Claims (2)
- 溶融亜鉛を所定の流路に沿って進行させ、前記溶融亜鉛の流路内で添加物を溶融させる添加物の溶融方法であって、
前記溶融亜鉛の流路内で添加物を溶融させる工程は、
前記添加物を滞留させて前記添加物を所定の大きさ以下に溶融させる第1工程と、
前記所定の大きさ以下に溶融させた添加物を前記所定の流路に沿って進行させながら溶融させる第2工程と、を含むことを特徴とする、添加物の溶融方法。 - 請求項1に記載の添加物の溶融方法により前記添加物を溶融させた添加物含有溶融亜鉛を冷却し、亜鉛系成形体を製造することを特徴とする、亜鉛系成形体の製造方法。
