Description
The present invention relates to an industrial vehicle using a fuel cell as an energy source.
Fuel cells are attracting attention as a clean energy source. From this fuel cell, exhaust gas containing moisture is generated. In general vehicles using a fuel cell as an energy source, an exhaust gas containing moisture is discharged from the exhaust pipe to the outside of the vehicle (for example, see Patent Document 1). In this case, moisture condensed together with the exhaust gas is discharged from the exhaust pipe to the outside of the vehicle.
Since an industrial vehicle that performs a cargo handling operation or the like may travel in the factory, according to the technique described in Patent Document 1, moisture discharged from the exhaust pipe is scattered in the factory. Moisture splashed into the factory can corrode metal equipment. In addition, there are hygiene issues in food factories. Therefore, in an industrial vehicle using a fuel cell as an energy source, it is conceivable to exhaust the exhaust gas from which moisture has been removed by a gas-liquid separator from an exhaust pipe.
As described above, even when moisture is removed by the gas-liquid separator, the moisture may be further condensed by cooling the exhaust gas in the exhaust pipe. In this case, the moisture condensed together with the exhaust gas from the exhaust pipe is discharged outside the vehicle.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide an industrial vehicle that uses a fuel cell as an energy source and that hardly contains moisture contained in exhaust gas to the outside.
An industrial vehicle according to the present invention is an industrial vehicle that uses a fuel cell as an energy source, the gas-liquid separator separating water from exhaust gas discharged from the fuel cell, and the water separated by the gas-liquid separator. An exhaust pipe for discharging the exhaust gas to the outside, and a tank communicating with the exhaust pipe, in which water is stored and a drain is formed for discharging the stored water to the outside The exhaust pipe has an exhaust port communicating with the outside and reduces the exhaust noise while exhausting the exhaust gas from the exhaust port to the outside, and the exhaust gas flowing in from the gas-liquid separator An induction tube for guiding gas to the muffler, the induction tube being in communication with the gas-liquid separator and having an extending portion extending in a gravitational direction, and an upper portion of the extending portion with respect to the gravitational direction. Before Through the tank and communicating in the lower concerning the gravitational direction of the muffler and communicating and the extending portion, the water condensed in said muffler, characterized in that flowing into the tank by gravity through the extending portion .
According to the present invention, since water which has been condensed in the muffler flows into the tank by gravity through the extending portion without being discharged from the exhaust port, the water content is less likely to be discharged to the outside. Thereby, it can suppress that a water | moisture content scatters in a factory. In addition, since water is temporarily removed from the exhaust gas by the gas-liquid separator, the amount of water condensed in the exhaust pipe can be reduced. Thereby, it can suppress that the exhaust efficiency of an exhaust pipe falls.
In the present invention, the guide tube has one end that communicates with the gas-liquid separator, and includes a lead-in portion that extends downward from the one end with respect to the direction of gravity, and the extension portion. And a cooling portion communicating with the muffler at an upper end portion in the gravity direction, the other end of the drawing portion, a lower end portion in the gravity direction of the cooling portion, and a drain pipe connecting the induction pipe and the tank. It is preferable that the said cooling part and the said drain pipe are connected so that it may continue along a gravity direction via the said connection part. According to this, the moisture condensed in the drawing-in flows down the inner wall surface of the drawing-in part due to gravity and flows into the tank through the connecting part and the drain pipe. Moreover, the moisture condensed in the cooling unit flows down the inner wall surface of the cooling unit by gravity, and flows into the tank through the connecting unit and the drain pipe.
In the present invention, it is preferable that the muffler extends in the direction of gravity.
Moreover, in this invention, it is preferable that the radiation fin is formed in at least one part of the outer wall in the said muffler . According to this, since the muffler is efficiently cooled by the radiating fins, moisture condensation in the muffler is promoted. Thereby, moisture can be efficiently removed from the exhaust gas.
Further, in the present invention, at least a portion of the inner wall of the muffler, it is preferable that a plurality of tubes plate portion from the inner wall surface extending toward the inside and below the muffler is formed. According to this, since the exhaust gas is efficiently cooled by the contact between the inner plate portion and the exhaust gas, condensation of moisture in the muffler is promoted. Thereby, moisture can be efficiently removed from the exhaust gas.
Further, in the present invention, the gas-liquid separator communicates with the tank, the water separated by the gas-liquid separator, it is more preferable that flows into the tank. According to this, since it is not necessary to prepare a separate tank for storing the water separated by the gas-liquid separator, it is possible to save space.
DESCRIPTION OF EXEMPLARY EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, preferred embodiments for carrying out the invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a side view showing an internal configuration of a forklift 1 that is an industrial vehicle according to the present embodiment. As shown in FIG. 1, the forklift 1 is configured as, for example, a front wheel drive / rear wheel steering four-wheel vehicle. A front part of the forklift 1 is provided with a lift device 2 for performing a lifting / lowering operation of the load and a
The
The
Next, the
Next, the flow of exhaust gas and the flow of moisture contained in the exhaust gas in the exhaust system 6 will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 4 is an enlarged view of the exhaust system 6. In FIG. 4, the flow of exhaust gas is indicated by solid arrows, and the flow of moisture contained in the exhaust gas is indicated by broken arrows. As shown in FIG. 4, the exhaust gas containing moisture discharged from the
In the
Although the moisture condensation and the moisture flow in the
According to the present embodiment described above, the moisture condensed in the
In addition, since the
Furthermore, since the
In addition, since the
Further, the exhaust system 6 has a gas-
Furthermore, since the water separated from the exhaust gas by the gas-

In addition, about the member substantially the same as embodiment mentioned above, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected and description is abbreviate | omitted. In the exhaust system 6 described above, the
In the
Further, the exhaust system 6 described above has a gas-
Further, an
