and when the circumferential bridge is arranged radially outward from the first radial bridge, the stress acting on the first outer bridge becomes smaller, and similarly The stress acting on the second outer bridge is smaller when the circumferential bridge is disposed radially inward than the first radial bridge. As a result, since the cross-sectional areas of the first outer peripheral bridge and the second outer peripheral bridge can be reduced, the leakage magnetic flux can be reduced and the torque can be improved.

The present invention can also be applied to an embedded magnet type rotor configured by fitting a permanent magnet into a flux barrier.
The best mode for carrying out the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the following examples.
FIG. 1 is a plan view showing the overall shape of the rotor core 1 according to the first embodiment, and FIG. 2 is a plan view showing one magnetic pole portion of the rotor core 1.

When the rotor is rotated, a centrifugal force accompanying the rotation is generated in the radial direction, and the force is converted in the circumferential direction by the first and second outer

According to the result of the simulation, it can be seen that stress is concentrated on the first and second outer
In the case of the comparative example 2, as in the case of the comparative example 1, the magnitude of the stress acting on the first and second outer
In the case of the prior art, not only the magnitude of the stress acting on the first and second outer
On the other hand, in the case of the present embodiment, the stress acting on the first outer
