Claims (10)
- 圧力センサ(204)、隔離ダイアフラム(414)とこれを支持する隔離支持ブロック(404)とを含む流体隔離部材(206,208,400)、および前記圧力センサから、前記隔離支持ブロックから突出する支持ブロック入口部(408)へ延長されている管(210,212,410)を含むセンサアッセンブリ(202)と、
前記圧力センサが収容される空洞(216)を形成し、前記センサアッセンブリ(202)を支持するモジュールハウジング(214,402)であって、円筒状の支持部材(430)を含み、該支持部材が、前記空洞へのプロセス流体の漏れに対する障壁を提供すると共に前記隔離ダイアフラムをストレスから隔離するために、接合部(406)によって前記円筒状の支持部材(430)の内周部が前記隔離支持ブロック(404)の外周部に接合されるモジュールハウジング(214,402)と、
前記モジュールハウジングの底部外面(234)に配置されており、プロセス流体を前記モジュールハウジング内のプロセス通路(236,238,436)を通じて前記流体隔離部材へ接続するねじ加工されたプロセス入口部(230,232)とを備えている圧力モジュール。 - 前記ねじ加工されたプロセス入口部の1つを取り囲む凹部と、該凹部を取り囲んでいるガスケットシーリング面(442)とを含む平面プロセス入口部(440)をさらに備えている請求項1記載の圧力モジュール。
- 前記モジュールハウジングが、前記ガスケットシーリング面を取り囲んで配置されているねじ加工された取り付け孔(254,434)をさらに備えている請求項2記載の圧力モジュール。
- 前記モジュールハウジングが、支持部材を含み、かつ、プロセス流体を収容するソケットを含む請求項1記載の圧力モジュール。
- 前記モジュールハウジングの外面に存在するねじ加工された排出孔/通孔入口部(302,304)であって、それぞれのねじ加工された排出孔/通孔入口部が排出孔/通孔通路(306,308)によって前記ソケットの一つに接続されている請求項4記載の圧力モジュール。
- 圧力センサ(204)、流体隔離部材(206,208,400)、および前記圧力センサから前記流体隔離部材へ延長されている管(210,212,410)を含むセンサアッセンブリ(202)と、
前記圧力センサが収容される空洞(216)を形成し、前記センサアッセンブリ(202)を支持するモジュールハウジング(214,402)と、
前記モジュールハウジングの底部外面(234)に配置されており、プロセス流体を前記モジュールハウジング内のプロセス通路(236,238)を通じて前記流体隔離部材へ接続するねじ加工されたプロセス入口部(230,232)と、
前記モジュールハウジングに取り付けられ、それぞれが、前記ねじ加工されたプロセス入口部の一つと前記隔離部材の一つとの間を流れるプロセス流体を制御する少なくとも2つの弁(610,612,614)と、
2つの前記流体隔離部材と前記弁間にプロセス流体が流れるのを可能にする接続部(620,622,624,628)とを備え、
前記流体隔離部材(206,208,400)が、前記空洞へのプロセス流体の漏れに対する障壁を提供するため、接合部(406)によって、その外周部が前記モジュールハウジング(214,402)内に形成される円筒状の支持部材(430)の内周部に接合される隔離支持ブロック(404)を含む圧力モジュール。 - 前記接続部が、前記モジュールハウジングに形成され、前記弁の一つが前記流体隔離部材間のプロセス流体の流れを制御する等圧弁からなる請求項6記載の圧力モジュール。
- それぞれが前記ねじ加工されたプロセス入口部の一つを取り囲んでいる凹部および各凹部を取り囲んでいるガスケットシーリング面を含んでいる平面的プロセス入口部をさらに備えている請求項6記載の圧力モジュール。
- 前記接合部が、軟ろう接合部、レーザ溶接接合部、および軟ろう接合部のグループから選択されている請求項6記載の圧力モジュール。
- 前記支持ブロック入口部(408)が、前記モジュールハウジングに及ぼされる機械的なストレスから、前記隔離支持ブロックおよび隔離ダイアフラムを隔離するために、前記モジュールハウジングから隔離される請求項1記載の圧力モジュール。
