Description
The present invention relates to a liquid supply nozzle and a nozzle device that are used in devices that supply liquid, such as cup-type vending machines and beverage dispensers, and that discharge liquid such as beverage and supply it to a container such as a cup.
In general, in a cup-type vending machine, at the time of sale, beverages such as coffee and juice are poured into a cup set in a state of being placed on a cup stage of a product outlet and provided to the purchaser. The beverage poured into the cup is transported to the vicinity of the cup through a transport pipe extending from a coffee brewing apparatus, a mixing bowl, a syrup tank, a water supply tank, and the like. And the conveyed drink is discharged from the drink supply nozzle connected to the front-end | tip part of a conveyance pipe, and is supplied to a cup. The beverage supply nozzle is usually arranged above the cup and forwardly downwards towards the cup. In addition, in a vending machine in which a cup is supplied from directly above the cup stage, the beverage supply nozzle is used to set the cup on the cup stage without applying the beverage supply nozzle when the cup is supplied. The cup is set at a position slightly away from the supply passage, in other words, at a position slightly away from just above the opening peripheral edge of the upper surface of the cup set on the cup stage.
With the beverage supply nozzle arranged in this way, during the supply of the beverage, the beverage discharged from the discharge outlet at the tip is supplied to the cup through the inside of the opening peripheral edge of the cup while drawing a parabola. However, in such a beverage supply nozzle, after the end of the beverage supply, a so-called sag may occur in which a small amount of beverage leaks from the discharge port. This is because a small amount of beverage remaining in the beverage supply nozzle and the transport pipe gathers near the discharge port of the beverage supply nozzle and flows down from the discharge port under its own weight. When such back dripping occurs, the beverage due to the back dripping adheres to the opening peripheral edge or the outer peripheral surface of the cup or is mixed into different types of beverages, thereby reducing the merchantability of the cup containing beverage. End up. In view of this, vending machines having a function of preventing back dripping have been developed. For example, a vending machine disclosed in
In this vending machine, a liquid draining pipe for preventing dripping is provided in the middle of the conveying pipe. In the middle of the liquid drainage pipe, a throttle part having an inner diameter smaller than that of the other part is formed, and a branch pipe extending downward from the throttle part is communicated with the liquid drainage pipe through a diversion port. In the vending machine having such a liquid draining pipe, while the beverage is being supplied, the beverage is transported by the transport pipe and flows vigorously in the liquid draining pipe, so that it does not pass through the diversion port and flows to the branch pipe side. , And supplied to the cup from the beverage supply nozzle. On the other hand, since the momentum of the beverage flowing through the liquid draining pipe is weakened immediately before the end of the beverage supply, the beverage passing through the liquid draining pipe thereafter flows from the branch port to the branch pipe and is discharged to the outside. As a result, the occurrence of drooling is prevented.
However, it cannot be said that this vending machine is sufficient for preventing drooling. That is, after the end of the supply of the beverage, it is possible to prevent the dripping by the beverage remaining on the liquid draining pipe and the transport pipe upstream from the flow outlet, but the liquid drain pipe and the transport downstream from the flow outlet. If the beverage remains in the pipe and the beverage supply nozzle, the remaining beverage may cause sag. Further, as described above, the throttle part is formed in the liquid draining pipe, and the sectional area of the liquid draining pipe is rapidly changed by the throttle part. Therefore, turbulent flow is likely to occur when the beverage passes through the throttle portion. In this case, the beverage discharged from the beverage supply nozzle may flow down in an irregular state (for example, a state in which a part of the beverage scatters) and adhere to the outer surface of the cup.
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-described problems, and provides a liquid supply nozzle and a nozzle device that can reliably prevent backflow while ensuring a stable supply of liquid to a container. The purpose is to provide.
In order to achieve the above object, the invention according to
According to this configuration, the cylindrical nozzle body is connected to the tip of the liquid transport passage, so that the liquid passage in the nozzle body is continuous with the liquid transport passage. When the liquid is transported through the liquid transport passage, the liquid flows through the liquid passage in the nozzle body and is discharged from the discharge port at the downstream end. Then, the discharged liquid is guided by a bowl-shaped guide portion that opens upward and is supplied to the container. In this way, the liquid discharged from the discharge port of the nozzle body is guided along the guide part while being regulated from below and on both sides by the guide part, so that the liquid can be stably supplied to the container. Can do.
In addition, since the residual liquid discharge hole is provided near the discharge port of the guide portion, the liquid remaining in the liquid passage after the supply of the liquid to the container is discharged from the residual liquid discharge hole. Thereby, after the supply of the liquid is finished, the liquid does not flow downstream from the residual liquid discharge hole, and as a result, it is possible to surely prevent dripping.
Further, as described above, since the guide portion is opened upward, an operator who performs maintenance cleans the residual liquid discharge hole and the inner surface of the guide portion from the outside through the open portion of the guide portion. It can be confirmed by visual observation, and the necessity of maintenance of the liquid supply nozzle can be easily known. For example, when supplying a liquid with a relatively high viscosity, if the liquid remaining in the liquid passage flows into the residual liquid discharge hole, the liquid easily adheres to and accumulates on the edge, thereby reducing the residual liquid discharge hole. Or may be closed. In this case, the liquid remaining in the liquid passage is not sufficiently discharged from the residual liquid discharge hole, and there is a possibility that dripping will occur. Therefore, as described above, the state of dirt such as the residual liquid discharge hole is visually confirmed, and if necessary, the residual liquid discharge hole is cleaned, so that the liquid can be smoothly and sufficiently discharged through the residual liquid discharge hole. Can be secured. Moreover, in the above cleaning, since a brush or the like can be inserted into the guide portion from above through the open portion of the guide portion, it can be easily cleaned while visually checking the residual liquid discharge hole.
The invention according to
According to this configuration, the guide portion has a bottom wall at a position lower than the discharge port, and the bottom wall is provided with the residual liquid discharge hole. When discharging from the discharge port of the nozzle main body with a relatively strong force, it passes directly over the residual liquid discharge hole and does not flow into the residual liquid discharge hole. Therefore, when supplying the liquid, all the liquid discharged from the nozzle main body can be reliably supplied to the container.
The invention according to
Normally, when liquid is discharged from the discharge port, the liquid flows down like a parabola due to gravity. As described above, since the guide portion is formed in a bowl shape that opens upward, the liquid that is discharged from the discharge port and guided by the guide portion passes through the guide portion so that the liquid surface draws a parabola. Flowing. Therefore, even if the height of the guide portion is not constant over the entire length of the guide portion, if the guide portion is configured as described above, that is, the height of the guide portion gradually decreases toward the downstream side. It is sufficient to configure so that In addition, in the guide portion having a certain height, when the liquid flows, a boundary portion between the portion in contact with the liquid and the portion in which the liquid hardly contacts is generated on the inner surface of the side wall of the guide portion. Very easy to get dirty. Therefore, according to the above-described guide part, the area of the side wall of the guide part can be reduced while ensuring stable guidance of the liquid, and the occurrence of contamination at the boundary part as described above can be prevented.
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the liquid supply nozzle according to any one of the first to third aspects, the width of the nozzle body is reduced toward the discharge port side.
According to this configuration, when a plurality of liquid supply nozzles are used to supply liquid to a single container, the liquid supply nozzles are adjacent to each other, and each discharge port faces the container. A liquid supply nozzle can be arranged. As a result, more types of liquid can be supplied to the container.
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the liquid supply nozzle according to the fourth aspect, as the width of the nozzle body portion is reduced, the width of the liquid passage gradually decreases toward the discharge port, and the liquid passage is disconnected. A feature is that the height gradually increases toward the discharge port so that the area becomes constant.
According to this configuration, the width and height of the liquid passage gradually decrease and expand toward the discharge port, so that the cross-sectional shape of the liquid passage is gradually deformed and the cross-sectional area of the liquid passage is constant. It has become. In this way, the liquid passage is configured so that the change in cross-sectional shape is gradual and the cross-sectional area is constant, so that turbulent flow is prevented when liquid passes through the liquid passage. can do. As a result, the liquid discharged from the discharge port of the nozzle main body does not flow down in a splattered state, and therefore the discharged liquid can be stably supplied to the container even in the guide portion that opens upward. I can guide you.
The invention according to claim 6 is provided in the nozzle holder, the plurality of liquid supply nozzles according to any one of
According to this configuration, the plurality of liquid supply nozzles are held adjacent to each other by the nozzle holder, and the liquid discharged from the residual liquid discharge holes of these liquid supply nozzles flows into the residual liquid receiving portion. To do. And the liquid which flowed into this residual liquid receiving part is discharged | emitted from a single discharge port. As described above, the liquid discharged from the plurality of liquid supply nozzles is collectively received by the residual liquid receiving portion and then discharged. For example, a discharge pipe is connected only to the discharge port of the residual liquid receiving portion. What is necessary is just to be able to perform the discharge process of the liquid discharged | emitted from each liquid supply nozzle compared with the case where it connects to the residual liquid discharge hole of each liquid supply nozzle, respectively.
The invention according to claim 7 is the nozzle device according to claim 6, wherein each of the plurality of liquid supply nozzles is detachably attached to the nozzle holder.
According to this configuration, the entire liquid supply nozzle including the inner surface of the nozzle main body and the guide portion that are liable to become dirty due to the flow of the liquid can be easily removed by removing each liquid supply nozzle from the nozzle holder and washing it during maintenance. And it can be washed cleanly.
The invention according to claim 8 is the nozzle device according to claim 6 or 7, wherein the residual liquid receiving portion is detachably attached to the nozzle holder.
According to this configuration, the entire remaining liquid receiving part, including the inner surface that easily gets dirty by receiving the liquid discharged from the liquid supply nozzle, can be easily removed by removing the remaining liquid receiving part from the nozzle holder and washing it during maintenance. And can be washed cleanly.

Although not shown, the vending machine includes a coffee extraction device for extracting coffee, a mixing bowl for mixing extracted coffee with sugar and cream, and a plurality of syrups for storing syrup as raw materials for various types of juice. A tank, a water supply tank for storing water and hot water, and the like are installed, and a beverage transport pipe 6 (liquid transport passage) for transporting beverages is connected to the
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the

As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3B, the remaining

FIG. 4 is a plan view of the
The
Further, the

At the end of the
Moreover, as shown to Fig.5 (a), while the latter half part of each
As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 3 (b), the
Next, with reference to FIG. 6, the supply of the beverage by the
Further, as described above, when the beverage is flowing vigorously in the
For example, the beverage guided by the
On the other hand, FIG.6 (b) has shown the state after completion | finish of supply of a drink. After the beverage supply is finished, the beverage remaining in the beverage passage 23 (including the beverage that has flowed from the beverage transport pipe 6 to the
As described above in detail, according to the present embodiment, the beverage discharged from the
In addition, since the beverages discharged from the remaining liquid discharge holes 33 of the respective
