Claims (8)
- ガスタービンエンジンジン(10)の燃焼器に対して位置決めした状態にタービンノズル組立体(12)を保持するための保持組立体(100)であって、
前記燃焼器の後端部(108)に結合された半径方向外側保持リング(102)であって、後方端部フランジ(120,230)を含む半径方向外側保持リング(102)と、
前記ガスタービンエンジンの中心軸線の周りに円周方向に固定配置された半径方向内側保持リング(104)と、
前記内側保持リングの周りに円周方向に配置されて前記タービンノズル組立体を形成した複数のタービンノズル(20)であって、前記複数のタービンノズルの各タービンノズルが、前記内側保持リングに結合された内側バンド(26)と、前記外側保持リングに結合された外側バンド(24)と、前記内側バンドと外側バンドの間に延びる少なくとも1つのベーン(22)とを含んでいて、前記外側バンド(24)の後端縁(44)にスロット(220)及び通路(222)が形成されている、タービンノズル(20)と、
第1の端部(202)と、前記スロット(220)内に配置された第2の端部(204)と、第1の端部(202)と第2の端部(204)の間に延びる本体(206)とを有する保持シール(200)であって、前記本体(206)が、前記通路(222)内に挿入される挿入部分(208)を含んでいて、前記第1の端部(202)が前記本体から半径方向外側に延びて前記後方端部フランジ(120,230)と接触している、保持シール(200)と
を備える、保持組立体(100)。 - 前記内側保持リング(104)が、該内側保持リング(104)の外周部の周りに形成されたショルダ部(106)と前記ショルダ部内に配置された各前記内側バンド(26)の一部分とをさらに含む、請求項1記載の保持組立体(100)。
- 各前記内側バンド(26)には、前記ショルダ部(106)内に配置されたフランジ(60)が形成される、請求項2記載の保持組立体(100)。
- 前記内側保持リング(104)に結合されて、該内側保持リングに対して位置決めした状態で前記内側バンド(26)を保持する保持セグメント(110)をさらに含む、請求項2記載の保持組立体(100)。
- 前記保持セグメント(110)が、複数の突起をさらに含み、前記複数の突起の各突起が、前記内側保持リング(104)内に形成された対応する空洞(114)内に配置される、請求項4記載の保持組立体(100)。
- 前記外側保持リング(102)が、前記後方端部フランジ(120,230)の内面(124)内に形成されたチャネル(122)をさらに含んでおり、前記外側バンド(24)が、後方フランジ(70)と、前記後方フランジ(70)によって形成され、前記チャネル(122)内に配置されかつ該外側バンドを前記外側保持リングに結合するように構成された突出部(74)とをさらに含む、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項記載の保持組立体(100)。
- 前記中心軸線に平行にかつピン穴(90)及び前記外側バンド(24)に形成された対応するスロット(98)内に配置された回転防止ピン(130)をさらに含み、前記回転防止ピンが、前記タービンノズル(20)を前記外側保持リング(102)に結合するように構成される、請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項記載の保持組立体(100)。
- 前記外側保持リング(102)に結合されかつ前記タービンノズル(20)を前記外側保持リングに結合するように構成された保持プレート(140)をさらに含み、前記保持プレートの外面(144)が、前記タービンノズル(20)の前端縁(40)と同一平面になっている、請求項1記載の保持組立体(100)。
