Claims (5)

合成樹脂製の表示板を金属薄板からなる取付台板に所定間隔を隔てて取付け固定する表示板の取付け構造であって、
前記所定間隔に等しい高さを有する円筒状のスペーサ胴部の上端に、該スペーサ胴部より小径の案内支持部が突設され、該案内支持部の外側の前記スペーサ胴部の上端面に係止段部が形成されており、かつ、中心部分にねじ孔が貫通して設けられていると共に、前記スペーサ胴部の下端面部分に大径の凹部が設けられている本体金具と、
前記取付台板に設けた取付孔に挿通し、前記スペーサ胴部の下端側から前記ねじ孔に螺合して、前記取付台板に前記本体金具を固定保持する皿ねじと、
前記表示板に設けた支持孔を前記案内支持部に嵌め合わせて前記表示板を前記係止段部に係止させた状態で、前記案内支持部の上端側から前記ねじ孔に螺合してその頭部で前記表示板を押圧して前記本体金具に固定保持する固定ねじとから成り、
前記取付台板に設ける前記取付孔は、前記皿ねじの皿頭の外径より僅かに小径で、かつ、内周面が前記皿頭の傾斜側面とほぼ同一の傾斜角を有するテーパ面に形成されていて、前記取付孔に挿通した前記皿ねじを前記ねじ孔に螺合して締め付けたとき、前記皿頭が前記取付孔の前記テーパ面に押圧すると共に、前記本体金具の前記凹部に沈み込み、該皿頭の表面が前記取付台板の裏面とほぼ面一になった姿勢で前記本体金具を前記取付台板に固定保持する構成とし、
一方、前記案内支持部の高さは、前記表示板の厚みより低く設定されていて、前記固定ねじを前記案内支持部の上端側から前記ねじ孔に螺合して締め付けたとき、該固定ねじの前記頭部で前記表示板の表面を押圧し、前記本体金具の前記係止段部とで前記表示板を挟み付けるように固定保持する構成とすることを特徴とする表示板の取付け構造。
