Description
本発明のさらなる目的は、水の存在下で、アルキル化あるいはトランスアルキル化ゾーンに供給される炭化水素供給原料ストリームからニトリルを吸着するガード床を提供することである。
本発明のさらにもう一つの目的は、炭化水素供給原料ストリームからONCを互いに協力的に吸着する、組成の異なる二つのガード床を提供することである。

Claims (11)
- 炭化水素ストリームから有機窒素化合物を分離する方法において、
炭化水素アルキル化物質と有機窒素化合物と水を含むアルキル化物質供給原料ストリーム(12,12’)を分離ゾーン(40,130)に送るステップと、
前記原料ストリームの一部を、塩基性有機窒素化合物で構成される不純物の吸着に選択性を示す吸着剤を含む不純物吸着ゾーン(46,114)に送り、原料ストリーム中に含まれる不純物を除去した後、前記分離ゾーンに送るステップと、
前記分離ゾーンから、炭化水素アルキル化物質及びニトリル類の有機窒素化合物を含む汚染炭化水素ストリーム(68,8)を回収するステップと、
前記汚染炭化水素ストリームを窒素吸着ゾーン(72,162)内で最低120℃の温度で酸性モレキュラーシーブと接触させるステップと、
前記汚染炭化水素ストリームと比較してより低い濃度のニトリル類を含む非汚染炭化水素ストリーム(10,23)を回収するステップと、
アルキル化剤並びにアルキル化物質を含む前記非汚染炭化水素ストリームの少なくとも一部を、アルキル化反応ゾーンに送り、前記アルキル化物質をアルキル化剤を用いてアルキル化触媒上でアルキル化してアルキレートをつくりだし、そして、前記アルキル化反応ゾーンから前記アルキレートを含んだ反応流出液ストリーム(18,32)を回収するステップを含み、
前記不純物吸着ゾーンと前記窒素吸着ゾーンとが、前記アルキル化反応ゾーンから離れた位置に設けられていることを特徴とする方法。 - 汚染炭化水素ストリームが芳香族化合物を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 接触が125℃を超える温度で行われることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 1重量%以下(no more than 1 wt-%)のオレフィンが汚染炭化水素ストリーム内に存在していることを特徴とする請求項1、2又は3記載の方法。
- 汚染炭化水素ストリームが少なくとも20重量ppmの水を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1、2、3又は4記載の方法。
- 不純物吸着ゾーンからの流出液がアルキル化物質供給原料ストリームであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 炭化水素ストリームから有機窒素化合物を分離する方法において、
炭化水素アルキル化物質とニトリル類を含む有機窒素化合物と少なくとも20重量ppmの水を含む汚染炭化水素ストリーム(68,8)を取り出すステップと、
前記汚染炭化水素ストリームを窒素吸着ゾーン(72,162)内で最低120℃の温度で酸性モレキュラーシーブと接触させるステップと、
前記汚染炭化水素ストリームと比較してより低い濃度のニトリル類を含む非汚染炭化水素ストリーム(10,23)を回収するステップと、
さらに炭化水素アルキル化物質と不純物を含んだ最初のアルキル化物質供給原料ストリーム(12,12’)を、不純物の吸着に選択性を示す粘土あるいは樹脂で構成される精製吸着剤を含む不純物吸着ゾーン(46,114)に送り、前記不純物吸着ゾーンから前記炭化水素アルキル化物質を含み不純物の濃度が最初のアルキル化物質供給原料ストリームと比較して低くなっている精製アルキル化物質供給原料ストリーム(48,48’)を回収するステップと、
アルキル化剤並びに前記精製アルキル化物質供給原料ストリームの少なくとも一部及び炭化水素アルキル化物質を含む前記非汚染炭化水素ストリームの少なくとも一部を、アルキル化触媒を含むアルキル化反応ゾーン(20,30)に送り、前記炭化水素アルキル化物質をアルキル化剤でアルキル化してアルキレートをつくり、前記アルキル化反応ゾーンから前記アルキレートを含む反応流出液ストリーム(18,32)を回収するステップを含み、
前記不純物吸着ゾーンと前記窒素吸着ゾーンとが前記アルキル化反応ゾーンから離れた位置に設けられていることを特徴とする方法。 - 汚染炭化水素ストリームが芳香族化合物を含むことを特徴とする請求項7記載の方法。
- 接触が125℃を超える温度で行われることを特徴とする請求項7又は8記載の方法。
- 1重量%以下(no more than 1 wt-%)のオレフィンが汚染炭化水素ストリーム内に存在していることを特徴とする請求項7、8又は9記載の方法。
- 精製アルキル化物質供給原料ストリームの少なくとも一部が汚染炭化水素ストリームであることを特徴とする請求項7記載の方法。
