Claims (3)
- 第1吸気路(3)と、この第1吸気路(3)の下流端部(3b)に間隔を開けて上流端部(4a)を対向させた第2吸気路(4)とを有する支持体(M)を備え、この支持体(M)に取付けたスリーブ型の弁体(8)を、弁作動装置(10)を介してアクチュエータ(21)に連結して、該アクチュエータ(21)により駆動するようにした吸気制御装置であって、
前記弁体(8)が、両吸気路(3,4)の対向端部(3b,4a)の何れか一方の第1吸気路端部(3b)に摺動可能に嵌合されて、その対向端部(3b,4a)の何れか他方の第2吸気路端部(4a)から離間した第1位置(B)と、該第2吸気路端部(4a)に当接して両吸気路(3,4)相互を連続的に導通させる第2位置(A)との間を移動可能であるものにおいて、
前記弁作動装置(10)を、前記支持体(M)に回転自在に支持されて前記アクチュエータ(21)に連結される駆動軸(18)と、この駆動軸(18)に固設されて前記弁体(8)の移動方向に回動し得る駆動レバー(23)と、前記弁体(8)に固設される従動アーム(24)と、リンク(25)と、このリンク(25)の一端部を前記駆動レバー(23)に回動可能に連結する第1連結軸(26)と、同リンク(25)の他端部を前記従動アーム(24)に回動可能に連結する第2連結軸(27)とより構成し、
前記駆動レバー(23)の回動により前記弁体(8)を第1位置(A)から第2位置(B)へと移動するに伴ない、前記第1連結軸(26)の中心(26c)が前記駆動軸(18)及び前記第2連結軸(27)の両中心(18c,27c)間を結ぶ直線(28)に一側方から接近し、前記弁体(8)が第2位置(B)に到達した後は、前記第1連結軸(26)の中心(26c)が前記直線(28)上の死点を他側方へ越えるように、前記駆動レバー(23)を更に所定角度回動を進め、
前記弁体(8)が第2位置(B)にあるときに互いに当接する該弁体(8)と前記第2吸気路端部(4a)との当接部の少なくとも一方をゴム製の弾性部材(4a)で構成して、前記第1連結軸(26)の中心(26c)が前記直線(28)上の死点を他側方へ越えるまでに、前記弾性部材(4a)に圧縮変形を与えることを特徴とする吸気制御装置。 - 請求項1記載の吸気制御装置において、
前記第1連結軸(26)の中心(26c)が前記直線(28)上の死点をその他側方へ越えてから前記駆動レバー(23)の回動を停止する位置を調節可能としたことを特徴とする吸気制御装置。 - 空気入口(1)に連通するサージ室(2)と、このサージ室(2)の一側壁を迂回し て上流端部(3a)及び下流端部(3b)を該サージ室(2)に開口する第1吸気路(3)と、この第1吸気路(3)の下流端部(3b)に間隔を開けて対向するように上流端部(4a)を前記サージ室(2)に開口すると共に下流端部(4b)をエンジン(E)の吸気ポート(5)に連ねる第2吸気路(4)とで吸気マニフォルド(M)を構成し、前記第1及び第2吸気路(3,4)の対向端部(3b,4a)の一方の第1吸気路端部(3b)に、他方の第2吸気路端部(4a)から離間した第1位置(B)と該第2吸気路端部(4a)に当接して両吸気路(3,4)相互を連続的に導通させる第2位置(A)との間を移動するスリーブ型の弁体(8)を摺動自在に嵌合し、この弁体(8)に、弁作動装置(10)を介してアクチュエータ(21)を連結した、エンジンの吸気制御装置において、
前記弁作動装置(10)を、前記吸気マニフォルド(M)に回転自在に支持されて前記アクチュエータ(21)に連結される駆動軸(18)と、この駆動軸(18)に固設されて前記弁体(8)の移動方向に回動し得る駆動レバー(23)と、前記弁体(8)に固設される従動アーム(24)と、リンク(25)と、このリンク(25)の一端部を前記駆動レバー(23)に回動可能に連結する第1連結軸(26)と、同リンク(25)の他端部を前記従動アーム(24)に回動可能に連結する第2連結軸(27)とより構成し、
前記駆動レバー(23)の回動により前記弁体(8)を第1位置(A)から第2位置(B)へと移動するに伴ない、前記第1連結軸(26)の中心(26c)が前記駆動軸(18)及び前記第2連結軸(27)の両中心(18c,27c)間を結ぶ直線(28)に一側方から接近し、前記弁体(8)が第2位置(B)に到達した後は、前記第1連結軸(26)の中心(26c)が前記直線(28)上の死点を他側方へ越えるように、前記駆動レバー(23)を更に所定角度回動を進め、
前記弁体(8)が第2位置(B)にあるときに互いに当接する該弁体(8)と前記第2吸気路端部(4a)との当接部の少なくとも一方をゴム製の弾性部材(4a)で構成して、前記第1連結軸(26)の中心(26c)が前記直線(28)上の死点を他側方へ越えるまでに、前記弾性部材(4a)に圧縮変形を与えることを特徴とする、エンジンの吸気制御装置。
