Claims (10)
- 吸気ポートを有するエンジンと、
空気を前記エンジンの前記吸気ポートに導く固定ファンネルと、
前記固定ファンネルの吸気側に移動可能に配置され、前記固定ファンネルと共に前記空気を前記エンジンの吸気ポートに導く可動ファンネルと、
前記固定ファンネルと前記可動ファンネルとの間に配置されるシール部材と、
前記可動ファンネルと前記シール部材とを係合し、前記シール部材の脱落を抑制するとともに、前記可動ファンネルの側面に形成されるボス形状の第1凸部およびフランジ形状の第2凸部を有する第1係合部と、前記第1凸部が挿入される第1凹部および前記第2凸部が挿入される第2凹部を有するとともに前記シール部材に形成されて前記第1係合部に係合することによって前記可動ファンネルから脱落するのを抑制する第2係合部とを含む係合部とを備え、
前記シール部材は、前記可動ファンネルが前記固定ファンネルの吸気側に移動された際に、前記固定ファンネルの内壁に当接し、
前記可動ファンネルが前記固定ファンネルから離間した状態において、前記固定ファンネルから前記エンジンに空気が供給される、車両。 - 前記可動ファンネルの第1係合部は、第3凹部をさらに含み、
前記シール部材の第2係合部は、前記第3凹部が係合する第3凸部をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の車両。 - 前記固定ファンネル、前記可動ファンネルおよび前記シール部材は、円筒形状に形成され、
前記第1凹部は、前記シール部材の半径方向に対して前記所定の角度傾斜した方向に延びるように形成され、
前記ボス形状の第1凸部は、前記第1凹部の延びる方向と対応する方向に延びるように形成されている、請求項1に記載の車両。 - 前記第1凹部は、貫通孔である、請求項1に記載の車両。
- 前記エンジンは、複数の前記吸気ポートを有し、
前記固定ファンネルおよび前記可動ファンネルは、各々の前記吸気ポートに取り付けられ、
複数の前記可動ファンネルは、一体的に形成されており、
前記ボス形状の第1凸部は、前記複数の可動ファンネルが隣接する方向に対して垂直方向に延びるように形成されている、請求項1に記載の車両。 - 前記シール部材は、弾性変形可能であるとともに、厚肉部と、前記厚肉部よりも軸方向の厚みが小さい薄肉部とを含む、請求項1に記載の車両。
- 前記シール部材は、弾性変形可能であるとともに、厚肉部と、前記厚肉部よりも軸方向の厚みが小さい薄肉部とを含み、
前記厚肉部には、前記第1凹部が形成されている、請求項1に記載の車両。 - 複数の前記可動ファンネルは、軸部を介して一体的に形成されており、
前記シール部材は、弾性変形可能であるとともに、厚肉部と、前記厚肉部よりも軸方向の厚みが小さい薄肉部とを含み、
前記シール部材の薄肉部は、凹形状に形成されており、
前記薄肉部の凹形状の部分には、前記可動ファンネルの軸部の少なくとも一部が配置されている、請求項5に記載の車両。 - 前記シール部材は、異なる方向から前記固定ファンネルおよび前記可動ファンネルのいずれかに当接するシール部を含む、請求項1に記載の車両。
- 前記シール部は、
前記シール部材の軸方向と垂直方向に延びる第1シール部と、
前記シール部材の軸方向に延びるように形成される第2シール部とを含む、請求項9に記載の車両。
