Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a filtration and drying apparatus in which a semi-annular pipe for flowing a heat medium or a refrigerant is stretched around an outer peripheral surface of a container.
The filtration drying apparatus is used for filtering and drying a slurry liquid that is an object to be processed. The filtration and drying apparatus includes a sealed container, and a stirring blade is rotatably provided in the container. The container has a bell-shaped container body that opens downward, and is sealed by closing the opening of the container body with a lower lid. A discharge port is formed in the lower lid of the container, and a filter plate and a filter cloth are provided on the lower lid so as to cover the discharge port. Furthermore, a jacket for flowing a heat medium or a refrigerant is provided on the lower end surface of the lower lid of the container and the outer surface of the container body.
In the filtration and drying apparatus, first, the raw material slurry is put into a container, filtered through a filter plate and a filter cloth, and the filtrate is discharged from a discharge port. This produces a wet cake. Next, the cake is washed to remove foreign substances contained in the wet cake. For cleaning, a cleaning liquid is put in a container, and the foreign substance in the cake is filtered together with the cleaning liquid, and the cleaning cake is put in the container and the cake generated by rotating the stirring blade with the cake is made into a slurry again. And stirring and washing for filtering the slurry again. These cleaning methods are selected according to the properties of the solid matter in the raw material slurry, that is, the object to be treated. Then, a heating medium is passed through the jacket, the stirring blade is rotated, and the washed cake is heated and dried while stirring. Thereby, a dry powder product is formed.
Various forms are conceivable for the jacket formed on the lower lid of the container. For example, as a first prior art, there is a one-chamber jacket that covers the entire lower lid of the container from below. When such a jacket is provided on the lower lid of the container, the thickness of the lower lid of the container is determined according to the pressure of the heat medium flowing in the jacket from the viewpoint of pressure resistance and structure. It is necessary to thicken. By increasing the thickness of the lower lid, the amount of heat transferred from the heat medium in the jacket to the container is reduced, and the interior of the container cannot be efficiently heated.
However, in the filter drying apparatus 1, depending on the type of solid matter in the raw slurry, not only heating but also cooling may be required. In that case, in the filtration drying apparatus 1, it is considered that all the heat medium flowing through the
However, since each jacket is welded to the
FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view showing the periphery of the

The objective of this invention is providing the filtration drying apparatus with high heat exchange efficiency with respect to the inside of a container.
The filtration and drying apparatus of the present invention is spanned between a first semi-annular pipe for flowing a heating medium or a refrigerant stretched around the outer peripheral surface of the container and a portion adjacent to the first semi-annular pipe. A second semi-annular pipe for flowing a heat medium or a refrigerant is provided.
According to the present invention, the second semi-annular pipe is provided without securing an interval between adjacent portions of the first semi-annular pipe and without reducing the area that can be heated or cooled by the first semi-annular pipe. be able to. In addition, the second semi-annular pipe allows the heat medium or the refrigerant to flow in the gap between the adjacent parts of the first semi-annular pipe, and heat exchange with the inside of the container is also possible from this gap. . Therefore, the heat exchange efficiency is high.
Further, in the present invention, the pressure applied to the container by the heat medium or refrigerant flowing through the gap by the second semi-annular pipe is reduced from that of the third prior art, so the thickness of the container can be reduced, Heat exchange efficiency is improved. Further, since the first and second semi-annular pipes are formed in a semi-annular shape, the pressure resistance is high, and a high-pressure heat medium or refrigerant can be supplied.
In the above invention, it is preferable that the first and second semi-annular pipes are respectively formed in a spiral shape and provided on a lower end surface of the container. If the said structure is followed, the 1st and 2nd semi-annular piping can be arrange | positioned along with each other on the lower end surface of a container, and the smooth circulation of a heat medium or a refrigerant | coolant is attained.
In the above invention, the first and second semi-annular pipes are preferably formed concentrically and provided on the lower end surface of the container. According to the above configuration, the first and second semi-annular pipes can be arranged along the lower end surface of the container, and the configuration of the first and second semi-annular pipes is simple.
In the above invention, the first semi-annular pipe is configured to flow a heat medium or a refrigerant, and the second semi-annular pipe is different from the heat medium and the refrigerant flowing to the first semi-annular pipe. It is preferable that the medium flow.
According to the above configuration, after the heating medium is flowed through one of the first or second semi-annular pipes to heat the inside of the container, the inside of the container is rapidly cooled by flowing the refrigerant through the other semi-annular pipe. can do. In addition, after cooling the inside of the container by flowing a refrigerant through one of the first or second semi-annular pipes, the inside of the container can be rapidly heated by flowing a heat medium through the other semi-annular pipe. . In this method, heat loss due to switching between heating and cooling as in the prior art can be reduced, and an increase in work time associated with replacement of the refrigerant or the heat medium can be prevented.
In the above invention, it is preferable that a discharge pipe for discharging the filtrate in the container is provided, and the first or second semi-annular pipe is configured so that a part thereof covers an outer peripheral surface of the discharge pipe. . If the said structure is followed, the filtrate which flows through a discharge port can also be heated. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the solute contained in the filtrate from depositing at a low temperature at the discharge port and clogging the discharge port.
According to this invention, it is providing the filtration drying apparatus with high heat exchange efficiency with respect to the inside of a container.
[First Embodiment]
FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view showing a
A
The
FIG. 2 is an enlarged cross-sectional view showing the periphery of the
The
Further, the
The heat
The
The
By disposing the
The
Further, the
Below, the operation | movement at the time of taking out the solid substance in a raw material slurry with the
Next, the raw slurry is filtered to produce a wet cake containing powder particles. In order to promote the filtration of the raw material slurry, a gas is supplied into the
On the surface of the cake thus deposited, cracks penetrating the cake may appear during filtration, and the gas supplied into the
Thereafter, the cake is washed by displacement washing or stirring washing in order to remove foreign matters in the cake. The displacement cleaning and the stirring cleaning are selected or combined depending on the properties of the granular material to be extracted. After washing the cake, the inside of the

In the
In particular, since the
Further, by providing the heat medium and the
However, in the
[Second Embodiment]
FIG. 4 is an enlarged bottom view of the

The plurality of
The plurality of
The
[Other forms]
In the first and second embodiments, the heat medium is passed through the pipe 31 (31A) and the refrigerant is passed through the pipe 32 (32A). However, the refrigerant is passed through the pipe 31 (31A) and the pipe 32 (32A) is heated. A medium may be allowed to flow. By having two pipes 31 (31A) and 32 (32A) that are not connected to each other, the refrigerant and the heat medium can be supplied to separate pipes. As a result, it is possible to prevent the media from mixing with each other and to efficiently perform heating and cooling.
Moreover, although the filtration drying apparatus 10 (10A) provided with both the heat medium and refrigerant pipes 31 (31A) and 32 (32A) has been described, both the two pipes 31 (31A) and 32 (32A) are used as the heat medium. Pipes for refrigerant or refrigerant may be used. In this case, the heat medium or the refrigerant flowing through the pipes 31 (31A) and 32 (32A) may be different media. By flowing a heat medium or a refrigerant through the two pipes 31 (31A) and 32 (32A) at the same time, the heat exchange efficiency is further increased as compared with that of the prior art. In addition, in order to disperse the pressure applied to the
Further, in the first and second embodiments, the heat medium and refrigerant pipes 31 (31A) and 32 (32A) are stretched around the
Moreover, the following forms may be sufficient. A plurality of heat medium pipes which are formed in a circular tube shape and open on the inner side are arranged on the outer surface of the
In the first and second embodiments, the heat medium and refrigerant pipes 31 (31A) and 32 (32A) are formed in the
Further, the
Furthermore, in the first embodiment and the second embodiment, the heat medium or
In the first embodiment and the second embodiment, the
In the second embodiment, the
The present invention is not limited to the embodiments, and can be added, deleted, and changed without departing from the spirit of the invention.
