Claims (3)
- 外表面に不定形耐火物の被覆層が形成された、溶融金属の浴面に対して傾斜して浸漬される吹き込みランスと、該吹き込みランスを保持する保持部と、該保持部を昇降させる昇降装置とを備え、溶融金属中に酸素ガスまたは酸素ガスとともに精錬剤を吹き込むための精錬用吹き込みランス設備であって、前記吹き込みランスの先端部には、該吹き込みランス外径の0.5倍〜2.0倍相当の長さを有する水平部が備えられ、吹き込みランスの上端側には、鉄製羽根板の形成する平面と溶融金属浴面とのなす角度が吹き込みランスの溶融金属浴面に対する傾斜角度と同一である鉄製羽根板が備えられ、前記昇降装置には、前記鉄製羽根板を挟持して案内するための鉄製羽根板受が備えられており、前記鉄製羽根板が該鉄製羽根板受に案内されることによって前記吹き込みランスの鉛直方向の振動が抑制されることを特徴とする精錬用吹き込みランス設備。
- 前記吹き込みランスは、内管及び外管からなる2重管構造であり、内管からは酸素ガスまたは酸素ガスとともに精錬剤が吹き込まれ、内管と外管との間隙からは炭化水素系ガスが吹き込まれることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の精錬用吹き込みランス設備。
- 請求項1または請求項2に記載の精錬用吹き込みランス設備を用い、吹き込みランスを溶銑中に浸漬させ、該吹き込みランスの内管から溶銑中に酸素ガスを吹き込むとともに、内管と外管との間隙から炭化水素系ガスを吹き込んで溶銑中の珪素を酸化除去することを特徴とする、溶銑の脱珪処理方法。
