Description

用語「患者」は、人間および動物の両方を含むものであると理解されるべきであり、また病院、診療所、診察室、診断施設/研究所などで実行される外科処置および診断処置、医療治療および/または他の技術/処置/治療を含むが、それらに限定されない医療処置を受ける人間または動物を含むべきである。

Claims (20)
- 室へ流体結合される近位開口を含む近位部分、遠位部分、および前記近位部分と前記遠位部分との間に延在するその中の前記室を含む筐体と、
その内腔が前記室に流体結合されるように、前記筐体の遠位部分に結合される管状部材と、
前記室から前記近位開口を密封するために前記室内に配置された密封部材であって、前記近位開口が、前記筐体の前記近位部分との係合を外して前記密封部材の密封部分を移動することによって、前記室に選択的に流体結合される、密封部材と、
固定部材であって、前記密封部材が前記室の近位部分と前記固定部材との間に圧縮保持されるように、前記密封部材の遠位端部を前記筐体の近位部分に固定するように配置された固定部材とを備えるインライン弁デバイス。 - 前記固定部材が環状輪である請求項1に記載のインラインデバイス。
- 前記環状輪を受けかつ軸方向に保持するように寸法決定された前記筐体の近位部分内に形成された溝をさらに含む請求項2に記載のインラインデバイス。
- 前記固定部材が、前記筐体の近位部分の内側周囲の周りに形成された立ち上がった突出部を含む請求項1に記載のインラインデバイス。
- 前記密封部材が、内部空洞と前記密封部材の外表面との間に延在する1つ以上の貫通孔を含み、
前記密封部材の内部空洞が、前記筐体の遠位部分内に配置された前記筐体の一部に流体結合されるように、前記密封部材が、前記筐体の近位部分内に配置される請求項1に記載のインラインデバイス。 - 前記密封部材が、導入器針が取り外し可能に受けられる隔壁を含む、請求項1に記載のインラインデバイス。
- 前記密封部材が、近位端部を含み、
前記密封部材の近位端部の一部が、前記室の近位端部の少なくとも一部との密封係合のための密封部分を含む、請求項6に記載のインラインデバイス。 - 前記密封部材が、近位端部を含み、
前記密封部材は、前記隔壁が前記密封部分から遠位に離間されるように構成される請求項6に記載のインラインデバイス。 - 前記筐体の遠位部分が、前記筐体の遠位部分内に配置された前記内側室の一部の内表面から延在する少なくとも1つの軸方向に延在する羽根を含む請求項1に記載のインラインデバイス。
- 前記少なくとも1つの軸方向に延在する羽根が、高圧流体流れ状態の間に前記密封部材だけと接触するように配置される請求項9に記載のインラインデバイス。
- 室へ流体結合される近位開口を含む近位部分、遠位部分、および前記近位部分と前記遠位部分との間に延在するその中の前記室を含む筐体と、
その内腔が前記室に流体結合されるように、前記筐体の遠位部分に結合される管状部材と、
前記室から前記近位開口を密封するために前記室内に配置された密封部材であって、前記近位開口が、前記筐体の前記近位部分との係合を外して前記密封部材の密封部分を移動することによって、前記室に選択的に流体結合される、密封部材とを備え、
前記筐体の遠位部分が、前記筐体の遠位部分内に配置された前記内側室の一部の内表面から延在する少なくとも1つの軸方向に延在する羽根を含み、
前記少なくとも1つの軸方向に延在する羽根は、前記遠位部分の内部空洞内に注入されかつ配置される流体の激しい瞬間的圧力スパイクまたはサージに応答して、前記筐体内で前記密封部材が反転するのを防止するように配置されている、血管アクセスデバイス。 - インラインIVカテーテルデバイスを組み立てる方法であって、
内部空洞を画定しかつ近位端部および遠位端部を有する近位筐体部分を提供するステップと、
内部空洞を画定しかつ近位端部および遠位端部を有する遠位筐体部分を提供するステップと、
近位端部および遠位端部を有しかつ隔壁を含む密封部材を提供するステップと、
前記密封部材の前記遠位端部が前記近位筐体部分に固定されると共に、前記密封部材が前記近位筐体部分の前記内部空洞の前記近位端部に対して密封しかつ圧縮して保持されるように、前記近位筐体部分の前記内部空洞内に前記密封部材を配置するステップと、
鋭い遠位端部および近位端部を有する針を提供するステップと、
前記針の前記近位端部が前記密封部材の前記近位端部から突出するように、前記密封部材の前記隔壁を通して前記針の前記近位端部を挿入するステップと、
前記近位筐体部分の前記内部空洞および前記遠位筐体部分の前記内部空洞が室を画定するように、前記近位筐体部分を前記遠位筐体部分に固定するステップとを含む方法。 - 前記固定するステップは、
前記近位筐体部分上の輪部材を、前記近位筐体部分の内部空洞の前記近位端部から所定の距離に配置するステップと、
前記近位筐体部分の内部空洞の前記近位端部と前記輪部材の表面との間に前記密封部材を圧縮保持するステップとを含む請求項12に記載の方法。 - 前記輪部材が、環状板状部材である請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記輪部材を配置する前記ステップが、前記近位筐体部分内に形成された溝内に前記輪部材を配置するステップを含む請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記輪部材が、前記近位筐体部分の前記内部空洞の周囲の周りに少なくとも部分的に延在する立ち上がった突出部として形成される請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記密封部材を提供するステップが、前記隔壁を通って再密封可能な開口を形成するステップを含み、
前記隔壁を通して前記針の前記近位端部を挿入するステップが、前記再密封可能な開口を通して前記針の前記近位端部を挿入するステップを含む請求項12に記載の方法。 - 前記密封部材が、内部空洞と、前記内部空洞と前記密封部材の外表面との間に延在する少なくとも1つの貫通孔とを含む請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記密封部材を配置するステップは、前記なくとも1つの貫通孔が、前記近位筐体部分の内部空洞の前記近位端部の近位にあるように、および前記密封部材の内部空洞が、前記近位筐体部分および前記遠位筐体部分が互いに対して固定された後、前記遠位筐体部分の内部空洞に流体結合されるように、前記近位筐体部分の内部空洞内に前記密封部材を配置するステップを含む請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記遠位筐体部分内に1つ以上の径方向に延在する羽根を提供するステップをさらに含み、前記1つ以上の径方向に延在する羽根が、前記密封部材が高圧流体流れ状態に晒されたときに、前記密封部材の軸方向移動を限定するために配置される請求項12に記載の方法。
