Three types of roughening treatments with different surface roughness, processed and roughened on one side of 25μm thick Upilex-S film (Ube Industries polyimide film) as the base film for heat control under three conditions of sandblasting strength The obtained polyimide films were prepared, their surface roughness Ra and gloss were measured, and the obtained results are shown in Table 1. (Fig. 1, form of thermal control film 1)
As a comparative example, the surface roughness Ra and glossiness of a 25 μm-thick Upilex-S film not subjected to surface roughening were measured, and the results obtained are shown in Table 1. (FIG. 8, form of thermal control film 20)
(Examples 4 to 6, Comparative Example 2)
An aluminum thin film having a thickness of 100 nm was formed on the surface opposite to the roughened side of the three types of roughened polyimide films prepared in Examples 1 to 3 using a sputtering method. (FIG. 3, thermal control film with metal film 10)
As a comparative example, an aluminum thin film having a film thickness of 100 nm was formed on one side of a 25 μm-thick Upilex-S film that had not been roughened by sputtering.
Table 2 shows the results obtained by measuring the surface roughness Ra and the glossiness from the aluminum non-formation side (roughening side).
(Examples 7 to 9, Comparative Example 3)
An aluminum thin film having a thickness of 100 nm was formed on the roughened side of the three types of roughened polyimide films prepared in Examples 1 to 3 using a sputtering method. (Fig. 4,
Moreover, the aluminum thin film with a film thickness of 100 nm was formed on the smooth film single side | surface which does not perform the sandblasting process used by the comparative example 1 using sputtering method.
The surface roughness Ra and the glossiness were measured from the aluminum forming surface side, and the results obtained are shown in Table 3.
