【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、雪の低山、雪渓又は滑りやすい泥道を歩行する際に登山靴に取付けて使用するのに適当な簡易アイゼンに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
アイゼンは、云うまでもなく、雪山の氷雪上を安全に歩行するために登山靴に取付けて使用するものであるが、厳しい冬山登山ばかりでなく、雪の低山、夏の雪渓、或いは滑りやすい泥道でもその滑落防止のために有効である。そしてこのような軽登山で使用する簡易アイゼンには非常に多くのそれが提供されているが、いずれも、その着脱が厄介であったり、携帯に不便であったり、或いは靴の種類によっては装着が不可であったり、若しくは歩行中に前後若しくは左右にずれたりし易い等の問題のいずれかを抱えており、満足のいくものが提供されているとは言い難かった。

そこで本発明者はこれらの問題点を解決すべく新たな簡易アイゼン(特許文献1)を提案した。
これは、「相互にフレキシブルなジョイント部材で結合され、各々に複数のスパイクを備えたフロントプレート及びヒールプレートと、これらを登山靴に装着するためのバンド手段とを備えたアイゼンに於いて、
前記スパイクを、フロントプレート及びヒールプレートの双方の下方に突き出す複数の突起であって、各々の上部から、該フロントプレート及び該ヒールプレートの上方に立ち上がる横ズレ防止ピンを一体に備えた突起に構成し、
前記バンド手段を、
前記ヒールプレートの両側から各々立ち上げた後部立ち上げ鎖に支持される後部抱持バンドであって、靴の後部を抱持状態に支持する後部抱持バンドと、
前記フロントプレートの両側から各々二本ずつ立ち上げた前部立ち上げ鎖の内、一側の二つの前部立ち上げ鎖に結合し、他側の二つの前部立ち上げ鎖に着脱自在に結合する靴の前上部抱持バンドであって、その前部立ち上げ鎖と結合した側から後方に延長結合片を延長し、同じ側で前記後部抱持バンドから延長した延長結合片に結合した前上部抱持バンドと、
両側の各二つの前部立ち上げ鎖の内、前部側の前部立ち上げ鎖の上部間に配する靴前部抱え用の前部抱え鎖と、
前記前上部抱持バンドからその延長結合片と対称に延長した着脱延長片であって、前記後部抱持バンドからその延長結合片と対称に延長した着脱延長片に着脱自在に結合する着脱延長片とで構成し、
かつ前記バンド手段を構成する後部抱持バンド、前上部抱持バンド、該後部抱持バンド及び該前上部抱持バンドの各延長結合片並びに各着脱延長片を弾性材で構成した簡易アイゼン」である。

このような簡易アイゼンは、先に述べたそれ以前のアイゼンと比べれば、その着脱も簡単であり、携帯にも不都合がなく、かつ靴の種類を問わず装着可能であり、加えて歩行中に前後若しくは左右にずれたりするような問題もなく優れたものであるということができる。

しかしその後の更なる検討により、雪が部分的に消えたガレ場、或いは木の枝等が錯綜した灌木帯その他のエリアをこれを外さずに歩いた場合に、バンド手段として使用する弾性材を、その構成上、板状ゴム材を打ち抜いたような部材で構成せざるを得ない関係上、それが損傷する虞を否定し得ないことが明らかになった。

またこの簡易アイゼンは、それ以前のアイゼンと比べれば、非常に装着の容易なものではあるが、その装着に際し、登山靴でそのヒールプレート及びフロントプレートを踏んだ状態で、結合用の複数のバンド部材を外側から内側に回してそれらの各先端のフックを内側の部材のリングに掛けるように操作すべきものであるため、各バンド部材の弾力により外側又は内側に引張られがちとなり内外バランス良く装着するのがやや面倒で、使い勝手の点で若干改善の余地がない訳でもないことが分かった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、以上の従来技術の問題点を解決し、靴の種類を問わずに簡単に、かつ左右のバランス良く装着でき、更に靴の踵側上部は堅くしっかりと係止可能であるとともに、靴の前甲部は必要以上に締付けないように配慮し、加えて安全な歩行を確保するため歩行中は靴に確実に固定されるものである一方で、使用部材の内、特に弾性材について損傷の危険性を低くした、携帯にも便利な簡易アイゼンを提供することを解決の課題とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の1は、相互にフレキシブルなジョイント部材で結合され、かつ各々に複数のスパイクを備えたフロントプレート及びヒールプレートと、これらを登山靴に装着するためのバンド手段とを備えたアイゼンに於いて、
前記スパイクを、フロントプレート及びヒールプレートの双方の下方に突き出す複数の突起であって、各々の上部から、該フロントプレート及び該ヒールプレートの上方に立ち上がる横ズレ防止ピンを一体に備えた突起に構成し、
前記バンド手段を、
両端を各々前記ヒールプレートの左右側部から立ち上げ、その途中で装着する登山靴の踵上部を抱える踵上部抱持鎖であって、その途中にスライド移動自在に二つの被吊上部材を配した踵上部抱持鎖と、
両端を各々前記フロントプレートの左右前側部から立ち上げ、中間部で、装着する登山靴の爪先部分を抱えるとともに、該中間部とその両側の立ち上げ部分との各境界を被吊上部に構成した爪先部抱持鎖と、
各々前記フロントプレートの左右後側部から立ち上げ、各上端を被吊上部に構成した左右1対の側部抱持鎖と、
左右両側の前側部と後側部に各一対の吊上補助孔を開口し、装着する登山靴の前甲部に配置して使用される吊上補助片と、
係止孔及び切欠付係止孔をその上部に並設配置し、前者に後記弾性バンド紐の一方の末端の拡大部を抜け止め状態に結合し、後者に後記弾性バンド紐の他方の末端の拡大部を着脱自在に結合可能とした紐端留め片であって、その下部に切欠付係止孔を配置し、この簡易アイゼンを登山靴に装着した場合に、甲側足首部に位置して、該切欠付係止孔に、該登山靴の両側を通過する該弾性バンド紐の途中の各々を係脱自在に係合可能に構成した紐端留め片と、
保護被覆を備えた前記弾性バンド紐であって、その長さ方向中間部を前記吊上補助片の前部中央上に位置させ、その両側への延長部分の途中を各々該吊上補助片の対応する前側部の一対の吊上補助孔の前部側のそれに挿入して垂下させるとともに各々前記爪先部抱持鎖の対応する被吊上部に貫通係止させた上で各々後部側のそれに挿入して該吊上補助片上に引き出し、更に各々を該吊上補助片の対応する後側部の一対の吊上補助孔の前部側のそれに挿入して垂下させるとともに各々対応する側の前記側部抱持鎖の上端の被吊上部に貫通係止させた上で各々後部側のそれに挿入して該吊上補助片上に引き出し、かつ各々を後方に延長させ、更にそれらの中間の拡大部の後方を前記ヒールプレートの踵上部抱持鎖の途中に配した二つの被吊上部材の対応する側のそれに貫通させ、更にその一方の延長部の末端の拡大部直前を前記紐端留め片の係止孔に貫通係止させ、その一方の延長部及びその他方の延長部を、この簡易アイゼンを登山靴に装着した場合に、該登山靴の甲側足首部に回し、他方の延長部の末端の拡大部の直前を一方の延長部の末端に係止している紐端留め片の切欠付係止孔に着脱自在に結合した状態で、該登山靴の両側を通過している該弾性バンド紐の途中を各々該紐端留め片の下部に形成してある切欠付係止孔に貫通係止させ得るようにした弾性バンド紐とで構成した簡易アイゼンである。

従って本発明の1の簡易アイゼンによれば、携帯が容易であり、かつ必要な場合には登山靴に容易に着脱容易に装着できるものでもある。またその装着は、バンド手段の弾力性を必要とする構成要素として保護被覆を備えた弾性バンド紐を採用したため、確実に保持できるものともなっている。これは、該弾性バンド紐が保護被覆による保護を確保しているものであるためであり、更にはそれが紐であって外部の様々なものに接触する面積が狭く、しかもそれが登山靴への装着時にその足首や甲の上部中央のように該登山靴の中央部に配置されるように構成したものであるため、該弾性バンド紐が歩行時に雪氷の消えた岩場の岩や灌木帯の木の根等に接触してこれらによる損傷を受ける可能性が極めて低いものとなっているからである。

更に該弾性バンド紐は軽量で嵩張らない一本のフレキシブルな部材なので予備品としての携帯にも都合が良く、仮に損傷した場合でも容易に交換可能であるため一層高い実質的な安全性の向上が図れる。

また本発明の1の簡易アイゼンによれば、そのヒールプレートを登山靴の踵部の下に、フロントプレートを爪先部の下に、各々位置させ、吊上補助片を登山靴の甲の前部に載せ、その吊上補助片及びその各一対の吊上補助孔から垂下した弾性バンド紐の該当部分と被吊上部とで係止する吊上対象の前記爪先部抱持鎖等に囲まれた空間の中に後方から登山靴の爪先部を挿入し、弾性バンド紐を左右均等に前方から後方に引張り、その途中に設けた各拡大部の後方を両側の対応する被吊上部材の上部に貫通させるとともに、相互を交差させて引っ張り、両側の被吊上部材を当接させ、この状態で更に両側の弾性バンド紐を該登山靴の前方に廻し、これによって踵上部抱持鎖を登山靴の踵上部に持上げ、加えて一方の弾性バンド紐の先端拡大部が抜け止め状態に係止されている紐端留め片に、もう一方の係止されていない弾性バンド紐の先端拡大部をその上部の切欠付係止孔に係止させる。こうして弾性バンド紐の両側が左右均等に引かれて締められるため、その装着は登山靴に対してバランス良く良好に行われ得ることとなるものである。

続いて、登山靴の両側で紐端留め片の下側近傍を通過する弾性バンド紐の途中をそれぞれ中央側に引き寄せ紐端留め片の下部に配置された切欠付係止孔に貫通係合させる。これで登山靴への装着は完了であり、極めて簡単に装着操作ができるものである。

なおこの状態で弾性バンド紐の各々の足首前方の部位相互は構成上弾力的にバランスが取れているため、簡単にその係合操作を行うことができる。しかもこれにより弾性バンド紐は、登山靴の甲の上部中央及び足首周りにのみ配置されることになるため、雪の消えた岩場や木の根や灌木類の突出するような道を歩く際にもこれがそれらに引っかかる等により損傷を受ける可能性が非常に低くなるものである。

なお、前記弾性バンド紐は、その抜け止め用の拡大部の後方が、前記踵上部抱持鎖の途中に配した被吊上部材の上部を貫通することとしたため、該弾性バンド紐の後方の延長部をいくら強く引いても該拡大部より前方の部分が該被吊上部材を通過して後方に移動するようなことはない。また二つの被吊り上げ部材は、前記弾性バンド紐を、上記のように強く引いた場合に、相互が当接し合って、前記踵上部抱持鎖の中間部付近に停止状態となる。

そのため、これによって該拡大部から前方の部分が必要以上に締め付けられるようなことはなくなり、前記踵上部抱持鎖による登山靴の踵上部の抱持状態を強い締め付け状態にしようとして、該拡大部より後方の長さを短くして、足首の前方側で、その両末端を前記紐端留め片に係止したとしても、登山靴の甲側に位置する該弾性バンド紐の途中の部分がその影響を受けて強く締め付けられるような虞はない。

また本発明の1の簡易アイゼンは、前記ヒールプレート及び前記フロントプレートの下部にスパイクが突出しており、これによって氷雪上や泥道に於ける滑り止めの効果が十分発揮できるものであるのは云うまでもないが、該ヒールプレート及び該フロントプレートの上面に横ズレ防止ピンを立ち上げているので、歩行中にこれらが前後又は左右にずれるような虞がない。それ故、一層歩行の安全性が確保できる。

本発明の2は、本発明の1の簡易アイゼンに於いて、前記踵上部抱持鎖の途中にスライド移動自在に配した二つの被吊上部材を、各々その下部に設けられ前記踵上部抱持鎖を貫通させる貫通孔と、その上部に設けられ前記弾性バンド紐の各一方の途中の中間拡大部の後方を貫通させる係止孔とを備えたものに構成したものである。

従って本発明の2の簡易アイゼンによれば、二つの被吊上部材が、踵上部抱持鎖上をこれを貫通させた貫通孔によってスライド自在に移動可能となっているため、この簡易アイゼンを登山靴に装着した際に、該被吊上部材が、該登山靴の踵上部に移動して相互に当接し合うこととなり、無理なく、踵上部抱持鎖の踵上部への引き上げとその位置決めとが行われ得るものとなるものである。

本発明の3は、本発明の1又は2の簡易アイゼンに於いて、前記拡大部を、前記弾性バンド紐の該当する部位に結び部を形成し、該弾性バンド紐を係止球の貫通孔に貫通させ、その結び部を該貫通孔の大径部に嵌入させ、かつ該結び部から延長する部位を小径部から抜け出るようにして構成したものである。

従って本発明の3の簡易アイゼンによれば、前記拡大部が前記被吊上部や紐端留め片の係止孔又は切欠付係止孔に確実に係止できるものに構成できるとともに、その外観も優れたものとなる利点を有する。

本発明の4は、本発明の1、2又は3の簡易アイゼンに於いて、前記踵上部抱持鎖の両端近傍に、登山靴への装着時にその踵上部で靴底部周縁の上部に係止し得るように係止バー部材の両端を取り付けたものである。

前記係止バー部材は、登山靴の踵上部で若干周囲に突出する靴底部周縁に確実に係止すべきものである関係上、ある程度の剛性があることが必要である。そのような観点から適当な太さの金属棒等を採用することができる。例えば、真鍮やステンレススチール等の棒材を採用することができる。また該係止バー部材は、装着する登山靴の靴底部周縁の上部に於ける形状に一致する円弧状であるのが好ましいが、それほど長いものではないので、直線状であっても差し支えない。またその材質として金属部材を採用した場合は、多くの場合は、装着中に靴の後部形状になじんで対応する円弧状になってしまうので好都合である。

また前記係止バー部材は、前記のように、その両端を前記踵上部抱持鎖の両端近傍に取り付けるものであるが、両端近傍に於けるその取付位置は、前記のように、これを登山靴に装着した際に、該係止バー部材がその靴底部周縁の上部に良好に係止し得る部位である。また該踵上部抱持鎖と該係止バー部材の端部との取付は、例えば、該係止バー部材の両端部を各々フック状に加工してこれらを直接に該踵上部抱持鎖の該当部位に係止することにより、或いは該係止バー部材の両端部にS字環や鎖部材その他、必要な強度を備えた部材を結合してこれらを介して接続することにより行うことが可能である。

従って本発明の4の簡易アイゼンによれば、登山靴への装着時に、該登山靴の踵上部で靴底部周縁の上部に係止バー部材が係止することとなるため、該係止バー部材及び踵上部抱持鎖の両側部分によって、より一層確実に前記ヒールプレートが固定されることになる。そのため歩行中に該ヒールプレートが横ズレ、縦ズレ又はその他の方向へのズレを生じることがなくなり、一層安全な歩行を確保することができることとなる。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の実施の形態を、図面を参照しつつ実施例により詳細に説明する。

<実施例>
この実施例の簡易アイゼンは、図1に示すように、フロントプレート1と、ヒールプレート2と、これらを結合するジョイント鎖(ジョイント部材)3と、上記フロントプレート1及び上記ヒールプレート2に配したスパイク4、4…及び横ズレ防止ピン5、5…と、登山靴Sに装着するためのバンド手段とで構成したものである。

前記フロントプレート1は登山靴Sの爪先付近から土踏まず手前付近に配して使用されるもので、金属板材、この実施例では、ステンレススチールの板材を打ち抜いて形成したものである。図1に示すように、その内部の二個所を打ち抜き開口させて軽量化を図っている。前記ヒールプレート2は、登山靴Sの踵部の位置に配して使用されるもので、前記フロントプレート1と同様にステンレススチールの板材を打ち抜いて形成したものである。

これらのフロントプレート1及びヒールプレート2は、図1に示すように、相互を互いに近接する側の中央部分で前記ジョイント鎖3により結合している。該ジョイント鎖3の長さは、登山靴Sのサイズに合わせて適切な長さに設定しておくものとする。この長さを調節可能としても良いが、登山靴Sのサイズに合わせて数種用意しておく方が適当である。

前記バンド手段は、図1に示すように、基本的に、前記ヒールプレート2に位置して装着する登山靴Sの踵上部を抱える踵上部抱持鎖6と、該踵上部抱持鎖6の両端近傍に、登山靴Sへの装着時に靴底部S1周縁の上部に係止し得るように、その両端を取り付けた係止バー部材14と、前記フロントプレート1の前部に位置して装着する登山靴Sの爪先部分を抱える爪先部抱持鎖8と、各々前記フロントプレート1の左右後側部から立ち上げた左右1対の側部抱持鎖7、7と、左右両側の前側部と後側部に各一対の吊上補助孔を開口し、装着する登山靴Sの甲部に配置して使用される吊上補助片10と、フロントプレート1から立ち上がった爪先部抱持鎖8及び側部抱持鎖7、7を装着する登山靴Sの足先側を抱持させるべく吊上支持し、ヒールプレート2から立ち上がった踵上部抱持鎖6を吊上げつつ該登山靴Sの踵上部に抱持させ、かつ該登山靴Sの足首に回して固定する、保護被覆を備えた弾性バンド紐9と、該弾性バンド紐9の両端の結合固定のため及びこの簡易アイゼンの登山靴への装着時に、その両側を通過する弾性バンド紐9の該当する部分を該登山靴の中央ライン側に引き寄せるための紐端留め片12と、前記弾性バンド紐9で踵上部抱持鎖6を持上げるための1対の踵部吊上補助片(被吊上部材)13、13とで構成したものである。

前記踵上部抱持鎖6は、図1に示すように、その両端を各々前記ヒールプレート2の左右側部から立ち上げたもので、登山靴Sへの装着状態で、そのほぼ中央部を一対の踵部吊上補助片13、13により引き上げられ、両側の立ち上げ部分が装着した登山靴Sの踵上部を両側から抱える状態となるものである。

なお前記所定長さ分は、特に図7に示すように、登山靴Sへの装着の際にヒールプレート2を靴底部S1の下部の所定の位置に配し、かつ前記係止バー部材14を靴底部S1外縁の上部に係止させた状態の場合に於いて、該ヒールプレート2の側部から靴底部S1の外縁上部までの長さである。従って、前記係止バー部材14は、登山靴Sへの上記装着状態で、図7に示すように、その靴底部S1外縁上部に位置する踵上部抱持鎖6の各部位に前記両側の二連のリング14a、14aの外端を結合することにより、これを介して該踵上部抱持鎖6に取り付けたものである。

前記爪先部抱持鎖8は、図1及び図6に示すように、両端を各々前記フロントプレート1の左右前側部から立ち上げる立ち上げ鎖部8a、8bと、これらに連続する中間部であり、装着する登山靴Sの爪先部分を抱える爪先抱持鎖部8eと、該爪先抱持鎖部8eとその両側に連続する立ち上げ鎖部8a、8bとの各境界に配した被吊上環(被吊上部)8c、8dとで構成する。
