Claims (5)
- 透明基板の一面に導電膜及び絶縁膜を順次成膜する段階と、
前記導電膜及び絶縁膜をハーフトーンマスクを利用して同伴パターニングすることにより、それぞれ分離されたパターンを持つ複数の第1連結パターンと、前記第1連結パターンの一領域を露出するように前記第1連結パターン上に部分的に位置される絶縁膜とを形成する段階と、
前記第1連結パターン及び絶縁膜が形成された前記透明基板上に透明電極膜を形成する段階と、
前記透明電極膜をパターニングすることによって、前記第1連結パターンの露出した領域を介して前記第1連結パターンと連結されて第1方向に沿って連結される複数の第1センシングパターンと、前記第1センシングパターンと絶縁されるように前記第1センシングパターンの間に配置されて、第2方向に沿って連結される複数の第2センシングパターンとを形成する段階と
を含むことを特徴とするタッチスクリーンパネルの製造方法。 - 前記導電膜及び絶縁膜をハーフトーンマスクを利用して同伴パターニングする段階は、
前記ハーフトーンマスクを利用して前記絶縁膜上に第1高さと前記第1高さより低い第2高さを持つフォトレジストを形成する段階と、
前記フォトレジストの下部を除いた残りの領域の導電膜及び絶縁膜をエッチング工程によって除去する段階と、
前記第2高さを持つフォトレジストとその下部の絶縁膜をアッシング及びエッチング工程によって除去し、前記第1連結パターンの一領域を露出する段階と、
前記絶縁膜上に残されているフォトレジストをアッシング工程によって除去する段階と
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンパネルの製造方法。 - 前記フォトレジストの下部を除いた残りの領域の導電膜及び絶縁膜をエッチング工程によって除去する段階は、
乾式エッチング工程によって前記絶縁膜を除去した後、湿式エッチング工程によって前記導電膜を除去するが、前記導電膜が前記絶縁膜より内側に位置するように前記導電膜をオーバーエッチングする段階を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のタッチスクリーンパネルの製造方法。 - 前記導電膜及び絶縁膜をハーフトーンマスクを利用して同伴パターニングする段階で、配線領域上に前記第2高さを持つフォトレジストを形成することによって、前記第1連結パターンをパターニングすると同時に、前記配線領域上に位置検出ラインをパターニングすることを含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のタッチスクリーンパネルの製造方法。
- 前記透明電極膜をパターニングする段階で、前記第2センシングパターンが前記第2方向に沿って連結されるようにする第2連結パターンを前記第2センシングパターンと一体に形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンパネルの製造方法。
