Description
Claims (9)
- バスバー(3)と、自由クランプ脚部(10)が設けられる加圧スプリング(6)とを含む少なくとも1つの押し込み接続部(2)を有する接続システムであって、前記自由クランプ脚部が、凹部(8)を通過して当該凹部内で移動できるとともに、小さい断面を有するワイヤ形状導体と大きい断面を有する少なくとも1つのピン状導体とを備える異なる直径を有する導体(14〜16)と接触するために使用される、接続システムにおいて、
前記クランプ脚部(10)には、少なくとも2つの異なる加圧領域(11,13)が設けられ、これらの加圧領域が、いずれの場合にも、異なる断面を有する導体(14〜16)と接触するために使用され、
第1の曲げ領域(22)に隣接して、これと逆向きに配置された更なる曲げ領域(23)が前記クランプ脚部(10)に形成され、それにより、2つの曲げ領域(22,23)が併せてS曲線を形成することを特徴とする、接続システム。 - 前記バスバー(3)がU形状であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の接続システム。
- 前記加圧スプリング(6)が、凹部(8)を有する第1の脚部(7)を前記バスバー(3)上に載置し、それにより、ループ状の曲げ領域(9)が前記第1の脚部(7)に隣接し、前記ループ状の曲げ領域が、その自由端(11)が前記凹部(8)を通過する前記自由クランプ脚部(10)へと移行することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の接続システム。
- 前記加圧スプリングが、第1の固定脚部と、前記第1の固定脚部と隣接する自由クランプ脚部とによるV字形状であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の接続システム。
- 前記2つの加圧領域のうちの一方(11)が、前記クランプ脚部(10)の自由端(11)によって構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の接続システム。
- 第2の加圧領域(11)が、前記クランプ脚部(10)の第1の曲げ領域(22)によって構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の接続システム。
- 前記クランプ脚部(10)のための突合せ部としての機能を果たす接触突部(12)が前記バスバー(3)から曲げられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の接続システム。
- 前記凹部(8)が前記加圧スプリング(6)及び前記バスバー(3)に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の接続システム。
- 少なくとも1つの前記押し込み接続部(2)が端子台の一部として形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の接続システム。
