Description
Claims (29)
- 隣接する骨板(12,14)、特には隣接する頭蓋骨板を固定するためのインプラントであって、
前記骨板(12,14)がそれぞれ内側面(16)及び外側面(18)を有し、かつ、前記隣接する骨板(12,14)の前記内側面(16)にて支持されるのに適合した内側接触要素(20;92)と、前記隣接する骨板(12,14)の前記外側面(18)にて支持されるのに適合した外側接触要素(22;94)と、前記内側接触要素(20;92)及び前記外側接触要素(22;94)を互いにもはや分離し得ないように接続するための線状の柔軟な引張要素(34;98)とを有し、かつ
前記外側接触要素(22;94)が前記引張要素(34;98)用の少なくとも2つの離間した貫通穴(54a,54b,58a,58b;102a,102b)を有し、かつ
前記外側接触要素(22;94)が、前記引張要素(34;98)の自由ストランド(66a,66b;104a,104b)間の接続領域(68;106)を収容するための又は前記接続領域(68)を前記隣接する骨板(12,14)間の分離ギャップ(36)内に通すための、前記外側接触要素(22;94)を完全に貫く少なくとも1つの凹部(74;82;110)を有し、かつ
前記少なくとも1つの凹部(74;82;110)が、前記骨板の固定時に前記接続領域(68;106)が前記外側接触要素(22;94)の外面の下に位置し得るように形成され、かつ
前記接続領域(68;106)用の前記少なくとも1つの凹部(74;82;110)が、前記貫通穴のうちの一つ(58b;88)を形成し、該貫通穴のうちの一つ以外の前記貫通穴(54a,54b,58a)よりも幅広であり、前記外側接触要素(22;94)の外側領域に配置され、かつ
前記接続領域(68;106)が結び目(70;108)によって形成され、かつ
前記結び目(70;108)が引き結びの形である、
インプラント。 - 接続領域(68;106)が予め作られた引き結び(70;108)によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のインプラント。
- 自由ストランド(66a,66b;104a,104b)が外側接触要素(22;94)から外へ出ている引張要素(34;98)の領域であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2のいずれかに記載のインプラント。
- 少なくとも1つの凹部(74)が貫通穴を形成していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のインプラント。
- 少なくとも1つの凹部(82)が接続領域(68;106)の着座領域(84)を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のインプラント。
- 底面(86)が少なくとも1つの凹部(82)に対応していることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のインプラント。
- 内側接触要素(20;92)が引張要素(34;98)用の少なくとも2つの離間した貫通穴(46a,46b,50a,50b;96a,96b)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のインプラント。
- 引張要素(34;96)が貫通穴(46a,46b;50a,50b;96a,96b)の間の内側接触要素(20;92)の面上に支持されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のインプラント。
- 引張要素(34)が内側接触要素(20)上、ならびに外側接触要素(22)上で案内されて、滑車装置機構が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載のインプラント。
- 内側接触要素(20)が離間した貫通穴(46a,46b)の第1の対(44)を有し、該貫通穴の間で引張要素(34)が内側接触要素(20)上の第1の配置領域(60)に支持され、内側接触要素(20)が引張要素(34)用の隣接した貫通穴(50a,50b)の第2の対(48)を有し、該貫通穴の間で引張要素(34)が内側接触要素(20)上の第2の配置領域(64)に支持され、外側接触要素(22)が引張要素(34)用の隣接する貫通穴(54a,54b)の第1の対(52)を有し、該貫通穴の間で引張要素(34)が外側接触要素(22)上の第3の配置領域(62)に支持され、更に外側接触要素(22)が離間した貫通穴(58a,58b)の第2の対(56)を有し、該貫通穴を通して引張要素(34)の自由ストランド(66a,66b)が引き出されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のインプラント。
- 外側接触要素(22)に設けられた貫通穴(54a,54b)の第1の対(52)が第2の対(56)を形成する貫通穴(58a,58b)の間に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のインプラント。
- 内側接触要素(20)に設けられた貫通穴(46a,46b,50a,50b)が一直線をなして配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項10又は11に記載のインプラント。
- 外側接触要素(22)に設けられた貫通穴(54a,54b,58a,58b)が一直線をなして配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項10から12までのいずれかの項に記載のインプラント。
- 外側接触要素(22)に設けられた第1の対(52)を形成する貫通穴(54a,54b)と、内側接触要素(20)に設けられた第1の対(44)及び第2の対(48)の隣接貫通穴(46b,50a)とは互いに整合されていることを特徴とする、請求項10から13までのいずれかの項に記載のインプラント。
- 外側接触要素(22)に設けられた第2の対(56)を形成する貫通穴(58a,58b)と、内側接触要素(20)に設けられた第1の対(44)及び第2の対(48)の非隣接貫通穴(46a,50b)とは互いに整合されていることを特徴とする、請求項10から14までのいずれかの項に記載のインプラント。
- 少なくとも1つの凹部(74;82)が外側接触要素(22)に設けられた第2の対(56)を形成する貫通穴(58b;88)の箇所に配置されるか又は該凹部が前記貫通穴を形成することを特徴とする、請求項10から15までのいずれかの項に記載のインプラント。
- 接続領域(68)用の少なくとも1つの凹部(74;82)が貫通穴(54a,54b)の第1の対(52)に対して相対変位されて配置されることを特徴とする、請求項10から16までのいずれかの項に記載のインプラント。
- 第1の配置領域(60)と第2の配置領域(64)とは外側接触要素(22)から離れた内側接触要素(20)の面上に位置していることを特徴とする、請求項10から17までのいずれかの項に記載のインプラント。
- 第3の配置領域(62)が内側接触要素(20)から離れた外側接触要素(22)の面上に位置していることを特徴とする、請求項10から18までのいずれかの項に記載のインプラント。
- 引張要素(34;98)が変位し得るようにして外側接触要素(22)を通して案内されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜19のいずれかの項に記載のインプラント。
- 内側接触要素(20)が引張要素(34;98)が引っ張られると外側接触要素(22)に向かって変位し得ることを特徴とする、請求項1〜20のいずれかの項に記載のインプラント。
- 引張要素(34;98)が骨板(12,14)間の分離ギャップ(36)を通して設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜21のいずれかの項に記載のインプラント。
- 内側接触要素(20;92)及び/又は外側接触要素(22;94)が分離ギャップ(36)内に突き入るのに適合した少なくとも1つの骨板(12,14)用スペーサ(38a,38b)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜22のいずれかの項に記載のインプラント。
- 少なくとも1つのスペーサ(38a,38b)が貫通穴(46a,46b,50a,50b)と一直線をなして配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項23に記載のインプラント。
- 内側接触要素(20;92)及び/又は外側接触要素(22;94)が湾曲させられて、骨板(12;14)との接触域(24)と該接触域(24)を担持する領域(28)との間に中間空間(30)が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜24のいずれかの項に記載のインプラント。
- 内側接触要素(20)及び/又は外側接触要素(22)が接続方向(32)に弾性を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜25のいずれかの項に記載のインプラント。
- 内側接触要素(20)及び/又は外側接触要素(22)が骨板(12;14)との接触域(24)にグリップ領域(26)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜26のいずれかの項に記載のインプラント。
- グリップ領域(26)が周囲に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項26に記載のインプラント。
- 引張要素(34;98)が吸収性材料製であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜28のいずれかの項に記載のインプラント。
