Claims (4)
- 火力発電所設備の石灰−石膏式の湿式排煙脱硫装置において、スラリー中の炭酸カルシウム濃度を測定する装置であって、
前記スラリーを被測定液としてサンプリングするサンプリング手段と、前記スラリーを収容する反応容器と、前記反応容器内で発生する炭酸ガスを検出する分析部と、を備え、
前記反応容器には、容器内中央部を軸にして攪拌する攪拌翼と、前記被測定液への酸導入手段と、前記被測定液内に気泡を発生させるバブリング手段とが配置されており、
前記バブリング手段は、バブルの発生点が前記攪拌翼より下方に配置されるとともに、直径2mm以上10mm以下のバブルを発生させ、
前記酸導入手段は、前記被測定液の液面上から酸を滴下する位置に配置される酸滴下管を備え、
前記反応容器の上方から見た平面視において、その略中央部に配置される攪拌翼の回転範囲より外側になるように、前記酸滴下管及び前記バブルの発生点が配置され、
前記平面視における、前記酸滴下管の位置と、前記攪拌翼の回転軸位置と、前記バブルの発生点と、がなす小さいほうの角αが90度以上180度以下であることを特徴とする炭酸カルシウム濃度測定装置。 - 前記バブリング手段は、一端に直径2mm以上10mm以下の開放部を有するバブリングチューブである請求項1記載の炭酸カルシウム濃度測定装置。
- バブリングされる気体が空気である請求項1又は2記載の炭酸カルシウム濃度測定装置。
- 前記角αが略180度となるように配置される請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の炭酸カルシウム濃度測定装置。
