Description
{1−(0.858×0.3)+(0.657×0.2)+(0.3×0)+(0×0)}×X(あるいは{1−(0.3+0.2)}×X[排出原単位がゼロ(もしくは所定値)より大きいものの発電割合の合計を1から除算したものにXを乗じている)によって計算される。また、非グリーンポイントは、{(0.858×0.3)+(0.657×0.2)+(0.3×0)+(0×0)}×Xによって計算される。なお、ここでは石油の原単位として、昼間のものを用いている(図2参照)。

第1実施形態では、運転情報設定部15はグリーン電力需要管理装置10内に設けられていたが、図18のように、各機器に対しそれぞれ個別の運転情報設定部1-4〜N-4(運転情報取得部)が設けられても良い。またこの場合、各機器に対しそれぞれ個別の電力使用履歴DB1-5〜N-5、学習管理DB1-6〜N-6が設けられても良い。
本実施形態は、需要家が持つ二酸化炭素排出量の少ない発電装置(本例では太陽光発電装置)を有効活用する場合を示す。
Claims (6)
- 第1機器により消費された電力量を計測する計測部と、
前記計測部により計測された電力量を格納する電力使用履歴データベースと、
前記第1機器の動作パラメータの変化量を定めた複数の変化パターンを格納した変化パターンデータベースと、
前記変化パターンのそれぞれを前記第1機器に適用したときに変動する単位時間当たりの電力量を格納した消費電力変動データベースと、
前記第1機器の消費電力量が閾値以下となるように、前記第1データベースから変化パターンを選択し、選択した変化パターンを前記第1機器に適用する運転状態制御管理部と、
前記第1機器に対してユーザにより動作パラメータの変更が行われたことを示す運転情報を取得する運転情報取得部と、
前記複数の変化パターンのそれぞれ毎に、前記運転状態制御管理部によって前記複数の変化パターンのそれぞれを前記第1機器に適用した後で前記ユーザによって前記動作パラメータの値が変更された頻度である強制移行頻度を記憶する強制移行頻度データベースと、
を備え、
前記運転状態制御管理部は、前記強制移行頻度データベースに記憶された、前記複数の変化パターンのそれぞれの強制移行頻度に基づいて、前記変化パターンの選択を行う
グリーン電力需要管理装置。 - 前記運転状態制御管理部は、前記強制移行頻度が最も小さい変化パターンを選択する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のグリーン電力需要管理装置。 - 前記運転情報は、前記第1機器にユーザにより設定された動作パラメータの値、もしくは設定前の値からの動作パラメータの値の変化量を含み、
前記運転状態制御管理部は、
前記設定前の値からの前記変化量に一致もしくは最も近い変化量をもつ変化パターンを特定し、
前記設定された動作パラメータの値で動作したときの消費電力量と、特定した変化パターンに対応する強制移行頻度と、を含む第1モード点を設定し、
前記変化パターンのそれぞれを前記第1機器に適用した場合に消費される消費電力量と、前記変化パターンのそれぞれに対応する強制移行頻度とを含む複数のモード点を設定し、
前記複数のモード点のうち前記第1モード点からの距離が最も近い所定数のモード点を決定し、前記所定数のモード点のうち前記強制移行頻度が最も小さいモード点に対応する変化パターンを選択する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のグリーン需要管理装置。 - 前記運転状態制御管理部は、所定の時間間隔で前記第1機器の消費電力量と前記閾値の比較を行い、2以上の所定回数連続して前記消費電力量が前記閾値を超えたとき、前記変化パターンの選択および適用を行う
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載のグリーン電力需要管理装置。 - 前記運転状態制御管理部は、前記選択された変化パターンが適用された後に前記ユーザにより前記動作パラメータの値が変更されたときは、前記強制移行頻度データベースにおいて、前記選択された変化パターンに対応する強制移行頻度を更新する
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記載のグリーン需要管理装置。 - 複数の発電手段により発電を行う電力配電系統から電力の供給を受け、前記電力を前記第1機器に供給する電力計と、
前記電力配電系統から、前記発電手段別の発電割合を示すエネルギーミックス情報を受信する受信部と、
環境負荷物量の上限値を第1閾値として設定する運転情報設定部と、をさらに備え、
前記運転状態制御管理部は、前記発電手段別に単位電力量の発電により排出される環境負荷物量である排出原単位を表した原単位換算表を用い、前記発電手段別の前記排出原単位を前記発電手段別の発電割合で重み付け合計した値によって、前記運転情報設定部により設定された前記第1閾値を除算することで前記閾値を求める
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれか一項に記載のグリーン電力需要管理装置。
