Description
図1は、本発明の第1の実施形態に係る医療用器具の概要を示す全体正面図である。図1に示すように、本実施形態の医療用器具(ここでは医療用ナイフ)10Aは、棒状の把持部20と、把持部20の先端に接続される形状記憶部30と、形状記憶部30の先端に配置される機能部(ここではナイフ本体)40Aと、から構成される。
ところで、本発明が形状記憶部に利用する形状記憶合金は、変形させても加熱することによって記憶処理した元の形状に戻る特殊な合金だが、限度を超えた大きな変形を加えれば、加熱しても元の形状に戻ることができなくなる。そのため、形状記憶部を一定範囲以上に変形させないよう考慮する必要がある。そこで、把持部に対して機能部の角度を大きく取りたい等、形状記憶部の変形限度を超えた角度に機能部を設定したい場合は、医療用器具を以下のように構成する。

Claims (5)
- 基端に棒状の把持部と、
先端に医療行為に用いられる機能部と、
棒状の形状記憶合金からなる形状記憶部と、
前記把持部と前記形状記憶部の間又は前記形状記憶部と前記機能部との間に装着される屈曲した接続部と、を有し、各部が互いに着脱可能であり、
前記形状記憶部は直線状態で記憶処理され、必要に応じて前記形状記憶部を折曲させて使用し、使用後には前記形状記憶部を記憶回復温度まで加熱することで前記形状記憶部を元の記憶処理した形状に戻されるものであり、
前記機能部は、形状タイプが異なる複数の機能部を含み、当該複数の形状タイプの中の任意の一つが選択されて前記形状記憶部の装着部又は前記接続部に装着され、
前記機能部は、前記把持部に対し前記形状記憶部の変形限度角度を超えた角度で使用可能な医療用器具。 - 前記接続部は、ステンレス鋼の素材により形成され、予め用意された異なる角度に折曲した複数の中から選択されて用いられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療用器具。
- 前記形状記憶部が、ニッケル−チタン合金からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療用器具。
- 前記医療用器具が、医療用ナイフ、医療用ミラー、医療用フックの何れかであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の医療用器具。
- 前記機能部は滅菌処理されて前記収納手段に収納されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の医療用器具。
