Description

The present invention relates to a light crampon suitable for being attached to a mountain climbing shoe or the like when walking on a snowy mountain, a snowy valley or a slippery mud.

Needless to say, Aizen is used on mountaineering shoes to safely walk on snow and snow in snowy mountains. Not only severe winter mountain climbing, but also snowy low mountains, summer snowy valleys, or slipping It is effective to prevent slipping even in easy muddy roads. And although there are a lot of light crampons used for such light climbing, it is difficult to put on and take off, it is inconvenient to carry, or depending on the type of shoes It was difficult to say that a satisfactory product was provided because it had either a problem that it was impossible to wear, or it was easily shifted back and forth or left and right while walking.

Therefore, the present inventor has proposed a new light crampon (Patent Document 1) to solve these problems.
This is "in the Aizen equipped with a front plate and a heel plate, which are coupled with each other by flexible joint members, each having a plurality of spikes, and band means for attaching them to a mountain climbing shoe.
The spike is a plurality of protrusions projecting downward from both the front plate and the heel plate, each of which includes a protrusion that integrally includes a lateral misalignment prevention pin that rises above the front plate and the heel plate. And
The band means;
A rear holding band supported by a rear rising chain raised from both sides of the heel plate, the rear holding band supporting the rear portion of the shoe in a holding state;
Of the two front riser chains raised from both sides of the front plate, it is connected to the two front riser chains on one side and detachably connected to the two front riser chains on the other side. A front upper holding band of a shoe that extends from the side connected to the front rising chain to the rear and extends to the extended binding piece extended from the rear holding band on the same side. With an upper hug band,
Of each two front rising chains on both sides, a front holding chain for holding the front part of the shoe disposed between the upper part of the front rising chain on the front side,
A detachable extension piece extending symmetrically with the extension coupling piece from the front upper holding band, and detachably extending from the rear holding band to a detachable extension piece symmetrically extended with the extension coupling piece. And
And the rear holding band, the front upper holding band, the rear holding band, the extension coupling pieces of the front upper holding band, and the attachment / detachment extension pieces of the front upper holding band constituting the band means " is there.

Such light crampons are easier to put on and take off than the earlier crampons mentioned earlier, are not inconvenient to carry, and can be worn regardless of the type of climbing shoes, and in addition to walking It can be said that it is excellent without any problem of shifting back and forth or from side to side.

However, by further examination after that, when walking without removing the gale field where the snow partially disappeared, or the shrub belt or other areas where the branches of trees were complicated, the elastic material used as a band means, In view of the configuration, it has been clarified that there is no denying the possibility of damaging it due to the fact that the rubber plate must be made of a member that has been punched out.

Also, this light crampon is much easier to wear than the previous crampons, but when it is worn, it can be attached to a plurality of bands that are used for joining with the heel plate and front plate stepped on with climbing shoes. The members should be operated from the outside to the inside so that the hooks at their tips are hooked on the ring of the inside member. It turned out to be a little cumbersome to do and there was no room for improvement in terms of usability.

Therefore, the Applicant has solved the problems of the conventional light crampons as described above, can be easily and well-balanced regardless of the type of shoes, and the upper side of the shoe is firmly and firmly attached. In addition to being able to be locked, the front part of the shoe should not be tightened more than necessary, and in addition, it is securely fixed to the shoe during walking to ensure safe walking. Among them, a new light cramp has been proposed for the purpose of providing a light cramp that is easy to carry and reduces the risk of damage particularly with respect to an elastic material (Patent Document 2).

It is composed of.

As shown in FIG. 1, the intervening rings 7 and 7 are each formed of a wire-like member in a shape along the four sides of a trapezoid. The two intervening rings 7 and 7 are connected to one end of their bases respectively at the upper ends of the corresponding connecting chains 6 and 6 on the corresponding side, and to the other ends of the corresponding end portions of the locking bar members 8. It is a thing.

As shown in FIG. 1, the locking bar member 8 is a linear wire-like member, and hooks are formed at both ends thereof. A small ring member is externally engaged with a corresponding end portion of the bottom of each of the intervening rings 7, 7, and the hooks at both ends are respectively engaged with the small ring member. Are connected to the intervening rings 7 and 7 on both ends.

As shown in FIG. 1, the main belt member 12 and the sub belt member 9 have their rear ends coupled to the upper sides of the corresponding intervening rings 7 and 7, respectively. The secondary belt member 9 is a simple belt member that does not have any special accessories, and the main belt member 12 has a leading end as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 (a) and 2 (b). Is provided with a buckle member (coupling means) 11, a fastener 21 that constitutes a part of the length adjusting means is arranged in the middle, and a belt ring 22 is loosely movably packaged at another middle position. is there.

As described above, the fastener 21 is a part of the length adjusting means, but the buckle member 11 is also a part thereof. The fastener 21 is a day-shaped member as viewed from the flat or bottom surface made of a plastic material, and the buckle member 11 is also shaped like an eye when viewed from the flat or bottom surface formed from a plastic material. It is a member. As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 (a), the main belt member 12 is inserted into the gap on the rear side of the central shaft portion 21a of the fastener 21 from below and passes above the central shaft portion 21a. Inserted into the front gap from above and extended downward, extended as it is, inserted into the gap between the rear shaft portion 11a and the front shaft portion 11b of the buckle member 11 from below, and folded back at the rear shaft portion. 11a passes through the gap on the rear side of the rear shaft portion 11a from above and advances downward, and then returns to the rear on the forward belt as it is. From above, and is inserted from above into the gap on the rear side through the central shaft portion 21a, and pulled strongly backward as it is and fixed at this position. By appropriately adjusting the folding length from the buckle member 11, the length from the intervening ring 7 of the main belt member 12 to the buckle member 11 can be appropriately adjusted.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 (a) and 2 (c), the main belt member 12 and the sub belt member 9 are joined to the rear end of the intermediate ring 7 on rectangular sides joined to the rear ends. This is performed by using the connecting rings 12a and 9a having the shape along the line. Specifically, in any case of the main belt member 12 and the sub belt member 9, these and the interposition pieces 7, 7 are belts in which the upper side of the interposition ring 7 is coupled to the coupling rings 12a, 9a. The belt main body of the main belt member 12 and the sub belt member 9 is folded back so as to wrap around the upper side of the intervening ring 7 after passing through the coupling rings 12a and 9a. Combined by pulling out.

The detachable coupling between the buckle member 11 at the tip of the main belt member 12 and the tip side of the sub belt member 9 can be performed in various ways. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2 (b), the tip of the sub belt member 9 is inserted into the gap between the rear shaft portion 11a and the front shaft portion 11b of the buckle member 11 from below, And then inserted into the front gap of the front shaft portion 11b from above, extended in the front end direction below the buckle member 11, then folded back above the buckle member 11, and extended upward to the rear. The coupling is fixed in such a manner that the space between the lower part of the buckle member 11 and the main belt member 12 is pulled backward in the gap behind the shaft part 11a.

The belt ring 22 is a means for attaching the connecting piece 13 to the main belt member 12, and moves in the middle of the main belt member 12 as shown in FIGS. 1, 2A and 4. Although it is gently packaged as much as possible, in more detail, it is packaged at a portion where the belt between the tip and the fastener 21 is doubled. The belt ring 22 is formed of a tough belt material having no stretchability similar to the main belt member 12 and the sub belt member 9, and at this time, the belt 13 is formed in the attachment slit 13c of the connecting piece 13. The material is allowed to pass through, and both ends thereof are coupled, and the main belt member 12 is sheathed before the main belt member 12 and the fastener 21 and the intervening ring 7 are coupled.

As shown in FIG. 1, the connecting piece 13 is a plate-like member that is basically a quadrangle as viewed from the plane or bottom surface, and extends in a straight line toward the rear at the center, and is T at the innermost part. It has introduction slits 13b extending in the shape of both sides in the shape of characters, and includes connection slits 13a, 13a that extend forward from both ends of the innermost part of the introduction slit 13b and slightly swell toward the center at the frontmost part. The innermost side is provided with a mounting slit 13c along the inner side piece. The connecting slits 13a and 13a and the mounting slit 13c have been partially described above for convenience.

The upper holding belt 14 is constructed by using a tough belt material having no stretchability similar to the main belt member 12 and the sub belt member 9, and as described above, FIG. 1 and FIG. 3 (a). 4 (b) and FIG. 4, the belt member is arranged so as to connect between the side holding chains 16 and 16 on both sides of the front plate 1 via the retaining rings 15 and 15 on both ends. .

As shown in FIG. 3 (a) in particular, the upper holding belt 14 has one end thereof similar to the connection between the rear ends of the main belt member 12 and the sub belt member 9 and the intervening rings 7 and 7, The coupling ring 14a having a shape along a rectangular side coupled to one end is coupled to one retaining ring 15, and the other end is a quadrilateral coupling ring having a shape along two substantially square sides. 14b, 14c and the connecting belt ring 14d are used to couple to the other retaining ring 15.

As shown in FIGS. 1, 3 (c), 3 (d) and 4, the hook ring 15 is a member configured in a triangle along the side of a substantially isosceles triangle formed of a wire-like member. Both ends of the upper holding belt 14 are connected to the bottom thereof. The coupling rings 14b and 14c also serve as length adjusting means for the upper holding belt 14 as will be described later.

First, as shown in FIGS. 3A and 3C, one end of the upper holding belt 14 is one end of the upper holding belt 14 having the bottom side coupled to the coupling ring 14a. The belt main body is folded so as to wind the bottom side of the retaining ring 15, and then coupled by pulling out through the coupling ring 14a.

As shown in FIGS. 3 (a), 3 (b), and 3 (d), the other end of the upper holding belt 14 is folded after passing through the inside of the coupling rings 14b and 14c. After passing through one side of 14c, it is pulled again to pass through the inside of the inner coupling ring 14b and return to the original direction, and the other side parallel to the one side of the coupling rings 14b, 14c is pulled strongly at the same time. As a result, the coupling between the coupling rings 14b and 14c and the upper holding belt 14 is ensured. Further, as shown in FIGS. 3A, 3B, and 3D, the retaining ring 15 on the corresponding side has a connecting belt ring 14d arranged on the bottom side in an exterior state, and similarly, the coupling ring 14b, The connecting belt ring 14d is also arranged on the other side parallel to the one side of 14c so as to ensure mutual coupling between the coupling rings 14b and 14c and the retaining ring 15. In short, the coupling rings 14b and 14c and the retaining ring 15 are connected to each other by passing the corresponding side of the former and the bottom of the latter through the inside of the connecting belt ring 14d.

Further, the upper holding belt 14 is provided with a belt ring 17 as shown in FIGS. This is conveniently performed prior to coupling of the upper holding belt 14 with the retaining ring 15 and the coupling rings 14b, 14c. If it is after the bonding, the bonding with the latter bonding rings 14b and 14c is released. To release the coupling with the coupling rings 14b and 14c, the upper holding belt 14 is loosened by pushing back the belt from the coupling ring 14a side to the coupling belt ring 14d side, as shown in FIG. 3 (b). It can be easily performed by widening the distance between 14b and 14c and pulling the lower belt toward the coupling ring 14a while returning the upper belt. After that, the belt ring 17 is mounted on the upper holding belt 14.

In the introduction, how to adjust the length of the upper holding belt 14 will be described. As shown in FIG. 3 (b), if the interval between the coupling rings 14b and 14c is widened, if necessary, In the figure, the upper belt is moved to the right, the lower belt is moved to the left, the length of the upper holding belt 14 can be increased, the lower belt is moved to the right, The upper belt 14 can be shortened by moving the upper belt to the left. The coupling rings 14 b and 14 c also function as a length adjusting means for the upper holding belt 14.

The belt ring 17 is an endless belt-like member made of a tough belt material that does not stretch as in the case of the upper holding belt 14, and is configured in a state where a locking ring 18 is locked in advance. As shown in FIGS. 1, 3 (a) and 4, the locking ring 18 is engaged with the belt ring 17 by crossing the locking ring 18 with the belt ring 17. The locking ring 18 is formed of a wire-like member in an annular shape.

Further, as described above and as shown in FIGS. 1, 3 (a) and 4, the locking ring 18 is joined with the central portion of the connecting string 20 having connecting balls 19, 19 connected to both ends. The connecting string 20 is constituted by a string-like member having elastic elasticity. The connecting string 20 is folded at the center in the longitudinal direction, the center is inserted and passed through the locking ring 18, and the side of the string connecting the connecting balls 19, 19 is locked. When the corresponding part of the ring 18 is wound and pulled strongly from the outside through the inside of the U-shaped part of the central part of the connecting string 20, the vicinity of the central part of the connecting string 20 becomes the corresponding part of the locking ring 18. It will be in the state fixed by winding.

Therefore, according to the light crampons of this embodiment, it can be easily attached to the mountain climbing shoes S, and it functions effectively as an anti-slip when walking on ice and snow or on a muddy road. The connecting cord 20 is configured with a member that is not easily displaced in the front-rear or left-right direction, and that is not easily damaged, and that may be damaged when it comes into contact with an external rock or the like. Since it is located near the center of the instep and there is very little risk of such contact and damage due to this, it is possible to secure a safer walking while preventing slipping or the like. Furthermore, it is easy to remove and convenient to carry and store. In addition, it is easy to mount regardless of the size of the mountaineering shoe to which this light crampon is mounted, and when the adjustment is necessary, the length of the upper holding belt 14 can be adjusted, and it is very simple. You can adjust.

The light crampons of this embodiment are attached to the mountain climbing shoes S as follows.
Prior to mounting, the length of the joint chain 3 that joins the front plate 1 and the heel plate 2 is adjusted. This can be done by cutting longer than necessary. Further, the connecting chain 6 can be fastened with a sufficient tightening force by the connecting bars 6 and 6 on both sides and the locking bar member 8 that connects these via the intervening rings 7 and 7 to the heel portion of the mountain climbing shoe S. , 6 is set appropriately.

After adjusting in this way, as shown in FIG. 1, the front plate 1 and the heel plate 2 are placed so that the rising surfaces of the lateral displacement prevention pins 5, 5. A mountain climbing shoe S is placed thereon as shown in FIG. The figure does not show the feet of the climber wearing this, but this is for the convenience of drawing. Actually, the climbing shoe S is worn by the climber and this light crampon is worn. Do.

On the front plate 1 in the above state, a portion from the toe of the mountain climbing shoe S to the vicinity of the front of the arch is placed, and the vicinity of the buttocks is placed on the heel plate 2.
As shown in FIG. 4, at this time, the upper holding belt 14 and the side holding chains 16 and 16 on both sides connected to both ends of the upper holding belt 14 through the retaining rings 15 and 15 are lifted, and the portions surrounded by these are held. The front part of the mountain climbing shoes S is put in a charged state. When the size of the charging space is not appropriate, as described above, the length of the upper holding belt 14 is adjusted by operating the coupling rings 14b and 14c so that the size of the charging space is appropriate. Needless to say, it should be adjusted.

Next, in this state, as shown in FIG. 5, the connecting chains 6, 6 are lifted and the locking bar member 8 supported via the intervening rings 7, 7 is attached to the heel portion of the mountain climbing shoe S. On the rear side, it is arranged on the periphery (edge) S1 of the shoe sole. At this time, if there is a sufficient amount of rearward extension of the corresponding part of the peripheral edge S1 of the shoe sole portion of the mountaineering shoe S, the locking bar member 8 is locked to this, and even if this is not the case, this part If the rectangular parallelepiped buttock attachment piece is bonded and fixed to this, it is possible to replace it with locking to the peripheral edge S1 by locking to this.

Thereafter, the secondary belt member 9 coupled to the corresponding intervening ring 7 is pulled forward through the corresponding side portion of the mountain climbing shoe S, and the main belt member 12 coupled to the other corresponding intervening ring 7. Is pulled forward through the corresponding side of the climbing shoe S. In particular, as shown in FIG. 4, the main belt member 12 slightly turns the buckle member 11 at the tip of the main belt member 12 toward the front side of the ankle of the mountaineering shoe S that has extended the auxiliary belt member 9, and at this position, the buckle member 11. Is coupled to the tip of the auxiliary belt member 9. As described above, as shown in FIG. 2 (b), this coupling is performed by inserting the tip of the auxiliary belt member 9 into the gap between the rear shaft portion 11a and the front shaft portion 11b of the buckle member 11 from below. Folded forward at the top, inserted into the front gap of the front shaft portion 11b from above, extended in the front end direction below the buckle member 11, folded back above the buckle member 11, and extended upward backward Then, it is inserted into the gap behind the rear shaft portion 11a from above, and the lower portion of the buckle member 11 and the main belt member 12 are coupled in a manner of pulling backward, and the coupling is fixed.

Next, as shown in FIG. 4, after positioning and adjusting the belt ring 17 sheathed on the upper holding belt 14 so as to be positioned at the center thereof, the belt ring 17 and the locking ring 18 locked thereto are moved. Both ends of the connecting string 20 connected to the upper holding belt 14 are pulled toward the ankle side of the mountain climbing shoe S, and the respective ends thereof are coupled to the connecting pieces 13 connected to the main belt member 12 via the belt ring 22. .

The connection of the both ends of the connecting string 20 to the connecting piece 13 is performed as follows.
When both ends of the connecting string 20 are pulled and sequentially introduced into the inner part of the connecting piece 13 through the introduction slit 13b, one side is moved to the left side and the other is moved to the right side. The parts are guided to the connecting slits 13a and 13a, respectively. As shown in FIG. 4, the connecting string 20 has a connecting ball 19 formed at both ends of the connecting string 20, and these are engaged with the peripheral edges of the connecting slits 13a, 13a. Both ends of the are locked to the connecting piece 13. Prior to performing the above coupling operation, the position of the belt ring 22 attached to the main belt member 12 is adjusted so that the position of the connecting piece 13 is positioned at the center of the front part of the ankle of the mountain climbing shoe S. I shall keep it.

Thus, the mounting of the light crampons of this embodiment on the mountain climbing shoes S is completed.

In addition, when removing the light crampons of this embodiment from the mountain climbing shoes S, an operation reverse to the mounting procedure described above may be performed. First, the operation starts by removing the connecting string 20 from the connecting piece 13. The procedure is easy to operate.

The above description has been made only with respect to the mounting on the left hiking shoe S as shown in FIG. 4, but this light crampon can be used without distinction between the left and right, and the right hiking shoe S can be used. The mounting operation can be performed in the same manner as that on the left side, and can be easily mounted in the same manner.

Thus, according to the light cramp of this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, the front plate 1 and the heel plate 2 are connected to the connecting chains 6 and 6 and the intermediate ring 7 on the rear side of the ankle of the mountain climbing shoe S. The upper holding belt is supported by the locking bar member 8 that is connected via the belt 7, and on the upper side, the side holding chains 16, 16 on both sides and the hooks 15, 15 that are connected to these. 14, and by connecting the upper holding belt 14 and the main belt member 12 with the belt ring 17, the locking ring 18, the connecting string 20, the belt ring 22 and the connecting piece 13, the mountain climbing shoes can be securely connected. It is to be attached to S and can be safely and securely attached to any type of mountaineering shoes S in a simple and speedy manner.

Further, in the light crampons of this embodiment, spikes 4, 4... Protrude from the lower portions of the heel plate 2 and the front plate 1, so that the effect of preventing slippage on ice and snow and in mud can be sufficiently exhibited. Needless to say, since the lateral displacement prevention pins 5, 5... Stand up on the upper surfaces of the heel plate 2 and the front plate 1, the connecting chain 6, the locking bar member 8 and the side holding chain 16, In combination with the action of 16, there is no possibility that the heel plate 2 and the front plate 1 are displaced back and forth or left and right during walking. Therefore, walking safety can be further secured.

Further, the connecting string 20 constituting the front / rear connecting portion of the mounting means is coupled at its tip to the connecting piece 13 disposed on the back side ankle portion of the mountaineering shoe S at the time of wearing, and is attached to the upper side of the mountain climbing shoe S. Therefore, the risk of contact with the rocks of the galley where the snow disappeared, the branches of trees in the shrub belt, or the roots of the trees is reduced, and the risk of damage is very low. . Further, the auxiliary belt member 9, the main belt member 12, and the upper holding belt 14, which are other belt members, are made of a non-stretchable and extremely strong belt material. Even if there is such a case, there is no possibility of causing damage such as breakage easily, and it can be used more safely.

In addition, the light crampons of this embodiment can be easily mounted regardless of the size of the mountaineering shoes, and as described above, it is easy to adjust the length of the upper holding belt 14 even when adjustment is necessary. Can respond to it.
