Description
The present invention relates to an active vibration noise control apparatus for canceling vibration noise at an evaluation point by causing interference between vibration noise to be canceled and a canceling sound for canceling the vibration noise.
Due to the rotation of various rotating bodies such as engine crank, transmission main shaft, counter shaft, propeller shaft, etc. related to the operation of the engine of the vehicle, the rotational frequency of the rotating body is related to the rotational frequency in the vehicle compartment during the operation of the vehicle. Vibration noise is generated.
In Patent Document 1, a canceling sound for canceling an engine-covered sound is generated from a speaker (cancelling sound generator), and at the evaluation point (listening point) at which a microphone (error signal detector) is arranged, the engine-covering is described. There has been proposed an active vibration noise control apparatus that cancels the engine noise due to interference between the sound and the canceling sound. In this case, the microphone detects residual noise at the evaluation point based on a difference between the engine booming sound and the canceling sound as an error signal. The active vibration noise control apparatus sequentially updates a filter coefficient based on the error signal and a reference signal corresponding to the frequency of the engine booming noise, and cancels the engine booming noise using the updated filter coefficient. The cancellation signal is generated. The speaker outputs the canceling signal as the canceling sound.
By the way, the engine noise is periodic vibration noise caused by the rotation of the rotating body, and is composed of a real component and an imaginary component. The residual noise at the evaluation point is also composed of a real component and an imaginary component. However, since the microphone can detect only the real number component of the error signal corresponding to the residual noise, the active vibration noise control device of Patent Document 1 ignores the imaginary number component, and the real number component and the reference signal. Based on the above, the filter coefficient update calculation is performed. As a result, the active vibration noise control device cannot generate the cancellation signal with high accuracy.
Therefore, Patent Document 2 estimates the imaginary component from the real component of the error signal detected by the microphone, and updates the filter coefficient of the adaptive notch filter using the real component, the estimated imaginary component, and the reference signal. It has been proposed to do.
By the way, in the evaluation point, when the engine noise is canceled by causing the engine noise and the canceling sound to interfere, the microphone adds to the residual noise of the cancellation target frequency based on the difference between the engine noise and the cancellation noise, Sounds other than the residual noise (for example, road noise and musical sound) are also detected. Therefore, when the imaginary component is simply estimated from the real component of the error signal detected by the microphone, the estimated imaginary component is added to the sound other than the residual noise in addition to the imaginary component corresponding to the residual noise. Since the corresponding noise is also included, the estimation accuracy of the imaginary component may be reduced.
The present invention has been made in consideration of such problems, and generates a real component and an imaginary component at the frequency of the vibration noise to be canceled from the real component of the error signal, and increases the estimation accuracy of the imaginary component. It is an object of the present invention to provide an active vibration noise control device that can reliably reduce the vibration noise by improving.

According to the present invention, the phase / amplitude coefficient is extracted from the real number component of the error signal, and the real number component and the imaginary number component of the error signal are generated based on the extracted phase / amplitude coefficient and the reference signal. The estimation accuracy of the imaginary component is improved, and as a result, the vibration noise can be surely reduced.
In this case, the phase / amplitude coefficient extractor generates a correction error signal based on the second adaptive notch filter that outputs a control signal based on the reference signal, the real number component of the error signal, and the control signal. The second filter coefficient of the second adaptive notch filter is sequentially calculated using adaptive calculation so that the correction error signal is minimized based on the correction error signal generator and the reference signal and the correction error signal. And a second filter coefficient updater that extracts the updated second filter coefficient as the phase / amplitude coefficient.
As a result, the phase / amplitude coefficient can be reliably extracted, so that the imaginary number component can be generated with high accuracy.
According to the present invention, the phase / amplitude coefficient is extracted from the real number component of the error signal, and the real number component and the imaginary number component of the error signal are generated based on the extracted phase / amplitude coefficient and the reference signal. The estimation accuracy of the imaginary component is improved, and as a result, vibration noise can be reliably reduced.

FIG. 1 is a block diagram showing a configuration of an active vibration
The active vibration
The

In this case, the

FIG. 2 is a block diagram showing a detailed configuration of the
The
The
The adaptive notch filter 54 outputs the cosine wave signal Rx multiplied by the filter coefficient Rw1 (second filter coefficient), and the adaptive notch filter 56 multiplies the sine wave signal Ix by the filter coefficient Iw1 (second filter coefficient). The
The
The
The
Here, the filter coefficient Rw1 that is sequentially updated based on the correction error signal e1 and the cosine wave signal Rx of the rotation frequency fe in the
The reason why the sequentially updated filter coefficients Rw1 and Iw1 can express the real component Re (Re2) and the imaginary component Ie (Ie2) of the error signal e (e2) at the rotation frequency fe will be described later.
On the other hand, the
The
The correction filters 74, 78, 162, and 166 include real components Rc of the simulated transfer function C ^ simulating the sound transfer characteristic (signal transfer characteristic) of the rotational frequency fe in the vehicle interior space 12 from the speaker 14 to the
Therefore, the correction filters 74 and 166 cause the real component Rc to act on the cosine wave signal Rx (corrects each), and the correction filters 76 and 168 cause the imaginary component Ic to act on the sine wave signal Ix (respectively). Correction filters 78 and 162 cause the real component Rc to act on the sine wave signal Ix (corrects each), and the correction filters 80 and 160 cause the imaginary component Ic to act on the cosine wave signal Rx, respectively (correction). Respectively).
The
The
The
On the other hand, the

e=P・x+C^・W2・x
=Re+iIe (1)
W2=Rw2+iIw2 (2)
x=Rx+iIx (3)
P=Rp+iIp (4)
C^=Rc+iIc (5)
Re=(Rp+Rc・Rw2−Ic・Iw2)Rx
−(Ip+Rc・Iw2+Ic・Rw2)Ix (6)
Ie=(Rp+Rc・Rw2−Ic・Iw2)Ix
+(Ip+Rc・Iw2+Ic・Rw2)Rx (7)
Here, the error signal e is represented by the following equation (1), and the filter coefficient W2, the reference signal x, the transfer characteristic P, and the simulated transfer function C ^ are real components as in the following equations (2) to (5). When represented by (Rw2, Rx, Rp and Rc) and an imaginary component (Iw2, Ix, Ip and Ic), the real component Re of the error signal e can be represented by the following equation (6), while the error The imaginary component Ie of the signal e can be expressed by the following equation (7). Note that i represents an imaginary unit.
e = P · x + C ^ · W2 · x
= Re + iIe (1)
W2 = Rw2 + iIw2 (2)
x = Rx + iIx (3)
P = Rp + iIp (4)
C ^ = Rc + iIc (5)
Re = (Rp + Rc.Rw2-Ic.Iw2) Rx
− (Ip + Rc · Iw2 + Ic · Rw2) Ix (6)
Ie = (Rp + Rc.Rw2-Ic.Iw2) Ix
+ (Ip + Rc · Iw2 + Ic · Rw2) Rx (7)
W2n=Rw2n+iIw2n (8)
Rw2n+1=Rw2n−μ・Re・(Rc・Rx−Ic・Ix) (9)
Iw2n+1=Iw2n+μ・Re・(Ic・Rx+Rc・Ix)(10)
Further, when the filter coefficient W2n in the current (current) sampling n is expressed by the following expression (8), an arithmetic expression for updating the filter coefficient W2 in the
W2n = Rw2n + iIw2n (8)
Rw2 n + 1 = Rw2n−μ · Re · (Rc · Rx−Ic · Ix) (9)
Iw2 n + 1 = Iw2n + μ · Re · (Ic · Rx + Rc · Ix) (10)
In addition, since the derivation method of the above-described formulas (1) to (10) is described in detail in Patent Document 2, detailed description thereof is omitted in this specification.
In the active vibration
On the other hand, FIG. 4 is a schematic block diagram showing the active vibration
e=P・x+C^・W2・x
=(P+C^・W2)・x
=P´・x (11)
Here, from the above equation (1) and FIGS. 4 and 5, the error signal e can be expressed by the following equation (11) using the transfer characteristic P ′.
e = P · x + C ^ · W2 · x
= (P + C ^ · W2) · x
= P 'x (11)
P´=P+C^・W2
=Rp´+iIp´ (12)
Therefore, the transfer characteristic P ′ can be expressed by the following equation (12), where the real component is Rp ′ and the imaginary component is Ip ′.
P '= P + C ^ · W2
= Rp '+ iIp' (12)
e1=e+W1・x
=P´・x+W1・x (13)
Further, the correction error signal e1 generated by the
e1 = e + W1 · x
= P'.x + W1.x (13)
As described above, the
P ′ · x = −W1 · x (14)
W1=Rw1+iIw1 (15)
W1n=Rw1n+iIw1n (16)
Rw1n+1=Rw1n−μ・Re・Rx (17)
Iw1n+1=Iw1n+μ・Re・Ix (18)
Since the
W1 = Rw1 + iIw1 (15)
W1n = Rw1n + iIw1n (16)
Rw1 n + 1 = Rw1n-μ · Re · Rx (17)
Iw1 n + 1 = Iw1n + μ · Re · Ix (18)
e=P´・x
=−W1・x
=−(Rw1+iIw1)・(Rx+iIx)
=−{(Rw1・Rx−Iw1・Ix)
+i(Rw1・Ix+Iw1・Rx)} (19)
Here, e = P ′ · x from the equation (11) and P ′ · x = −W1 · x from the equation (14), so that the error signal e is expressed by the equations (3), (11), From the formulas (14) and (15), it is expressed by the following formula (19).
e = P '· x
= -W1 x
=-(Rw1 + iIw1). (Rx + iIx)
=-{(Rw1, Rx-Iw1, Ix)
+ I (Rw1 · Ix + Iw1 · Rx)} (19)
Re=−(Rw1・Rx−Iw1・Ix) (20)
Ie=−(Rw1・Ix+Iw1・Rx) (21)
Therefore, from equation (19), the real component Re and the imaginary component Ie of the error signal e are expressed by the following equations (20) and (21), respectively.
Re = − (Rw1 · Rx−Iw1 · Ix) (20)
Ie = − (Rw1 · Ix + Iw1 · Rx) (21)
As shown in the equations (20) and (21), the real component Re and the imaginary component Ie of the error signal e are the filter coefficient Rw1 that is the real component of the filter coefficient W1 and the imaginary component of the filter coefficient W1. Since the filter coefficient Iw1 is included, the filter coefficients Rw1 and Iw1 are coefficients (phase / amplitude coefficients) that can represent the real component Re and the imaginary component Iw1 (the amplitude and phase of the error signal e) of the error signal e. I can understand.
Therefore, in the active vibration
In the
Therefore, according to the active vibration
That is, the
6A is a characteristic diagram showing a time change of the error signal e, and FIG. 6B is a characteristic diagram showing a time change of the update amount of the filter coefficient W2 when the real component Re2 and the imaginary component Ie2 of the error signal e2 are not generated. FIG. 6C is a characteristic diagram showing the change over time of the update amount of the filter coefficient W2 in the active vibration
When the adaptive calculation of the filter coefficient W2 is performed without generating the real number component Re2 and the imaginary number component Ie2, as shown in FIG. 6B, the update amount of the filter coefficient W2 is large at the time when the level of the error signal e is large. On the other hand, the update amount of the filter coefficient W is small at the time when the level of the error signal e is small. That is, the update amount of the filter coefficient W is changed in synchronization with the time change of the level of the error signal e, and it takes a long time for the error signal e to converge to the zero level.
On the other hand, in the active vibration
As a result, the update amount of the filter coefficient W2 does not change in synchronization with the change in the level of the error signal e, so that the error signal e can be converged to the zero level in a short time. That is, it is possible to reduce engine noise in a short time.
Further, in Patent Document 2, the imaginary component Ie is estimated based on differentiating the real component Re of the error signal e, although the error signal e is less likely to fluctuate greatly between sampling periods.
On the other hand, in the active vibration
Of course, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications can be made based on the description in the specification and the drawings.
