Claims (5)
- 燃料油と水とをミキサで混ぜて得られた水エマルジョン燃料が循環される循環ラインと、
前記循環ラインに接続され、前記循環ラインから水エマルジョン燃料が供給される燃料入口、水エマルジョン燃料を前記循環ラインに戻すための燃料出口、前記燃料入口から供給された水エマルジョン燃料を噴射するための吐出口、及びドレン口を有する燃料噴射ポンプ装置と、
前記燃料噴射ポンプ装置の前記吐出口から噴射された水エマルジョン燃料が供給される機関本体と、
前記燃料噴射ポンプ装置の前記ドレン口から排出される水エマルジョン燃料ドレンを貯留するための水エマルジョン燃料ドレン溜タンクと、
前記水エマルジョン燃料ドレン溜タンクに貯留されている水エマルジョン燃料ドレンをドレン注入ポンプを介して前記循環ラインに戻すための戻しラインとを備えることを特徴とする水エマルジョン燃料ドレンの再利用装置付き機関システム。 - 前記戻しラインは、水エマルジョン燃料ドレンを、前記循環ラインに接続されている前記ミキサ又はこのミキサよりも上流側に戻すように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の水エマルジョン燃料ドレンの再利用装置付き機関システム。
- 前記循環ラインには、水が混合されていない通常燃料及び水エマルジョン燃料のうち所望の燃料が循環され、
前記燃料噴射ポンプ装置は、前記循環ラインを循環する水が混合されていない通常燃料又は水エマルジョン燃料を、前記機関本体に供給することができるものであり、
前記燃料噴射ポンプ装置の前記ドレン口から排出される通常燃料ドレンを貯留するための通常燃料ドレン溜タンクと、
前記燃料噴射ポンプ装置の前記ドレン口から排出される通常燃料ドレン及び水エマルジョン燃料ドレンの移送先を、前記通常燃料ドレン溜タンク及び前記水エマルジョン燃料ドレン溜タンクのうちの対応する溜タンクに切換えることができる切換え部とを更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の水エマルジョン燃料ドレンの再利用装置付き機関システム。 - 前記水エマルジョン燃料ドレン溜タンクに貯留された水エマルジョン燃料ドレンの量を検出し、当該水エマルジョン燃料ドレンの量が所定以上となったときに、前記ドレン注入ポンプを駆動させるためのドレンセンサを更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の水エマルジョン燃料ドレンの再利用装置付き機関システム。
- 前記機関本体が、ディーゼル機関本体であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の水エマルジョン燃料ドレンの再利用装置付き機関システム。
