Claims (10)
- 基板上にブラックマトリックスを第1ソフトモールドを利用して形成するステップと、
前記ブラックマトリックスが形成された基板上に、赤色、緑色、及び青色のカラーフィルタを形成するステップと、
前記赤色、緑色、及び青色のカラーフィルタが形成された基板上に、透明樹脂をコーティングするステップと、
前記透明樹脂が形成された基板の上部に、溝と突起とを有する第2ソフトモールドを整列するステップと、
前記第2ソフトモールドを利用して、白色カラーフィルタ、オーバーコート層及びスペーサを同時に形成するステップと、を含むカラーフィルタアレイ基板の製造方法であって、
前記ブラックマトリックスを形成するステップは、
前記基板上に不透明層とエッチレジストとを形成するステップと、
前記エッチレジスト内に、前記ブラックマトリックスと対応する溝を有する前記第1ソフトモールドを加圧して、エッチレジストパターンを形成するステップと、
マスクとして前記エッチレジストパターンを利用した前記不透明層をエッチングするステップとを含むことを特徴とするカラーフィルタアレイ基板の製造方法。
- 前記第2ソフトモールドを利用して、白色カラーフィルタ、オーバーコート層及びスペーサを同時に形成するステップは、
前記透明樹脂内に、前記スペーサと対応する溝を有する第2ソフトモールドを加圧するステップと、
前記溝内に前記透明樹脂が移動してスペーサを形成すると共に、ソフトモールドの表面と前記透明樹脂とが接触されて、平坦であり、かつ白色カラーフィルタを含むオーバーコート層を形成するステップと、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカラーフィルタアレイ基板の製造方法。
- 前記透明樹脂上に、前記スペーサと対応する溝を有する第2ソフトモールドを加圧するステップは、
前記第2ソフトモールドの自重の重さに前記透明樹脂を加圧するステップと、
10分〜2時間130℃の温度でベーキングするか、または前記透明樹脂上に紫外線を照射して前記樹脂を硬化させるステップと、を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のカラーフィルタアレイ基板の製造方法。
- 前記透明樹脂は、液状の高分子前駆体及び液状化された高分子のうちいずれか一つで形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカラーフィルタアレイ基板の製造方法。
- 前記第2ソフトモールドは、ポリジメチルシロキサン、ポリウレタン及びクロスリンクノボラック樹脂のうちいずれか一つを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカラーフィルタアレイ基板の製造方法。
- 基板上に画素領域を限定するブラックマトリックスを第1ソフトモールドを利用して形成するステップと、
前記画素領域にカラーフィルタを形成するステップと、
前記カラーフィルタが形成された基板上に、透明樹脂をコーティングするステップと、
前記透明樹脂が形成された基板の上部に、溝と突起とを有する第2ソフトモールドを整列するステップと、
液晶の配列方向が複数の方向に調整されるように、前記第2ソフトモールドで前記透明樹脂を成形してオーバーコート層を形成し、同時に前記画素領域ごとにリーブを形成するステップと、を含むカラーフィルタアレイ基板の製造方法であって、
前記ブラックマトリックスを形成するステップは、
前記基板上に不透明層とエッチレジストとを形成するステップと、
前記エッチレジスト内に、前記ブラックマトリックスと対応する溝を有する前記第1ソフトモールドを加圧して、エッチレジストパターンを形成するステップと、
マスクとして前記エッチレジストパターンを利用した前記不透明層をエッチングするステップとを含むことを特徴とするカラーフィルタアレイ基板の製造方法。
- 前記オーバーコート層と前記リーブとを同時に形成するステップは、
前記リーブと対応する溝を有する第2ソフトモールドで前記透明樹脂を加圧するステップと、
前記溝内に前記透明樹脂が移動してリーブを形成し、同時に前記第2ソフトモールドの表面と前記透明樹脂とが接触されて、表面が平坦になるオーバーコート層を形成するステップと、を含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のカラーフィルタアレイ基板の製造方法。
- 前記透明樹脂上に、前記スペーサと対応する溝を有する第2ソフトモールドを加圧するステップは、
前記第2ソフトモールドの自重の重さに前記透明樹脂を加圧するステップと、
10分〜2時間130℃の温度でベーキングするか、または前記透明樹脂上に紫外線を照射して前記樹脂を硬化させるステップと、を含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のカラーフィルタアレイ基板の製造方法。
- 前記透明樹脂は、液状の高分子前駆体及び液状化された高分子のうちいずれか一つで形成されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のカラーフィルタアレイ基板の製造方法。
- 前記ソフトモールドは、ポリジメチルシロキサン、ポリウレタン及びクロスリンクノボラック樹脂のうちいずれか一つを含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のカラーフィルタアレイ基板の製造方法。
