Claims (4)
- ガスタービンエンジン組立体(10)であって、
高圧圧縮機(14)と高圧タービン(18)と前記高圧圧縮機及び高圧タービン間に結合された第2のシャフト(32)とを含むコアガスタービンエンジン(13)と、
前記コアガスタービンエンジンに結合されたファン組立体(12)と、
前記コアガスタービンエンジンに結合された低圧タービン(20)と、
前記ファン組立体及び低圧タービン間に結合された第1のシャフト(31)と、
前記第1のシャフト及び第2のシャフト間に結合された差動スクイーズ油膜ダンパ軸受組立体(50)と、
を含み、
前記動スクイーズ油膜ダンパ軸受組立体(50)は、内側レース(52)と、前記第1のシャフトに外側レースばねを介して結合された外側レース(54)と、前記内側及び外側レース間に結合された少なくとも1つのベアリング(56)と、を含み、
前記外側レース(54)は、第1のシール(72)を受けるように構成された少なくとも1つの第1の溝(70)を含み、
前記第1のシール(72)が、エンジン運転時に前記外側レースばねと前記外側レース(54)との間をシールするのを可能にするように構成されており、
前記第2のシャフト(32)が、第2の方向(42)に回転し、また前記第1のシャフト(31)が、前記第2の方向と反対の第1の方向(40)に回転し、
前記ガスタービンエンジン組立体(10)は、
前記コアガスタービンエンジンに結合された潤滑システム(120)と、
前記第2のシャフトに結合されたシールランド部(60)と、
前記シールランド部(60)と前記第2のシャフトとの間のシールと、
前記第1のシャフトの半径方向内側の空間に配置されて該第1シャフトの半径方向内側に結合された潤滑油カバー(90)と
をさらに含み、
前記潤滑システム(120)が、前記第1のシャフトを介して潤滑流体を供給し前記差動スクイーズ油膜ダンパ軸受組立体(50)を潤滑し、
前記シールランド部(60)、前記第2のシャフト及び前記シールの間に第1の空洞(68)が形成され、該第1の空洞が前記潤滑システムに流体を流せるようにつながっており、
前記潤滑油カバーは、該潤滑油カバーと前記第1のシャフトとの間に第2の空洞(98)を形成し、前記第1のシャフトと共に回転し、
前記潤滑システムは、前記潤滑油カバーから前記第2の空洞まで該潤滑油カバーを貫通して延びる開口(142)を通して潤滑流体を供給し、
前記第1のシャフトは、前記第1の空洞が前記第2の空洞に潤滑流体を流せるようにつながる該第1のシャフトを貫通して延びる開口を備える
ことを特徴とする、ガスタービンエンジン組立体(10)。 - 前記内側レース(52)が、前記第2のシャフト(32)に結合されている、
請求項1記載のガスタービンエンジン組立体(10)。 - 前記外側レース(54)が、第2のシール(76)を受けるように構成された第2の溝をさらに含む、請求項1記載のガスタービンエンジン組立体(10)。
- 前記第1及び第2のシール(72、76)が共に、エンジン運転時に前記外側レースばねと前記外側レース(54)との間をシールするのを可能にするように構成される、請求項3記載のガスタービンエンジン組立体(10)。
