Claims (6)

容器(1)の口部(2)に装着される固定部(4)と、該固定部(4)にヒンジ結合するヒンジ部(6)を有する上蓋(5)からなり、該上蓋(5)の天面(16)には容器口部(2)に内接するインナーリング(10)と、前記固定部(4)と前記上蓋(5)とを一体に連結する周方向に破断可能なピルファープルーフバンド(11)を備えたヒンジキャップで(3)あって、
前記上蓋(5)には、該上蓋(5)開放時に容器口部(2)に当接して該上蓋(5)を開放状態に保持する自由端を下方に形成した突片(13)からなる開放保持手段と、前記上蓋(5)の天面(16)から垂下し、該上蓋(5)閉鎖時にその下端が該容器(1)の該口部(2)の上端面に当接する荷重受け部(14)とを有することを特徴とする、ヒンジキャップ。
