Description
Claims (2)
- フレームの一部の間に固定されたハブ軸であって、その外側の周辺表面にサンギヤが形成され、長円形の貫通穴を有し、制御ピンが内側の周辺表面を滑るよう取り付けられるための内腔、を有するハブ軸;
以下を有する動力伝達装置:駆動スプロケットの駆動力が伝達される被動スプロケット;および、一端が被動スプロケットに連結され、他端には第2および第3爪を取り付けることができるように外側および内側の周辺表面に爪座が形成され、中間部にピンまたは鋼球を挿入することができる複数のピン穴が形成されたドライバー;
以下を有する多速伝動装置:動力伝達装置のドライバーに取り付けられた第3爪から動力が伝達されるように一端にラチェットが形成されたキャリアであって、これに取り付けられた複数の遊星ギヤを有し、他端に爪座が形成されたキャリア;ハブ軸に形成されたサンギヤに噛み合うように取り付けられた複数の遊星ギヤ;および、遊星ギヤに噛み合うリングギヤであって第1爪が取り付けられたリングギヤ;
以下を有する伝動装置コントローラ:位置決め部材に挿入して取り付けられた第1爪制御部材および第3爪制御部材であって、リングギヤおよびドライバーに取り付けられた第1爪および第3爪をピンまたは鋼球を用いて制御する第1爪制御部材および第3爪制御部材;ドライバーに固定的に取り付けられ第1および第3爪制御部材の位置を定める位置決め部材であってピンまたは鋼球を規則的な間隔で挿入することができるピン穴が形成された位置決め部材;スライド部材を左右方向に動かすスライドピン;制御ピン;および、復帰スプリング;および、
リングギヤおよびキャリアに取り付けられた第1爪および第4爪から駆動力が伝達されるように内部に形成されたラチェットを有するハブシェル;
を備えた自転車用変速ハブであって、
伝動装置コントローラは、外側の周辺表面に円形のスプラインが形成されるとともに一端に向かってテーパが付けられたスライド部材の移動、および、ペダル踏力によって引き起こされる第1および第3爪制御部材の回転、によって強制的に、位置決め部材に挿入された第1および第3爪制御部材が上昇方向および下降方向に伸張および縮小するよう構成することで、第1および第3爪を制御する、自転車用変速ハブ。 - 請求項1による変速ハブであって、
第3爪制御部材がキャリアに配置された、変速ハブ。
