Claims (7)
- 板厚み方向にガスが通過する複数個の板状の脱臭処理用モジュールを、板面が互いに略平行となるように多段に配置したガス処理装置において、
該モジュールは、厚み方向の中間部に配置された活性炭層と、該活性炭層を両側から挟むように配置された1対の光触媒担持層と、一方の該光触媒担持層に対峙して配置された光触媒励起用光源とを備えてなり、
複数のモジュールに順次にガスを流通させるように構成されていることを特徴とするガス処理装置。 - 請求項1において、前記モジュールは風函内に配置され、かつ該風函に対し着脱可能とされていることを特徴とするガス処理装置。
- 請求項1又は2において、1個の前記モジュールの重量が20kg以下であることを特徴とするガス処理装置。
- 請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項において、各モジュールは板面を略水平にして上下多段に配置されており、最上段のモジュールの上側にモジュール洗浄用の液体を散水するための散水手段が設けられていることを特徴とするガス処理装置。
- 請求項4において、各モジュールは、前記光源がモジュールの上側となるように設置されており、
最下段の前記モジュールの下側に、活性炭層と、該活性炭層の上面に重なる光触媒担持層と、活光触媒担持層の上面に対峙して配置された、光触媒励起用光源とを備えてなるハーフモジュールが配置されていることを特徴とするガス処理装置。 - 請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項において、被処理ガスを加熱して除湿する除湿手段を備えたことを特徴とするガス処理装置。
- 請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項において、ガス処理装置のガスの出口側とガスの流入側とを連通する流路と、該出口側からのガスを該流入側に戻すように流路切り替えを行う流路切り替え手段を備えたことを特徴とするガス処理装置。
