Claims (5)
- フライスが基準面に当接されており、フライスを収容部により係留する加工ヘッドに対して、物質のマイクロ構造のためのフライスの位置を決定する方法において、フライスの基準面に当接する位置においてフライスの軸方向移動性がこのフライスのために開放された収容部内にて加工ヘッドに対して調整され、引き続いて加工ヘッドは、基準面に対する加工ヘッドの所定距離が達成されるまで、基準面に対して移動されること、フライスの端部に円錐状の切断ヘッドが設けられており、フライスがこの円錐状の切断ヘッドにより基準面の空所の縁領域に対して当接すること、その際、空所が、所定の幅を有しているので、各円錐状の切断ヘッドの異なる勾配を有する異なるフライスに対して、一定のフライス幅が、加工すべき物質において達成されることを特徴とする方法。
- フライスが基準面に対して加工ヘッドの所定距離をもつ所望位置において収容部に力伝達的に係留されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 加工ヘッドは基準面の方向に移行し、それによって基準面に対して固定式に係留されたフライスが収容部で挿入されることを特徴とする請求項1或いは2に記載の方法。
- 収容部は基準面の上部の位置に開放されるので、フライスは重力の影響の下で基準面へまで収容部で軸方向に導かれることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- フライスはばね要素によって基準面に収容部に対して移動されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
