Description
Claims (12)
- 複数の光束(B1〜Bi)を生成する多色点光源の平面アレイと、ビームスプリッタ(11)と、屈折力が波長に依存する少なくとも1つの素子(12)と、横方向にスペクトル分離するための手段(19)と検出器マトリクスに合焦させるための手段(20)とが前置された、検出器の光路内の少なくとも1つの平面検出器マトリクス(21)と、物体を照射、かつ撮像するための計測対物レンズ(14)とを装置内に有する、物体形状または1つまたは複数の物体の形状および位置を三次元計測するための強力なクロマティック共焦点技術の方法であって、
色較正のためにスペクトル定義された基準光束が生成され、前記基準光束は前記多色点光源の前記光路内で、ならびに基準光路内で拡散し、前記検出器に通じる前記光路内で再び結合され、スペクトル分離後に基準点像として少なくともほぼ合焦されて前記検出器マトリクス(21)に到達し、この基準点像が物体光のスペクトル分析用に利用されることを特徴とする方法。 - 横方向にずれているサブマトリクス(21a、21b、21c)が、物体光をスペクトル分析するために前記基準点像を利用して前記サブマトリクス(21a、21b、21c)に特定数のピクセルを数値的に割り当てることにより、前記検出器マトリクス(21)上で数値的に画定され、これがスペクトルセルとして前記物体形状の三次元計測に利用されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記多色点光源の平面アレイが、前置された少なくとも1つの多色光源(1)ならびに少なくとも1つの格子状受動部品(8、9)を備え、前記基準光束が前記平面アレイの前記格子状受動部品(8、9)を経て、かつ前記基準光路内で拡散することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記基準点像がスペクトル基準点を表し、2つの基準点の連結によってスペクトル軸が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記検出器マトリクス上での前記スペクトル軸の角度をなした配向を指定することによって、前記スペクトル軸が各サブマトリクス(21a、21b、21c)の数値ベースでの正確なスペクトル分析を可能にする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 第1の基準光束の前記波長が前記多色点光源(B1〜Bi)のスペクトル分布の上方にあり、第2の基準光束の前記波長が前記スペクトル分布の下方にあることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 多色点光源の前記平面アレイが、前記平面検出器マトリクス(21)上の前記スペクトル軸に対して光軸を中心に鋭角(αn)だけ回転されることを特徴とする請求項4から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 複数の光束(B1〜Bi)を生成する多色点光源の平面アレイと、ビームスプリッタ(11)と、屈折力が波長に依存する少なくとも1つの素子(12)と、横方向にスペクトル分離するための手段(19)と検出器マトリクスに合焦させるための手段(20)とが前置されることによってスペクトル軸が前記平面検出器マトリクス(21)上にあるように構成された検出器の光路内の少なくとも1つの平面検出器マトリクス(21)と、物体を照射、かつ撮像するための計測対物レンズ(14)とを装置内に有する、物体形状または1つまたは複数の物体の形状および位置を三次元計測するための強力なクロマティック共焦点技術の装置であって、
スペクトル較正のために少なくとも1つのスペクトル定義された所定の基準光束が前記装置内に配置されることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記多色点光源の平面アレイが、少なくとも1つの前置された多色光源(1)、および少なくとも1つの格子状の受動部品(8、9)を備えることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの前記基準光束が前記多色点光源を一時的にスイッチオンすることができ、ほぼ単色であることを特徴とする請求項8または9に記載の装置。
- 前記平面アレイが前記スペクトル軸に対して鋭角(αn)に相対回転されて前記平面検出器マトリクス(21)上に配置され、点光源が前記検出器マトリクスの平面に投影される際に、前記点光源の連結線が前記平面でスペクトル軸、すなわちλ軸と鋭角をなすように前記回転が前記装置の光軸(OA)を中心に行われることを特徴とする請求項8から10のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 光源として前記基準光束に接続可能なレーザダイオード(3、4)が使用されることを特徴とする請求項8から11のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
