Description
(1)平均粒子径が20〜100μm
(2)水中で測定した粒子密度が2g/cm3以上
(3)圧力50MPaで加圧した際の圧縮反発率が120%以下、圧縮時の密度が1.9g/cm3以上
の特性を有する球状化天然黒鉛粒子を作製し、球状化天然黒鉛粒子と熱硬化性樹脂とを黒鉛粒子と樹脂固形分の重量比が90:10〜65:35の量比に混合、混練した後、混練物を乾燥、粉砕して成形粉を作製し、成形粉をガス流路となる溝山部を彫り込んだ金型内に充填して、120℃以上の温度、20〜100MPaの圧力で熱圧成形することを特徴とする。
(1)平均粒子径が20〜100μm
(2)水中で測定した粒子密度が2g/cm3以上
(3)圧力50MPaで加圧した際の圧縮反発率が120%以下、圧縮時の密度が1.9g/cm3以上
の特性に調整したものが適用される。
圧縮反発率(%)=(除圧後の成形体の体積)÷(加圧時の成形体の体積)×100
(1)平均粒子径が20〜100μm
(2)水中で測定した粒子密度が2g/cm3以上
(3)圧力50MPaで加圧した際の圧縮反発率が120%以下、圧縮時の密度が1.9g/cm3以上
の特性を有する球状化天然黒鉛粒子を作製する。
平均粒子径の異なる鱗片状天然黒鉛粉末をハイブリダイゼーションシステム〔(株)奈良機械製作所製NHS−O型〕を用いて高速気流中衝撃法により造粒して球状化した。この際、ロータの周速、鱗片状天然黒鉛の処理量および処理時間を変えて平均粒子径、粒子密度、圧縮反発率、圧縮時密度の異なる球状化天然黒鉛粒子を作製した。
実施例2と同じ鱗片状天然黒鉛を用いて転動造粒法により造粒した。なお、造粒体は鱗片状天然黒鉛粉末の単なる粒子凝集体であった。
人造黒鉛粉末を用いてハイブリダイゼーションシステムにより処理したが、凝集体を得ることができなかった。
平均粒子径60μmの鱗片状天然黒鉛粉末を造粒処理することなく、そのまま試料とした。
Claims (1)
- 平均粒子径1〜50μmの鱗片状天然黒鉛を高速気流中衝撃法により球状化して、
(1)平均粒子径が20〜100μm
(2)水中で測定した粒子密度が2g/cm3以上
(3)圧力50MPaで加圧した際の圧縮反発率が120%以下、圧縮時の密度が1.9g/cm3以上
の特性を有する球状化天然黒鉛粒子を作製し、球状化天然黒鉛粒子と熱硬化性樹脂とを黒鉛粒子と樹脂固形分の重量比が90:10〜65:35の量比に混合、混練した後、混練物を乾燥、粉砕して成形粉を作製し、成形粉をガス流路となる溝山部を彫り込んだ金型内に充填して、120℃以上の温度、20〜100MPaの圧力で熱圧成形することを特徴とする燃料電池用セパレータ材の製造方法。
