Claims (13)
- 放射源(12)と、合焦結像システム(16)と、焦点(18a)上の少なくとも一部が反射性の表面(18)と、前記表面(18)によって反射された画像を記録するデジタル・センサ・系(24)と、前記デジタル・センサ・系(24)によって記録された前記画像を評価するコンピュータ(C)と、前記合焦結像システム(16)の上流で光学系(10)のビーム経路中の光学素子(34、36)とを備え、前記光学系(10)の焦点位置を検出する装置において、前記光学系(10)はレーシック装置であり、ビーム経路中の前記光学素子(34、36)は、前記焦点位置に応じて、前記画像の位相または振幅に影響を及ぼし、前記一部が反射性の表面(18)は、前記デジタル・センサ・系を使用して記録される前記画像を得るために、入射放射の僅かなパーセンテージを反射することを特徴とする装置。
- 前記光学素子(34、36)は、穴マトリックスであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記光学素子(34、36)は、回折光学素子であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記光学素子(34)は、前記反射された画像のビーム経路中に配置されることを特徴とする、前記請求項1から3のうちの1項に記載の装置。
- 前記光学素子(36)は、前記反射された画像のビーム経路の外側に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のうちの1項に記載の装置。
- 前記光学素子(34、36)は、格子構造を有することを特徴とする、前記請求項1から5のうちの1項に記載の装置。
- 前記回折光学素子(34、36)は、ドット・パターンを生成することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記回折光学素子(34、36)は、マトリックスの形態にあるドット・パターンを生成することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記放射源(12)は、フェムト秒レーザであることを特徴とする、前記請求項1から8のうちの1項に記載の装置。
- 前記コンピュータの評価に応じて、前記光学系(10)の結像を設定する手段を備える、前記請求項1から9のうちの1項に記載の装置。
- 材料処理の直前に光学系(10)の焦点位置を検出する方法であって、放射源(12)の放射が、合焦結像システム(16)を介して焦点平面(18)内にマッピングされ、ビーム経路中の光学素子(34、36)によって、前記合焦結像システム(16)を含む光学系の焦点位置を決定するために、焦点(18a)で反射されかつカメラ(24)によって記録される画像が前記焦点上に生成され、前記光学素子(34、36)は、放射の合焦に応じて、記録された前記画像に影響を及ぼし、かつ前記画像への前記影響に応じて、企図された焦点(18a)に対する合焦された放射の焦点位置に関する結論が導出される方法において、前記光学素子(34、36)によって、前記画像の位相または振幅が焦点位置に応じて影響を受け、前記光学系はレーシック装置であり、一部が反射性の前記焦点表面(18)は、デジタル・センサ・系を使用して記録される前記画像を得るために、入射放射の僅かなパーセンテージを反射することを特徴とする方法。
- 焦点位置に関する前記導出された結論によって、前記光学系(10)の光学素子が、焦点位置を変更するように設定される、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から10のうちの1項に記載の装置を使用して、フェムト秒レーザ放射で眼科的な処置または診断を実行する装置。
