Claims (12)
- 自動車の少なくとも1つの車輪又は後輪の車輪操舵角を調整するための操舵装置であって、当該操舵装置が、少なくとも1つの車輪案内部材(22a;22b)を有し、前記車輪の車輪支持体が、前記車輪案内部材(22a;22b)を介して車体に連結されていて、前記車輪支持体が、車輪面に対して略平行に延びる回転軸を中心に旋回可能であり、前記車輪案内部材(22a;22b)が、前記回転軸から離間して前記車輪支持体にヒンジ結合されていて、前記車輪案内部材(22a;22b)の長さが、電動機(28;28a;28b)によって調整可能であり、前記車輪案内部材(22a;22b)に配置されたギヤ(34)が、前記電動機(28;28a;28b)の駆動軸の回転に基づいて前記車輪案内部材(22a;22b)の長さを変化させ、当該長さの変化が、前記車輪の前記車輪操舵角を変化させ、前記電動機(28;28a;28b)が、前記車体(25)に固定されていて、前記電動機(28;28a;28b)の駆動軸が、伝動要素(36;38a;38b;40)を介して前記ギヤ(34)に連結されている当該操舵装置において、
前記伝動要素(36;38a;38b;40)は、可撓性駆動軸(38a;38b)として構成されていて、前記ギヤ(34)が、ウォームギヤを有し、前記ウォームギヤのウォームが、前記伝動要素(36;38a;38b;40)によって駆動可能であることを特徴とする操舵装置。 - 前記電動機(28a;28b)は、長さ調整可能な前記車輪案内部材(22a;22b)の懸架部の領域内の前記車体(25)に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の操舵装置。
- 前記伝動要素(36;38a;38b;40)は、前記電動機(28a;28b)の前記駆動軸に駆動連結されている伝動装置であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の操舵装置。
- 前記電動機(28;28a;28b)は、長さ調整可能な前記車輪案内部材(22a;22b)から離間して配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の操舵装置。
- 前記可撓性駆動軸(38a;38b)は、ブレーキホースであることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の操舵装置。
- 前記伝動要素(36;38a;38b;40)は、歯付きベルト(40)又はVベルトであることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の操舵装置。
- 前記ウォームギヤは、自動的にロックするように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の操舵装置。
- 前記ウォームギヤは、前記車輪案内部材(22a;22b)の前記車体側の端部に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の操舵装置。
- 前記車輪案内部材(22a;22b)は、ねじスピンドル部(32)及びナット部(31)を有し、前記ねじスピンドル部(32)が、前記ナット部(31)に係合し、前記ねじスピンドル部(32)の回転が、前記車輪案内部材(22a;22b)の長さを変化させることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の操舵装置。
- 前記ウォームギヤのウォーム歯車が、前記車輪案内部材の前記ねじスピンドル部(32)に駆動連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の操舵装置。
- 左側後輪及び右側後輪を有する自動車において、
請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の操舵装置が、当該各後輪(21a;21b)に付設されていて、前記車輪案内部材(22a,22b)の長さを調整するための電動機(28a;28b)が、当該各後輪(21a;21b)に対して1つずつ設けられていて、前記電動機(28a,28b)が、伝動要素(36;38a;38b)を介して前記ギヤ(34)に連結されていることを特徴とする自動車。 - 左側後輪及び右側後輪を有する自動車において、
請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の操舵装置が、当該各後輪(21a;21b)に付設されていて、前記車輪案内部材(22a,22b)の長さを調整するための電動機(28)が、当該両後輪(21a;21b)に対して1つだけ設けられていて、前記電動機(28)が、少なくとも1つの伝動要素(38a;38b;40)を介して前記車輪案内部材(22a;22b)の前記ギヤ(34)に連結されていることを特徴とする自動車。
