Claims (9)
- 電気機械(24)により駆動される押出スクリュー(9)を有する射出成形機(1)における射出圧力および保持圧力のうち少なくともいずれか一方を、前記電気機械(24)の動作に関連した値であって前記圧力の直接計測値とは異なったディメンジョンの計測値に基づいて間接計測するプロセスを含んだ、射出装置(2)の運転方法であって、
前記電気機械(24)の動作点に依存して定まる値、つまり実際に当該電気機械(24)が置かれた使用状況下での当該電気機械(24)の速度および負荷トルクに依存して、当該電気機械(24)の軸出力に関する値として定まる値であって、当該電気機械(24)の回転モーメントを当該電気機械(24)に入力される電流で除算してなる値である当該電気機械(24)の軸出力の回転モーメント定数(Kt)、および前記電気機械(24)の軸出力に関する加速度値のうちの、少なくとも前記回転モーメント定数(Kt)を使用して、前記射出圧力および保持圧力のうち少なくともいずれか一方を算定するプロセスを含む
ことを特徴とする射出装置の運転方法。 - 前記回転モーメント定数(Kt)が温度に依存して変化する場合、当該回転モーメント定数(Kt)の温度に依存して変化する値を、その都度算定して使用する
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記動作点に依存した値を、メモリから読み出す、または推定計算する
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の方法。 - 前記射出圧力および前記保持圧力のうち少なくともいずれか一方の算定時に、前記押出スクリュー(9)の摩擦特性を併せて使用する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3の1つに記載の方法。 - 前記射出圧力および前記保持圧力のうち少なくともいずれか一方の算定のために、前記電気機械の電流調節器および回転数調節器のうち少なくともいずれか一方が組み込まれている調節・制御装置(25)を使用する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から4の1つに記載の方法。 - 電気機械(24)の電流調節器および回転数調節器のうち少なくともいずれか一方の機能を具備し、前記電気機械(24)によって駆動される押出スクリュー(9)を有する射出成形機(1)における射出圧力および保持圧力のうち少なくともいずれか一方を、前記電気機械(24)の動作に関連した値であって前記圧力の直接計測値とは異なったディメンジョンの計測値に基づいて間接計測し、当該間接計測の結果に基づいて、前記電気機械の電流調節器および回転数調節器のうち少なくともいずれか一方の機能を実行する調節・制御装置(25)を有する射出装置(2)であって、
前記調節・制御装置(25)が、前記電気機械(24)の動作点に依存して定まる値、つまり実際に当該電気機械(24)が置かれた使用状況下での当該電気機械(24)の速度および負荷トルクに依存して、当該電気機械(24)の軸出力に関する値として定まる値であって、当該電気機械(24)の回転モーメントを当該電気機械(24)に入力される電流で除算してなる値である、当該電気機械(24)の軸出力の回転モーメント定数(Kt)、および前記電気機械(24)の軸出力に関する加速度値のうちの、少なくとも前記回転モーメント定数(Kt)を使用して、前記射出圧力および保持圧力のうち少なくともいずれか一方を算定し、当該算定の結果に基づいて、前記電気機械の電流調節器および回転数調節器のうち少なくともいずれか一方として機能する
ことを特徴とする射出装置。 - 圧力測定装置によって直接検出される射出圧力および保持圧力のうち少なくともいずれか一方の代りとして、前記間接計測の結果に基づいて算定された射出圧力および保持圧力のうち少なくともいずれか一方を用いるようにしたことで、当該用いるようにされた圧力を直接検出する圧力測定装置を、省略した
ことを特徴とする請求項6記載の射出装置。 - 前記電気機械(23、24)によって駆動される押出スクリュー(9)を有し、
前記電気機械(23、24)の回転数を検出するセンサが設けられていて、当該回転数の実際値が前記射出圧力および前記保持圧力のうち少なくともいずれか一方の算定のために用意される
ことを特徴とする請求項6または7記載の射出装置。 - 請求項1から5の1つに記載の運転方法を実施する射出装置(2)である
ことを特徴とする請求項6から8の1つに記載の射出装置。
