Description
(1) ベース部材にシャフトを介して回転自在に枢支され、モータの駆動力を開閉体に伝達可能な伝達部材が外周面に連結される有底円筒状の出力ドラムと、前記モータからの駆動力が減速機構を介して入力され、前記駆動力が前記出力ドラムに伝達される接続状態及び伝達されない切断状態に切り替え可能なクラッチ機構とを備えた開閉体の駆動装置において、前記クラッチ機構は、電磁コイルが組み込まれて前記ベース部材に固定されるフィールドコアと、前記シャフトに回転可能に外嵌され、かつ前記フィールドコアの中央部を貫通して前記減速機構に連結されるロータと、前記出力ドラムの内径側に収容されるとともに、前記シャフトに回転かつ軸方向へ移動可能に外嵌され、前記電磁コイルへの通電時、前記ロータに磁気的に吸着される円板状のアーマチュアとを含み、前記出力ドラムは、前記出力ドラムにおける前記外周面の内側の面にあって、かつ前記円板状のアーマチュアの外周縁に対向する内周面に、前記出力ドラムの中心方向及び前記シャフトの軸方向へ向けて所定量突出する凸状のドラム側係止部を前記内周面の周方向に沿って所定の間隔をもって複数備え、前記円板状のアーマチュアは、前記アーマチュアにおける前記外周縁の周方向へ沿って、前記出力ドラムの前記内周面へ向けて前記アーマチュアの外径よりも遠心方向へ突出する凸部と、前記凸状のドラム側係止部に係合するように前記シャフトの軸方向へ貫通する切欠き状の凹部とが交互に形成されているアーマチュア側係止部を備え、前記アーマチュア側係止部の凸部を、前記アーマチュアの回転を前記出力ドラムに伝達し得るように、前記ドラム側係止部間に回転方向へがた付きがないように常時係合し、かつ前記ドラム側係止部に対して前記シャフトの軸方向へ移動可能とする。
請求項1に係わる発明によると、アーマチュア側係止部とドラム側係止部との係合による動力伝達部は、アーマチュア及び出力ドラムの回転中心から径方向へ最大限に離れた位置に設定されるため、動力伝達部における負荷の軽減が図れ、強度的に優れたものとすることができる。
(i)シャフト(10)を、出力ドラム(11)と別体で形成する、
(ii)シャフト(10)を、ダンパープレート(19)を介することなく、ウォームホイール(9)に直接連結する。
(iii)係合孔(174)を端蓋部(112)側に設け、係合片(114)をアーマチュア(17)側に設ける。
(iv)出力ドラム(11)に対するアーマチュア(17)の径方向の移動を規制する手段として、アーマチュア(17)の貫通孔(151)とシャフト(10)との嵌合寸法精度を厳しく抑えて、出力ドラム(11)に対するアーマチュア(17)の径方向の移動を規制する。これにより、係合片(114)と係合孔(174)を省略することができる。
(v)開閉体を、スライドドア(1)に代えて、バックドア、サンルーフ、または窓開閉装置等にする。

Claims (2)
- ベース部材にシャフトを介して回転自在に枢支され、モータの駆動力を開閉体に伝達可能な伝達部材が外周面に連結される有底円筒状の出力ドラムと、前記モータからの駆動力が減速機構を介して入力され、前記駆動力が前記出力ドラムに伝達される接続状態及び伝達されない切断状態に切り替え可能なクラッチ機構とを備えた開閉体の駆動装置において、
前記クラッチ機構は、電磁コイルが組み込まれて前記ベース部材に固定されるフィールドコアと、前記シャフトに回転可能に外嵌され、かつ前記フィールドコアの中央部を貫通して前記減速機構に連結されるロータと、前記出力ドラムの内径側に収容されるとともに、前記シャフトに回転かつ軸方向へ移動可能に外嵌され、前記電磁コイルへの通電時、前記ロータに磁気的に吸着される円板状のアーマチュアとを含み、
前記出力ドラムは、前記出力ドラムにおける前記外周面の内側の面にあって、かつ前記円板状のアーマチュアの外周縁に対向する内周面に、前記出力ドラムの中心方向及び前記シャフトの軸方向へ向けて所定量突出する凸状のドラム側係止部を前記内周面の周方向に沿って所定の間隔をもって複数備え、
前記円板状のアーマチュアは、前記アーマチュアにおける前記外周縁の周方向へ沿って、前記出力ドラムの前記内周面へ向けて前記アーマチュアの外径よりも遠心方向へ突出する凸部と、前記凸状のドラム側係止部に係合するように前記シャフトの軸方向へ貫通する切欠き状の凹部とが交互に形成されているアーマチュア側係止部を備え、
前記アーマチュア側係止部の凸部を、前記アーマチュアの回転を前記出力ドラムに伝達し得るように、前記ドラム側係止部間に回転方向へがた付きがないように常時係合し、かつ前記ドラム側係止部に対して前記シャフトの軸方向へ移動可能とすることを特徴とする開閉体の駆動装置。 - 互いに対向する前記出力ドラムの端蓋部内面と前記アーマチュアの側面のいずれか一方に、前記軸方向へ突出した係合片を設け、他方に前記係合片が嵌入される係合孔を設け、前記アーマチュアの前記出力ドラムに対する径方向の移動を前記係合片と前記係合孔との係合をもって規制するようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の開閉体の駆動装置。
