Claims (24)
- 容器の内容物の排出方向に適用される異種物質受容装置は、内部に貯蔵空間がある受容部を有する本体と、前記本体の上部の口部を中心に非分離形作動部が組み立てられ、
前記口部上で完全分離されない形の作動部は、本体の口部上で組み立てられている時は延長部によって受容部の貯蔵空間の下方に形成された開閉孔を塞ぐ開閉孔密閉部と連結されており、
前記作動部が上向される時は開閉孔から開閉孔密閉部が共に開き、作動部が閉じると開閉孔密閉部は開閉孔を閉じないように構成されており、
前記作動部が組み立てられる時は上部が気密にされているが、作動部が上向されると容器内の内容物を排出させる用途の排出孔が構成され、
前記作動部の中央部には受容部に異種物質を入れることができる穿孔部が形成され、その穿孔部を通じて異種物質を入れた後、作動部を組み立てると、作動部の作動部密閉面が口部密閉部に密閉されて作動部に形成された排出孔が受容部の貯蔵空間と連通されることなく塞がれるように構成されることを特徴とする作動部非分離形異種物質受容装置。 - 前記作動部が上向されると口部密閉部から作動部密閉面が離隔されながら作動部の排出孔が受容部の貯蔵空間と連通されるように構成したことを特徴とする、請求項1記載の作動部非分離形異種物質受容装置。
- 前記開閉孔密閉部は延長部に別途組み立てられるように構成することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の作動部非分離形異種物質受容装置。
- 前記作動部が上向された後、下向される時に開閉孔密閉部によって開閉孔が塞がれないようにするために、開閉孔に形成された除去台が開閉孔密閉部を上部に押しやることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の作動部非分離形異種物質受容装置。
- 前記作動部は本体の口部を中心に結合されるが、前記本体は回転自在または垂直に乗降自在に開閉し、前記作動部は口部で完全分離されず、一定の間隙のみに移動して作動してなることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の作動部非分離形異種物質受容装置。
- 前記作動部が上方に移動する過程においては開閉孔密閉部が開閉孔で動かず、作動部が下方に移動する過程においては閉孔密閉部が開閉孔から下方に押されて開閉孔が開くようにされてなることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の作動部非分離形異種物質受容装置。
- 前記作動部の上方に排出孔が形成され、当該排出孔が口部の内側に形成されるか、または当該排出孔が口部上端によって気密にされ、作動部が上方に移動すると排出孔が開いて内部受容部の貯蔵空間と連通されてなることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の作動部非分離形異種物質受容装置。
- 開閉孔に開閉孔密閉部が組み立てられた後、下方に下垂しないように開閉孔の内壁部に掛かり顎部を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の作動部非分離形異種物質受容装置。
- 開閉孔密閉部が開閉孔に位置し、作動部が上方に移動する時は上がり、作動部が加工する時は下降せずに除去台によって開閉孔が塞がれないように延長部を中心に差し込まれるか、または囲まれる形態で組み立てられ、初めに定められた間隔をあけて開閉孔密閉部が上方に押されるようにされてなることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の作動部非分離形異種物質受容装置。
- 前記延長部が別途製作された後、作動部に組み立てられることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の作動部非分離形異種物質受容装置。
- 前記延長部が別途製作された後、作動部に組み立てられ、前記延長部の中央部が穿孔された形の充填部を有し、当該充填部を通して異種物質を入れた後、その充填部を別途の栓として密閉させたことを特徴とする、請求項10記載の作動部非分離形異種物質受容装置。
- 前記開閉孔密閉部は延長部の下部を中心にリング状に組み立てられ、作動部が上がる時はリング状の開閉孔密閉部を引き上げて開閉孔が開かれ、作動部が下がる時はリング状の開閉孔密閉部が除去台に掛かることによって開閉孔が塞がれないで延長部の上部に開閉孔密閉部が押されて上方に移動するようにされてなることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の作動部非分離形異種物質受容装置。
- 前記延長部は別途製作された後、口部の内部を中心に結合され、前記延長部を有する口部を中心に作動部を結合すると作動部と延長部が一体的に組み立てられ、使用時に作動部を持ち上げると開閉孔が開放され、貯蔵空間の内容物が開閉孔を通じて落下されるように構成することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の作動部非分離形異種物質受容装置。
- 前記開閉孔密閉部は軟質の樹脂であることを特徴とする、請求項12記載の作動部非分離形異種物質受容装置。
- 前記開閉孔密閉部は作動部の引き突起が開閉孔密閉部の掛かり突起に掛かることによって作動部が上がる時、開閉孔密閉部が引き上げられることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の作動部非分離形異種物質受容装置。
- 前記作動部が乗降する時、開閉孔密閉部によって開閉孔が塞がれなくなることによって、開閉孔密閉部が口部の内壁部に密着され、下方に流れないようにすることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の作動部非分離形異種物質受容装置。
- 前記作動部に形成された掛かり突起には作動部が上方に移動する時、貯蔵空間に流入可能であり、貯蔵空間の内容物が排出孔に円滑に排出できる溝または切開部が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の作動部非分離形異種物質受容装置。
- 開閉孔に開閉孔密閉部が組み立てられた後、下方に流れないように開閉孔に顎部が形成されるか、口部の内壁部に顎部または突起が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の作動部非分離形異種物質受容装置。
- 前記開閉孔密閉部は口部の内部に組み立てられた後、口部の内部で作動が円滑化するように弾力溝が形成されてなることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の作動部非分離形異種物質受容装置。
- 前記開閉孔密閉部は、口部の内部に組み立てられた後、流れずに口部上で上がった後に作動部が降りても開閉孔密閉部が下降しないようにする抵抗用突起が形成されてなることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の作動部非分離形異種物質受容装置。
- 前記作動部の上方に排出孔を形成し、前記排出孔は口部の上端によって受容部の貯蔵空間と遮断されてなることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の作動部非分離形異種物質受容装置。
- 前記開閉孔密閉部は開閉孔の溝に輪形の差し込まれるように開閉孔が塞がれてなることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の作動部非分離形異種物質受容装置。
- 前記作動部にはヒンジ状の覆いを組み立てることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の作動部非分離形異種物質受容装置。
- 前記作動部に組み立てられる保護用の覆いは人体の気道を塞がないように空気流入ができる空気流入部を形成されるが、前記空気流入部は覆いが作動部に組み立てられると弾力片が空気流入ができる溝を塞ぎ、覆いが作動部で分離されると弾力片が復元力によって復元されながら空気流入部が形成されてなることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の作動部非分離形異種物質受容装置。
