Description

The present invention relates to a universal joint and a universal joint intended to be folded and connected at a free angle in a vertical direction and a horizontal direction in a joint portion of a handrail or a coping (hereinafter referred to as “handrail”) using the universal joint. The present invention relates to a universal connection device such as a handrail that uses a handrail.

Conventionally, a universal joint formed by fitting a hemispherical recessed portion and a sphere is known. JP-B 59-52263 JP2003-213872A JP2004-19364 Utility model registration No. 2522750

Conventionally, a universal joint is known in which a sphere fixed to the other member end is fitted into a hemispherical recessed portion fixed to the end of the member. Also, conventional handrails and other connecting parts are manufactured as designed for both horizontal and vertical angles, which are only fixed by installation work on site, and cut appropriately according to the site location. It is not a fixed method.

Therefore, when the size of the installation structure on site is slightly different, there are cases where the site adjustment is impossible. Also, depending on the difference in dimensions (angle) such as handrails to be installed on the site, even if there is a slight difference, there is a slight difference. There was also a risk of damage.

In addition, it may be possible to adjust the angle of the connection end in the horizontal direction or the vertical direction to avoid the above-mentioned problem, but most of them are adjustable only in the vertical angle or only in the horizontal angle. There was a problem that it was not possible to adjust both in the horizontal direction.

However, there are many different sites, and there are many cases where more accurate mounting can be performed with fine adjustment in either the vertical direction or the horizontal direction.

In addition, the universal joint in which a sphere is fitted into the hemispherical recessed portion has a problem that it is difficult to adjust the position.

Conventionally, the one that adjusts the angle by fitting the adjustment ring (Patent Document 1) is one-way angle adjustment. Further, there has been proposed a device in which the angle is adjusted by a connecting piece and a supporting piece (Patent Document 2). Next, there is also a proposal (Patent Document 3) in which the angle is adjusted by a connecting piece and a supporting piece. Furthermore, there is also a proposal of a connecting portion (Patent Document 4) that can rotate around the vertical axis and adjust the refraction angle.

As described above, all of the known techniques are unidirectional bending adjustments, and there are few proposals of the invention that can easily and simultaneously adjust the horizontal direction and the vertical direction at the same place.

However, it is a matter of course that it is better to be able to adjust both the horizontal and vertical directions, and further improvement of the above problems has been demanded.

However, the present invention succeeded in adjusting the horizontal angle and the vertical angle at the same place by using a joint whose angle and position can be easily adjusted without causing the center cores of each other to be shaken. The conventional problems have been solved.

According to the present invention, when installing a handrail or the like on site, the angle in the vertical direction or the horizontal direction can be freely adjusted. Therefore, it is not necessary to determine the angle in advance and determine the size, so that the approximate angle can be determined. If so, it can be installed accurately according to the situation on site or at the time of construction.

Further, since the adjustment of the present invention is almost bolted, the adjustment is easy and both can be done quickly, so the construction period can be shortened.

In addition, according to the connecting device of the present invention, there is an advantage that welding is not required for connection of a handrail and the like, and through-flexing connection (a bent portion is integrally formed) at a free angle is possible.

Therefore, there is a continuity in the connection portion such as a handrail, and there is no possibility that the connection portion such as the handrail is spaced at the connection portion due to the joint, or that there is a gap in appearance.

According to the present invention, the vertical angle and the horizontal angle can be freely adjusted with respect to the installation of the connection portion such as the handrail, so that the three-dimensional adjustment can be easily performed, and the construction conforming to the site can be easily performed. Further, since it can be adjusted at the site, not only the detailed design drawing of the joint part is unnecessary, but also the work at the site can be further facilitated, for example, the precise dimensional finish of the member to be used (such as the caps) is not required.

Furthermore, it is easy to adjust and can be installed without mistakes, and the installation state is robust, and there are various effects such as the possibility that the connection part such as handrails will not break before other places due to unexpected external force. is there.

In the present invention, the T-shaped bracket is fixed to the pole sideways, and the horizontal surface of the L-shaped support bracket is adjusted to a predetermined length by adjusting the length to the horizontal surface when the T-shaped bracket is fixed sideways. Insert and fix to the length (Bridge length). A nut is fixed laterally (bolt is vertical) to the inside of the upper end of the support bracket, and a lower hollow hemisphere is rotatably attached upward, and an upper hollow hemisphere is placed on the hollow hemisphere. The body is fitted so as to be pivotable downward. Since the fitting openings of the upper and lower hollow hemispheres are each provided with a fitting insertion piece that is inserted into the opposing opening during fitting, the upper and lower hollow hemispheres are aligned with the center line. Fits correctly and a hollow sphere with the correct shape is created.

A circular hole of a connection pipe is fitted to the left and right of the hollow sphere composed of the two hollow hemispheres, and an arcuate partition plate is provided in each of the circular holes of the connection pipe, and the arcuate partition plate is provided with the arc from the hollow sphere. An attachment rod groove is provided that allows one end portion of the attachment rod extending in diameter to pass therethrough, and the other end portion of the attachment rod forms a ring in the hollow sphere, and the ring is overlapped with the central portion of the hollow sphere. Insert the cone part (the lower part is the small diameter) provided in the upper part of the fixing bolt into the ring, and draw the ring of the left and right mounting rods so as to overlap, and fit the circular hole of the connection pipe to the outer wall of the hollow sphere Let That is, the fixing of the hollow sphere and the fixing of the right and left connecting pipes are completed simultaneously by screwing the fixing bolt. Further, the upper hollow hemisphere can be firmly fixed to the lower hollow hemisphere via the fixing bolt with screws.

According to the above, the effect that the angle can be adjusted steplessly up and down, left and right, the intersection of the center lines of each other coincide, and the strength of the connecting portion can be maintained. According to this implementation, since the hollow sphere is used as a reference, the strength at each of the upper, lower, left and right angles can be kept uniform.

In the above, when the screws 22 are removed and the fixing bolts 17 are loosened, the attachment rods 14 and 14 are loosened due to the rise of the cone portion 17a, so that the connecting pipes 10 and 10 are shown by arrows 25 and 26 in FIG. It can move freely in the direction. Also, the upper and lower hollow spheres 9a and 9b freely rotate in the directions indicated by arrows 23 and 24 in FIG. Accordingly, since the connecting pipes 10 and 10 can move in the horizontal direction (the rotation of the hollow sphere 9) and the vertical direction (the movement of the connecting pipe 10 in the up and down oblique direction), the free movement (universal joint) adjustment in three dimensions or in all directions Can do.

As described above, by loosening the fixing bolt 17, the angle of the connecting pipe can be freely finely adjusted. Therefore, there is an effect that the adjustment at the site is easy, easy and reliable.

When another embodiment of the present invention is described with reference to FIGS. 8 to 10, the disc 58 is fixed to the upper end portion of the bracket 6, and the nut 18 is fixed to the upper portion thereof. A lower hollow hemisphere 9a faces upward to the disc 58, and a lower end hole 9c is rotatably fitted to the disc 58, and the upper hollow hemisphere 9b is lowered to the hollow hemisphere 9a. A hollow sphere 9 is formed by fitting the two hollow hemispheres 9a and 9b. The fitting portion of the hollow hemisphere 9 is provided with fitting insertion pieces 11 and 11, respectively, so that the fitting positions of the hollow hemispheres 9a and 9b are not shifted from each other.

The circular holes 13 and 13 of the connecting pipes 10 and 10 are respectively fitted to the left and right of the outer wall portion of the hollow sphere 9, and arc-shaped partition plates 12 and 12 are provided in the circular holes 13 and 13 (FIG. 9 ). ). The partition plates 12 and 12 are provided with grooves 15 and 15 through which one end portions of the mounting rods 14 and 14 are inserted in diameter with respect to the circular hole 13, and the back side of the partition plates 12 and 12 (the opposite side of the circular hole). Ring portions 14 a and 14 a are provided at the other end portions of the mounting rods 14 and 14, and are stacked vertically at the center of the hollow sphere 9. A fixing bolt 17 is inserted into the hollow sphere 9 from above, and a lower end portion of the fixing bolt 17 is screwed into a nut 18 fixed to an upper end portion 6b of the bracket 6. When the portion 17a is inserted into the ring portion 14a, the outer wall of the cone portion 17a pulls the ring portions 14a and 14a in the directions indicated by arrows 19 and 19 (FIG. 8 , inward). 14 is also pulled in the same direction, and the connecting pipes 10 and 10 are pulled into the center through the nuts 20 and 20 of the mounting rods 14 and 14 to complete the universal joint of the hollow sphere 9 and the connecting pipes 10 and 10. The fixing bolt 17 is screwed into a nut 18 and is stably held. In the figure, 67 is a cap of the bolt operation hole 9d, and 62 is a guide tube of the ring portions 14a, 14a.

In the above-described embodiment, when the fixing bolt 17 is screwed (arrow 68), the cone portion 17a is lowered, so that the ring portions 14a and 14a are attracted to each other, and the connecting pipe end is pressed against the outer wall of the hollow sphere. Touch and fix. Further, when the fixing bolt 17 is loosened, the contact portion between the hollow sphere 9 and the connecting pipes 10 and 10 becomes easy to slide, so that the horizontal and vertical angles of the connecting pipe end can be freely adjusted.

Although the said Example has the advantage that the connection frame 21 becomes unnecessary with respect to Example 1, the state as a universal joint is unchanged.

In the above embodiment, the fixing bolt 17 is loosened, the cone portion 17a is raised, and the connecting pipes 10 and 10 are moved in the directions of arrows 63 and 63, or are moved in the directions of arrows 64 and 64. The vertical angle can be freely adjusted (FIG. 10 (a)). Moreover, the horizontal direction angle of the connection pipes 10 and 10 can be freely adjusted by moving the connection pipes 10 and 10 in the directions of arrows 65 and 65 or arrows 66 and 66 (FIG. 10B). . The ability to freely adjust the horizontal angle and the vertical angle as described above means that the angles of the connecting pipes 10 and 10 can be freely adjusted three-dimensionally.

Another embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 11 to 14. That is, the support cylinder 72 of the ring portion 14a of the mounting rod 14 is installed in the lower hollow hemisphere 9a, and the connection pipes 10, 10, the circular holes 13, 13 are fitted and the cone portion 17a of the fixing bolt 17 is used. Since the structure for tightening and fixing the ring portion 14a, its operation and effect are all the same, and the connection operation is the same, the detailed description is omitted. Therefore, the same reference numerals are used for the same parts as in the first embodiment. Further, the support cylinder 72 is the same as that of the third embodiment and has the same function and effect, so that the same reference numerals are used for the same parts. In the figure, 9d indicates a bolt operation hole, and 63, 65 and 66 indicate horizontal and vertical movement directions of the connecting pipes 10 and 10, respectively.

Another embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. This embodiment corresponds to the embodiment 2 using the three connecting pipes 10, 10, and 10, and the other parts are the same in structure, operation, and effect.

That is, the lower hollow hemisphere 9a is rotatably attached to the disk 58 on the upper end 6b of the vertical portion of the bracket 6 (the upper end of the support bracket), and the upper portion on the hollow hemisphere 9a. The hollow hemisphere 9b is rotatably fitted downward, and the hollow sphere 9 is formed by the two hollow hemispheres 9a and 9b. Circular holes 13, 13, 13 of connecting pipes 10, 10, 10 are respectively fitted to the left and right of the outer wall portion of the hollow sphere 9, and arc-shaped partition plates 12, 13, 13 are respectively inserted into the circular holes 13, 13, 13. 12 and 12 are provided (FIG. 26 ). The partition plates 12, 12, 12 are provided with grooves 15, 15, 15 through which one end portions of the mounting rods 14, 14, 14 are inserted in diameter with respect to the circular holes 13, 13, 13. 12 and 12 are rough surfaces (opposite side surfaces of the circular holes), and are in frictional contact with the seat plates 16, 16, and 16 fitted to the mounting rods 14, 14, and 14.

Ring portions 14 a, 14 a, 14 a are provided at the other end portions of the mounting rods 14, 14, 14, and are stacked vertically at the central portion of the hollow sphere 9. A fixing bolt 17 is inserted into the hollow sphere 9 from above, and a lower end portion of the fixing bolt 17 is screwed to a nut 18 fixed to a disk 58 on the upper end portion 6b of the bracket 6. When the cone portion 17a of the fixing bolt 17 is inserted into the ring portion 14a, the outer wall of the cone portion 17a pulls each ring portion 14a in the direction of arrows 19 and 19 (FIG. 25 , inward). The rods 14, 14, and 14 are also pulled in the same direction, and the connecting pipes 10, 10, and 10 are pulled into the center through the nuts 20, 20, and 20 of the mounting rods 14, 14, and 14, respectively. The universal joint with the pipes 10, 10, 10 is completely fixed. The fixing bolt 17 is screwed into a nut 18 and is stably held.

Thereby, the universal joint 100 including the hollow sphere 9 and the connecting pipes 10, 10, 10 is fixed onto the bracket 6. In the figure, 27 and 27 are handrails (FIG. 24 ).

In the above, the uncapped 67, when loosened fixing bolt 17, the ring portion 14a of mounting rod 14, 14, 14 by increasing the cone portion 17a, 14a, since 14a slackens, the connection pipe 10, 10, 10 Figure 24 It can move freely in the direction of arrows 25 and 26 as shown in (a). The upper and lower portions of the hollow spheres 9a, 9b also free to rotate in the direction shown in FIG. 24 (b) Nakaya shows 23,24. Accordingly, since the connecting pipes 10, 10, and 10 can move in the horizontal direction (rotation of the hollow sphere 9) and the vertical direction (movement of the connecting pipe 10 in the up and down oblique direction), they can freely move in three dimensions or in all directions (universal joints). ) Can be adjusted.

As described above, by loosening the fixing bolt 17, the angle of the connecting pipe 10 can be freely finely adjusted. Therefore, there is an effect that the adjustment at the site is easy, easy and reliable.

In the said Example, since the three attachment rods 14 are used, the overlap of a ring part becomes high. Therefore, the ring 85 is interposed between the contact portions of the upper and lower hollow spheres 9a and 9b to eliminate the step and to smoothly rotate the connecting pipes 10, 10, and 10 in three dimensions. The ring portion 14a is flattened to reduce the overall overlap.

Another embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. In this embodiment, instead of the single connecting pipe 10 in the seventh embodiment, the mounting plate 88a of the bracket 88 for fixing the cylindrical body 87 into which the column 86a of the guide plate 86 is inserted is replaced by the ring portion 14a of the mounting rod 14. Corresponds to pinched and fixed. Accordingly, the structures of the connecting pipes 10 and 10, the mounting rods 14 and 14, the fixing bolt 17, the cone portion 17a, the bracket 6 and the like are all the same, and the same portions are denoted by the same reference numerals and the description thereof is omitted.

As described above, the connecting pipes 10 and 10 are all the same as in the first embodiment, and the same portions are denoted by the same reference numerals. Therefore, the same configuration and effect of the same portion are all the same, and the description thereof is omitted.

In the above embodiment, when the mounting plate 88a of the bracket 88 is sandwiched between the rings 14a and 14a of the mounting rods 14 and 14, and the fixing bolt 17 is screwed (tightened to the nut), the mounting rods 14 and 14 are mounted. With the fixing of the mounting plate 88a, the mounting plate 88a is also fixed. Therefore, since the bracket 88 is fixed, the cylinder 87 is fixed to the fixing piece 88b of the bracket 88 with the bolt 89. Therefore, if the column of the guide plate 86 to be displayed is inserted into the cylindrical body 87, the guide plate 86 can be stably held.

Next, FIGS. 30 and 31 show an example in which a delineator 90 is attached instead of the guide plate (other advertisements, etc.). The delineator 90 is a line-of-sight guide mark, which is a so-called “road traffic safety article”, and can be attached to the universal joint portion of the present invention by the same technique regardless of its style. The delineator 90 is formed by integrally forming the mounting plate 90a, the support part 90b, and the display part 90c, but does not prevent the parts from being manufactured separately and then connected.

Another embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. In this embodiment, four connecting pipes 10 are attached, and the others are the same as in the first embodiment. Accordingly, in the configuration of each part, since there are four connecting pipes 10 and the overlap of the ring part 14a of the mounting rod 14 increases accordingly, the rings 85 and 85a are interposed between the upper and lower hollow spheres 9a and 9b. And aimed for stability. Further, the ring portion 14a has a thickness of almost one half, and the entire overlap is made as thin as possible. This point can be adjusted by the thickness of the rings 85 and 85a even when there are four overlaps, and each connecting pipe 10, 10, 10, 10 can be slid three-dimensionally. It is. Further it is as attaching lever fits into the cut-th ring 85, 85a.

Since the basic structure is the same as that of the first embodiment as described above, the same portions are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description of the configuration, operation, and effect is omitted. However, 4 caps can be connected.

Another embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 35 to 38. One side butterfly plate 31a of the butterfly plate 31 is fixed to the lower surfaces of the caps 30 and 30, respectively, and the length of the other side butterfly plate 31b of the butterfly plate 31 is fixed. The holes 31 c and the vertical grooves 32 b and 33 b of the vertical frames 32 a and 33 a of the rotary connection frames 32 and 33 are fixed by bolts 34 and 34. An arcuate portion 33d of the horizontal piece 33c of the rotary connection frame 33 is rotatably fitted to the horizontal piece 32c and the circular guide portion 32d of the rotary connection frame 32, and the upper part thereof is pressed by the lower surface of the guide tube 35, and the guide The cylinder 35 is rotatably fitted to the longitudinal axis 37 of the base 36, and the screw 38 is screwed to and fixed to the upper end of the longitudinal axis 37, whereby the joint 46 of the present invention can be made. The base 36 is fixed onto a column 39. In the figure, 47 is a lattice, and 48 is a lower horizontal rail.

In the above, the inclination angle of the headboard 30 is raised and lowered in the direction of the arrow 40 or 41 (FIG. 35 ), so that the butterfly plate 31a is rotated and supported. The height of each headboard 30 can be set to a predetermined height by raising and lowering the butterfly plate 31b in the direction of the arrow 42 or 43.

Next, the horizontal angle of the headboard 30 can be freely set by rotating the rotary connection frames 32 and 33 in the direction of the arrow 44 or 45 (FIG. 35B ).

Since the rotation is guided by the fitting of the circular guide portion 32d of the rotary connection frame 32 and the arc-shaped portion 33d of the rotary connection frame 33, the rotation is performed around the vertical axis 37. Therefore, the center of rotation is always maintained accurately, and there is no possibility that the center of rotation will fluctuate depending on the rotation angle.

As described above, since the headboard 30 can freely adjust the vertical direction, the horizontal direction, and the connection height at the connection portion, it can be constructed in accordance with the shape of the site.

Another embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 39 and 40. Square cut sleeves 50 and 50 having the same shape are provided inside the ends of the caps 30 and 30, respectively. The flexible pipes 52 and 52 with one end ribs are respectively inserted into the circular cylinders 51 and 51 provided in the direction, the other end portions 52a and 52a of the flexible pipes 52 and 52 are refracted, and the square-cut sleeves 50 and 50 are bent. Then, the flexible pipes 52 and 52 are fixed in the longitudinal direction.

In FIG. 39 (b), when an external force is applied as shown by the arrow 54 or 55 in FIG. 39 (b), the flexible pipe 52 freely bends. Therefore, if the square sleeve 50 is fixed at a predetermined position, the head 30 is It can be held stably at an angle.

FIG. 39 (b) shows the horizontal angle adjustment, but if an external force is applied in the direction of the arrow 56 or 57 as shown in FIG. 39 (c), the vertical angle adjustment can also be performed.

In the figure, reference numerals 59 and 59 denote joint caulking receiving plates, which are attached when caulking filling is required on the coping joint.

Turning now describes the group Dzu the mounting state of the sleeve 50 in FIG. 40, by inserting the sleeve 50 into the coping 30, if determined the angle of coping 30, the mounting bracket 29 of the coping 30 by a bolt 49, the sleeve 50 Is fixed with a bolt 49, the position of the sleeve 50 is determined, and the angle of the headboard 30 is also determined. The other end of the mounting bracket 29 is fixed to the column 60 with a bolt 61.

Also in the case of coking to seam coping 30 occludes the inner seam 30a at coking receiving plate 59 (FIG. 39 (b)), then filling the caulking material 28. In this case, since there is the caulking receiving plate 59, it is possible to reliably caulk into the gap between the opposite caps 30 and 30.
