Description
Claims (4)
- 入力軸に連結されたドライブプレートと、同ドライブプレートの外周を同軸的に囲みかつ出力軸に連結されたクラッチアウタと、前記ドライブプレートの回転に伴い作用する遠心力に応じてスプリングの力に抗して外方へ回動し、前記クラッチアウタの内周面に摩擦係合するように、前記ドライブプレートに軸支された遠心ウェイトとを備え、遠心ウェイトのクラッチアウタ内周面への摩擦係合により入力軸を出力軸に連結する車両用遠心クラッチ装置において、
前記遠心ウェイトが、遠心力により外方へ回動可能に前記ドライブプレートに軸支されたメインウェイトと、遠心力により外方へ回動可能に前記ドライブプレートに軸支されたサブウェイトとからなり、前記サブウェイトは、それに作用する遠心力により外方へ回動するときに、前記メインウェイトを前記クラッチアウタに押し付ける力を前記メインウェイトに与える位置に設けられることを特徴とする車両用遠心クラッチ装置。 - 前記サブウェイトは、その外方への回動方向が、前記メインウェイトの外方への回動方向と反対になるように軸支され、前記サブウェイトは、クラッチアウタに押し付ける前記力を前記メインウェイトの自由端部に与えるように前記メインウェイトに対し配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用遠心クラッチ装置。
- 前記サブウェイトと前記メインウェイトの間にダンパー部材が介装されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の車両用遠心クラッチ装置。
- 前記ダンパー部材は、基部と、該基部から突出する凸部とを備え、前記基部は前記メインウェイトに接し、前記凸部が嵌入する凹部が前記サブウェイトに設けられていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の車両用遠心クラッチ装置。
