Description
チャンバと、前記チャンバ内の少なくとも1つの能動素子とを有するデバイスと、
前記チャンバ内に組織を引き込むための手段と、
前記チャンバ内に引き込んだ組織に処置を施すための手段とを備えることを特徴とする装置が提供される。
チャンバと前記チャンバ内部に少なくとも1つの能動素子とを有するデバイスを設ける過程と、
前記デバイスを目的の部位に配送する過程と、
前記チャンバ内に組織を引き込む過程と、
前記チャンバ内の少なくとも1つの能動素子を用いて、チャンバ内に引き込んだ組織に処置を施す過程と、
前記組織をチャンバから解放する過程と、
前記デバイスを引き出す過程とを含む方法が提供される。
b)開口長さ10mm、ギャップ幅4mm、深さ5mm、
c)開口長さ10mm、ギャップ幅3mm、深さ5mm、
d)開口長さ15mm、ギャップ幅5mm(電極間距離)、後壁に取り付けられた2つの温度センサ、
e)開口長さ15mm、幅5mm、第1の壁の1個の20mm電極、第2の壁の2個の5mm電極、より小型の2つの電極間の温度チップ。
Claims (35)
- 組織に予防的処置または治療処置を行うための装置であって、
チャンバと、前記チャンバ内の少なくとも1つの能動素子とを有し、前記チャンバがその中を通して組織を前記チャンバ内に真空の作用によって引き込む開口を有するデバイスと、
前記チャンバを真空源に連通するように結合するための真空ルーメンとを備え、
前記少なくとも1つの能動素子が、前記チャンバ内の組織に電気穿孔を施すための少なくとも2つの電極からなり、かつ、前記電極が前記チャンバ内に、前記電極によって印加される物理的場の強度のばらつきを最小にするように配置されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記開口が前記チャンバの一つの側面に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記開口が前記チャンバの端面に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は、前記真空ルーメンと前記チャンバとを連通させるための1以上の真空オリフィスを備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記真空源が体外に位置するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記真空ルーメンの長手軸が、前記チャンバの長手軸から径方向にオフセットされていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5の何れかの記載の装置。
- 前記デバイスが、滑らかな断面形状を画定するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6の何れかに記載の装置。
- 前記デバイスの遠位端が実質的に丸く形成されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記能動素子が導電性要素からなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8の何れかに記載の装置。
- 前記デバイスが前記チャンバ内に2つ以上の前記能動素子を有し、その少なくとも1つの前記能動素子が光学要素からなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9の何れかに記載の装置。
- 前記デバイスが前記チャンバ内に2つ以上の前記能動素子を有し、その少なくとも1つの前記能動素子が放射線源からなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至10の何れかに記載の装置。
- 前記デバイスが前記チャンバ内に2つ以上の前記能動素子を有し、その少なくとも1つの前記能動素子が超音波源からなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至11の何れかに記載の装置。
- 少なくともいくつかの前記能動素子が同一のものであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至12のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 少なくともいくつかの前記能動素子が異なるものであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至12のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの能動素子が、それに関連する治療薬を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至14の何れかに記載の装置。
- 前記能動素子が治療薬に含浸されていることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の装置。
- 前記チャンバが複数の開口を備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至16の何れかに記載の装置。
- 前記装置が少なくとも1つのセンサを備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至17の何れかに記載の装置。
- 前記センサが、処置の手順をモニタするために使用されることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の装置。
- 前記センサが前記能動素子と一体に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項18又は19に記載の装置。
- 前記デバイスが、1以上の補助的腹腔鏡デバイスを前記デバイスに結合するのを容易にするための少なくとも1つのポートを有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至20の何れかに記載の装置。
- 前記ポートが、腹腔鏡のような補助的デバイスを、任意により前記補助的デバイスを前記チャンバと位置を整合させて、前記デバイスに結合するのを容易にするように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項21に記載の装置。
- 前記補助的デバイスが、視覚情報を伝達するための内視鏡、及び/または治療薬を組織に注射するための針を備えることを特徴とする請求項21又は22に記載の装置。
- 前記デバイスが、医療器具に取り付けるために適合されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至23に記載の装置。
- 前記デバイスが、医療器具の遠位端に取り付けるために適合されていることを特徴とする請求項24に記載の装置。
- 前記医療器具が内視鏡、腹腔鏡、胸腔鏡、または尿管鏡からなることを特徴とする請求項24又は25に記載の装置。
- 前記医療器具がカテーテルからなることを特徴とする請求項24乃至26の何れかに記載の装置。
- 前記装置が、前記能動素子及び/またはセンサをコントローラと連絡した状態で接続するためのコネクタルーメンを備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至27に記載の装置。
- 前記コントローラが、体外に配置されるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項28に記載の装置。
- 請求項1乃至29の何れかに記載の装置を備える医療器具。
- 請求項1乃至29の何れかに記載の装置を備える内視鏡。
- 請求項1乃至29の何れかに記載の装置を備える腹腔鏡。
- 請求項1乃至29の何れかに記載の装置を備える胸腔鏡。
- 請求項1乃至29の何れかに記載の装置を備える尿管鏡。
- 請求項1乃至29の何れかに記載の装置を備えるカテーテル。
