Description
前記患者の足底圧を検出する感覚検出ユニットと、前記患者に対して所定の刺激を付与する感覚呈示ユニットと、前記感覚検出ユニットにより検出された足底圧に対応した刺激が付与されるように前記感覚呈示ユニットの動作を制御する制御ユニットとを備え、
前記感覚検出ユニットは、麻痺側の足底圧を検出可能に配置され、前記感覚呈示ユニットは、前記足底よりも感覚が良好となる体表部分に装着される、という構成を採っている。
前記感覚呈示ユニットは、前記使用者が触圧覚、振動覚及び/又は動き覚を受けるように皮膚を刺激する刺激付与装置を備え、当該刺激付与装置は、前記複数領域に対応して設けられた複数の押圧体を含み、当該押圧体は、対応する領域の足底圧の大きさに応じた強さで皮膚を刺激する、という構成を採ることが好ましい。
また、基本的な感覚の学習を行えば、理学療法士の付き添いがなくても、足底よりも感覚の良好な体表部分で受けた体性感覚情報に基づき、麻痺側の肢体の正しい動作を得る訓練を患者のみで行うことができる。従って、患者個人の自立リハビリテーションが十分に可能になり、理学療法士の付き添いによる訓練時間に制約が課されることなく、リハビリテーションに非常に有用となる。
ここで、本発明に係る歩行リハビリテーション装置を装着した片麻痺患者は、麻痺側の足底の感覚が足底よりも感覚の良好な体表部分で得られることから、片麻痺患者特有の内反接地や外反接地が改善された安定歩行のための運動イメージを取得し易くなるとともに、歩行を安定化させるための自らの体姿勢や運動パターンを調整し易くなり、転倒への恐怖心を早期に緩和できる効果が期待できる。
また、麻痺側の足底の触覚が、当該足底よりも感覚の良好な体表部分にフィードバックされるため、認知運動療法で最も本質的とされる知覚と運動の組織化を飛躍的に促進させるという効果もある。

- 歩行障害を有する患者に対して正確な歩行動作を取得するためのリハビリテーションを支援する歩行リハビリ支援装置であって、
前記患者の麻痺側の足底圧を検出する感覚検出ユニットと、前記患者の麻痺側の足底よりも感覚が良好となる体表部分に装着され、前記患者に対して所定の刺激を付与する感覚呈示ユニットと、前記感覚検出ユニットにより検出された足底圧に対応した刺激を前記体表部分に付与するように前記感覚呈示ユニットの動作を制御する制御ユニットとを備え、
前記感覚検出ユニットは、前記患者の足底における複数の領域にそれぞれ配置された圧力センサを含み、
前記感覚呈示ユニットは、前記各領域に相応する前記体表部分の各部位を刺激する刺激付与装置を含み、

前記制御ユニットは、前記圧力センサの検出結果から前記各領域における前記差分をそれぞれ求める圧力測定部と、当該圧力測定部で求められた前記各領域の前記差分に応じ、当該各領域に対応した前記各部位を刺激するように、前記刺激付与装置に動作指令する動作指令部とを備えたことを特徴とする歩行リハビリ支援装置。 - 歩行障害を有する患者に対して正確な歩行動作を取得するためのリハビリテーションを支援する歩行リハビリ支援装置であって、
前記患者の前記麻痺側及び前記非麻痺側の足底圧を検出する感覚検出ユニットと、前記患者の麻痺側の足底よりも感覚が良好となる体表部分に装着され、前記患者に対して所定の刺激を付与する感覚呈示ユニットと、前記感覚検出ユニットにより検出された足底圧に対応した刺激を前記体表部分に付与するように前記感覚呈示ユニットの動作を制御する制御ユニットとを備え、
前記感覚検出ユニットは、前記患者の足底における複数の領域にそれぞれ配置された圧力センサを含み、
前記感覚呈示ユニットは、前記各領域に相応する前記体表部分の各部位を刺激する刺激付与装置を含み、
前記制御ユニットは、前記圧力センサの検出結果から前記麻痺側及び前記非麻痺側の前記各領域における足底圧をそれぞれ求める圧力測定部と、当該圧力測定部で求められた前記各領域の足底圧に応じ、当該各領域に対応した前記各部位を刺激するように、前記刺激付与装置に動作指令する動作指令部とを備え、
前記動作指令部は、前記麻痺側の足底圧に応じて前記各部位を刺激するように、前記刺激付与装置に動作指令する通常モードと、前記非麻痺側の足底圧に応じて前記各部位を刺激するように、前記刺激付与装置に動作指令する非麻痺側刺激呈示モードとが人的操作により切り替え可能に設けられ、前記非麻痺側刺激呈示モードで教師データを作り出してから前記通常モードに切り替えることで、前記教師データを基にしたリハビリテーションを可能にすることを特徴とする歩行リハビリ支援装置。
