Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a sand blasting apparatus for coating ground treatment, and more particularly to an automated sand blasting apparatus for ground processing of a compressor disk of a jet engine.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Sand blasting is a process of spraying abrasive grains on the surface of metal to remove sand and scales on the surface of castings, steel, etc. for surface treatment of painting. The grain size of the abrasive grains is appropriately selected, and the abrasive grains are sprayed with compressed air of 0.5 to 0.6 MPa. Sandblasting is performed outdoors when installing on large metal surfaces such as hulls, but small blasting is performed in sealed containers.
[0003]
In recent years, a small sandblasting apparatus is often used for etching glass crafts. FIG. 2 is a front view of a small and manual sandblasting apparatus. In the figure, 1 is a sealed container, 2 is a rotary table provided in the sealed container 1 and on which a workpiece is placed, and 3 is a door for taking in and out the workpiece. May be. 4 is a viewing window for viewing the machining state, 5 is a hand insertion window for inserting both hands, holding a sandblast nozzle (not shown), and spraying abrasive grains on the workpiece, and seals so that dust does not flow outside. is doing. A
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The inventors have used such a small sandblasting device for the surface treatment to increase the adhesion of the paint such as a compressor disk of a jet engine. The disk has a diameter of 600 to 700 mm and a thickness of about 30 mm. FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the disk 7. The disk 7 is a disk-shaped article made of metal and having an annular thick part on the outer periphery, and supports the compressor blade on the outer peripheral surface.
[0005]
To sandblast the workpiece such as the disc 7, the
[0006]
In such manual sandblasting, it takes about 20 minutes to perform sandblasting on the front, back, and side (outer peripheral surface) of one disk 7, but the operator cannot keep it away. In addition, if the unevenness of the blasting process is likely to occur manually and the unevenness is visible after the process is completed, the blasting is performed again for that part.
[0007]
The present invention has been devised in view of such problems of the prior art. By automating sandblasting work, it is possible to improve the releasability of the operator and eliminate unevenness of sandblasting, thereby eliminating waste of reprocessing. An object is to provide a sandblasting apparatus.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a sandblasting apparatus of the present invention is a hermetic container, a rotary table provided in the hermetic container, on which a workpiece such as a disk is placed, and horizontally movable in the hermetic container. And a blast nozzle that blows abrasive grains and compressed air onto the workpiece, and an automatic opening / closing door for taking the workpiece into and out of the sealed container.
[0009]
Next, the operation of the present invention will be described. Open the automatic door, and place a workpiece such as a disc on the turntable. Close the automatic door, and blow out abrasive grains and air from the nozzle. The table is rotated and the nozzle is advanced to start blasting work. At that time, if the rotation speed of the rotary table is constant, the peripheral speed on the outer peripheral side is fast and the peripheral speed on the inner peripheral side is slow. Therefore, the forward speed of the nozzle in the part where the peripheral speed is high is slowed and the peripheral speed is slow. If the advance speed of the nozzles in the part is increased, uniform blasting can be performed over the entire surface of the disk. As for the relationship between the rotational speed and the nozzle forward speed, the nozzle forward speed may be constant and the rotational speed of the rotary table may be adjusted contrary to the above.
[0010]
When the blasting operation is completed, the blowing of abrasive grains and air from the nozzles is stopped and the rotation of the rotary table is stopped. The nozzle returns to the origin, the automatic door opens automatically, and the workpiece is taken out from the rotary table.
[0011]
In this way, the blasting operation is automatically performed, and can be separated during the blasting operation, so that the operator can perform other operations. In addition, since the blasting operation can be performed uniformly, waste such as reblasting can be eliminated.
[0012]

[0018]
In this way, the blasting operation is automatically performed, and can be separated during the blasting operation, so that the operator can perform other operations. In addition, since the blasting operation can be performed uniformly, waste such as reblasting can be eliminated.
[0019]
The present invention is not limited to the embodiment described above, and various modifications can be made without departing from the gist of the present invention.
[0020]
【Effect of the invention】
As described above, since the sandblasting apparatus of the present invention automates all or part of the blasting operation, it is easy for the operator to keep away. In addition, since there is no unevenness of blasting, there are excellent effects such as no waste of reblasting.
