Description
を用いて狭ピッチ配線間隔d1の2倍の配線端子間隔を持つ広ピッチの配線端子82、83を形成できるので、ウイスカによる配線端子間及び接触端子間における短絡等の影響を排除することができる。また、FFC2と独立した補助配線基板8を用いることにより、FFC2側の仕様変更を殆ど伴わず、補助配線基板8側のみ配線設計すればよいので設計が簡単となり、独立して製作できるので、製造が容易になる。また、FFC2側の変更を抑え、補助配線基板8側の設計のみで対応することが可能なので、FFC2の従来の接続互換性を保つことができる。

Claims (2)
- 平面状に横一列に狭ピッチの配線を持つフレキシブルフラットケーブル(以下、FFCという)の配線端子を、狭ピッチ配線対応で両面接点型のフラットケーブル用コネクタ(以下、FC用コネクタという)の接触端子に接続する狭ピッチフレキシブル配線において、
前記FFCは、絶縁基板上に絶縁樹脂で覆われた前記狭ピッチ配線を備えており、前記FC用コネクタの接触端子と接続される部位において、前記狭ピッチ配線の隣接する各2本配線の一方が前記絶縁基板上面に沿って通り、他方が前記絶縁基板に設けたスルーホールを介して前記絶縁基板下面に沿って通すことで、前記狭ピッチ配線を絶縁基板の表裏に交互に配して配線間隔を2倍に拡大した配線端子を有している、ことを特徴とする狭ピッチフレキシブル配線。 - 平面状に横一列に狭ピッチの配線を持つフレキシブルプリント配線板(以下、FPCという)の配線端子を、狭ピッチ配線対応で両面接点型のフラットケーブル用コネクタ(以下、FC用コネクタという)の接触端子に接続する狭ピッチフレキシブル配線において、
前記FPCは、絶縁基板上に前記狭ピッチ配線を備えており、前記FC用コネクタの接触端子と接続される部位において、前記狭ピッチ配線の隣接する各2本配線の一方が前記絶縁基板上面に沿って通り、他方が前記絶縁基板に設けたスルーホールを介して前記絶縁基板下面に沿って通すことで、前記狭ピッチ配線を絶縁基板の表裏に交互に配して配線間隔を2倍に拡大した配線端子を有している、ことを特徴とする狭ピッチフレキシブル配線。
