Description
基材フィルムの少なくとも片面に、
(a)(メタ)アクリレート系の電磁波硬化性成分を含有する皮膜を形成し、それを電磁波照射により硬化して、膜厚1.0〜7.0μmのアンカー層を形成し、次いでその上に、
(b)下記一般式で表される単位を主たる繰返し単位とするポリカチオン状のポリチオフェンとポリアニオンとからなる導電性高分子を主たる構成成分として含む導電層を形成する、
導電性フィルムの製造方法。」が提供される。
〈アンカー層〉
本発明においては、基材フィルム由来のオリゴマーの影響を抑制するために、(メタ)アクリレート系の電磁波硬化性成分を含有する膜を硬化してなるアンカー層を基材フィルムと導電層との間に設ける必要がある。ここで用いられる(メタ)アクリレート系の電磁波硬化性成分は、十分な架橋密度が得られて基材フィルム由来のオリゴマーを十分に封止でき、電磁波照射により硬化させることができるものであれば特に限定されず、分子内に(メタ)アクリロイル基を少なくとも2個有する多官能(メタ)アクリレートモノマーおよびこれを一部重合させたオリゴマー、さらには、ポリマーの側鎖に(メタ)アクリレート基を導入した電磁波硬化性ポリマーなどを例示することができる。
好ましく用いられる酸化アルミニウム微粒子としては、例えば以下のような微粒子分散ゾルをあげることができる。アルミナゾル−100、アルミナゾル−200、アルミナゾル−500(以上日産科学社製)、AS−150I、AS−150T(住友大阪セメント製)。
好ましく用いられるシリコーン樹脂微粒子としては、例えば市販されているN−31−4(日本純薬社製)をあげることができる。
以上に説明した微粒子の添加量は、形成されるアンカー層の重量を基準として5〜90重量%とするのが好ましく、特に10〜85重量%の範囲が好ましい。
かかるアンカー層を電磁波照射して硬化させるには、塗布・乾燥した後に、例えば紫外線照射の場合には、照射量が10〜2000mJ/cm2、好ましくは50〜1500mJ/cm2、特に好ましくは100〜1000mJ/cm2となる範囲にすればよい。
本発明における導電層は、表面抵抗を下げられ、かつ透明性も具備する下記一般式
本発明においては、必要に応じて、前記アンカー層と基材フィルムとの間に易接着層を設けてもよい。かかる易接着層を形成する成分は、ポリウレタン、ポリアクリレート、ポリエステル、ポリビニルピロリドン、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリビニルアルコール/ポリエチレン共重合体等、透明性を備えるものであれば特に制限はされないが、密着性の観点から、特にポリエステル樹脂およびオキサゾリン基とポリアルキレンオキシド鎖とを有するアクリル樹脂の両方を構成成分として含有するものが好ましい。
アンカー層および導電層の厚みは、反射分光膜厚計(大塚電子製、商品名「FE−3000」)を用いて、導電性フィルム試料の導電層側における波長300〜800nmの反射率を測定した。
アンカー層の膜厚は、上述の反射スペクトルの干渉波形からピークバレー法を用いてフィッティングさせることにより算出した。一方、導電層の膜厚は、上述の反射率測定値について代表的な屈折率の波長分散の近似式としてn−k Cauchyの分散式を引用し、スペクトルの実測値とフィッティングさせることにより求めた。
JIS K6768に準拠しアンカー層表面に濡れ性標準試薬を塗布し、2秒以上撥水することなく濡れる最小の試薬番号をアンカーコート層表面の濡れ指数とした。
JIS K7150にしたがい、スガ試験機(株)製のヘイズメーターHCM−2Bにて測定を行った。
三菱化学社製Lorester MCP−T600を用いて、JIS K7194に準拠して測定した。測定は任意の箇所を5回測定し、それらの平均値とした。
表面抵抗を測定したサンプルを、130℃のオーブンに入れて3時間処理を行った後、上記と同様に表面抵抗を測定し、下記式により表面抵抗変化率を算出した。
表面抵抗変化率=(処理後の表面抵抗/処理前の表面抵抗−1)×100(%)
この式で表される表面抵抗変化率が小さいほど耐熱性が良好であることを意味する。
JIS K7150に準拠してヘイズ値を測定したサンプルを、130℃のオーブンに入れて3時間処理を行った後、上記と同様にヘイズ値を測定し、下記式によりヘイズ値の変化率を算出した。
ヘイズ変化率=(処理後のヘイズ値/処理前のヘイズ値−1)×100(%)
作成したフィルムサンプルを直径10mmの金属棒に巻きつけて戻す動作を50回繰り返した後、アンカー層および導電層を形成した面を光学顕微鏡で観察し、塗面の割れがあるかどうかを確認した。

<易接着層形成用塗液成分>
ポリエステル:酸成分が2,6−ナフタレンジカルボン酸65モル%/イソフタル酸30モル%/5−ナトリウムスルホイソフタル酸5モル%、グリコール成分がエチレングリコール90モル%/ジエチレングリコール10モル%で構成されている(Tg=80℃、平均分子量13000)。
濡れ剤:ポリオキシエチレン(n=7)ラウリルエーテル(三洋化成株式会社製 商品名ナロアクティーN−70)
ポリエチレンテレフタレート(〔η〕=0.62dl/g、Tg=78℃)をダイより溶融押し出し、常法により冷却ドラムで冷却して未延伸フィルムとし、次いで縦方向に3.4倍延伸した後、その両面に上述のポリエステル60部、アクリル30部、添加剤5部、濡れ剤5部からなる塗液をイオン交換水で濃度8%に調整した塗液を、ロールコーターで均一に塗布した。次いで塗工後にこのフィルムを横方向に125℃で3.6倍延伸し、220℃で幅方向に3%収縮させ熱固定を行い、易接着層が形成された、厚さ188μmの基材フィルムを得た。なお、易接着層の厚さは0.04μmであった。
ジペンタエリスリトールヘキサ(メタ)アクリレートおよびシリカナノ粒子を主成分とした塗剤(商品名Z7501:JSR株式会社製)をMEKにて固形分濃度40%に調整し、ロールコーターで均一に塗布した。次いで塗工後に70℃で2分間の乾燥処理を行い、その後高圧水銀ランプにより紫外線照射を行った。紫外線照射量は300mJ/cm2で実施した。なおアンカー層の乾燥厚みは6.0μmであった。次いで得られたアンカー層表面に4kWの出力、処理速度10m/分でコロナ処理を行った。このアンカー層表面の濡れ指数は65ダイン/cmであった。
導電性ポリマー:ポリ(3,4−エチレンジオキシチオフェン)0.5重量%とポリスチレンスルホン酸(分子量Mn=150,000)0.8重量%を含んでなるポリマーの水分散体(BaytronP:バイエルAG製)97部に対して3部のジエチレングリコール、0.5部のγ―グリシドキシトリメトキシシランを添加して調整した溶液を、マイヤーバーを用いて上記のアンカー層を設けた基材フィルム上に塗工し、140℃で1分間の乾燥を行って導電層を形成した。導電層厚みは0.08μmであった。得られた導電性フィルムの特性を表1に示す。
アンカー層の厚みを3.0μmにした以外は実施例1と同様に行った。結果を表1に示す。
アンカー層と導電層を形成した面とは反対面に、市販のハードコート塗液(EXF−D202:大日精化製)をMEKで固形分40%に希釈した塗液をバーコーターで塗工し、その後70℃で1分の乾燥および高圧水銀ランプによる紫外線照射を300mJ/cm2の照射強度で実施した。得られたハードコート層の膜厚は5.0μmであった。結果を表1に示す。
アンカー層の厚みを0.8μmにした以外は実施例1と同様に行った。結果を表1に示す。
アンカー層の厚みを9.0μmにした以外は実施例1と同様に行った。結果を表1に示す。
アンカー層を形成しなかった以外は実施例1と同様に行った。結果を表1に示す。
アンカー層の形成を、下記の如く変更した以外は実施例1と同様に行った。結果を表1に示す。
アクリルポリオール樹脂(大日本インキ化学工業株式会社製、A801P)52部、イソシアネート硬化剤(大日本インキ化学工業株式会社製、DN981)8部、MEK40部からなる塗液をバーコーターによって塗設し、140℃で1分間乾燥/硬化させて、厚みが5.0μmのアンカー層を形成した。

Claims (1)
- 基材フィルムの少なくとも片面にアンカー層および導電層をこの順で有する、130℃で3時間熱処理した後の表面抵抗変化率が30%以下、かつヘイズ値の変化率が30%以下である導電性フィルムを製造するに際して、

(a)(メタ)アクリレート系の電磁波硬化性成分を含有する皮膜を形成し、それを電磁波照射により硬化して、膜厚1.0〜7.0μmのアンカー層を形成し、次いでその上に、
(b)下記一般式で表される単位を主たる繰返し単位とするポリカチオン状のポリチオフェンとポリアニオンとからなる導電性高分子を主たる構成成分として含む導電層を形成する、
導電性フィルムの製造方法。
