Claims (6)
- ジグザグ状に折り返しながら周方向に伸びて環状に連結された線状部分で構成される複数の環状ユニットと、これらの環状ユニットどうしを軸方向に連結する連結部とを有するステントにおいて、前記環状ユニットの少なくとも1つは、周方向の所定位置にある前記線状部分の折り返し部から次の折り返し部に至る途中に枠状部分が設けられ、この枠状部分に連結される線状部分は、前記折り返し部の角度ができるだけ小さくなるように、前記枠状部分の対向する外周部分に接線方向からそれぞれ連結されており、X線不透過性のマーカーが前記枠状部分に嵌め込まれて固着されていることを特徴とするステント。
- 前記線状部分の折り返し部から次の折り返し部に至る途中に設けられた枠状部分は、長径及び短径を有する楕円形状をなし、前記線状部分の長さ方向にほぼ沿って長径方向が配置されている請求項1記載のステント。
- 前記マーカーを有する環状ユニットの軸方向長さは、前記マーカーを有しない環状ユニットの軸方向長さよりも、長くされている請求項1又は3記載のステント。
- 前記マーカーを有する環状ユニットは、ステントの軸方向の両端部に配置されている請求項1、3、又は6のいずれか1つに記載のステント。
- 前記マーカーを有する環状ユニットは、ステントの軸方向の中間部に配置されている請求項1、3、又は6のいずれか1つに記載のステント。
- 前記線状部分の折り返し部から次の折り返し部に至る中間部は、ステントが縮径した状態において、ほぼ平行に配列された緩やかなS字状をなしている請求項1、3、6、7又は8のいずれか1つに記載のステント。
