Description
本発明の他の目的は製品を早めに希望の温度に到達させるように温度調節効率が高い温度調節パウチパックを提供することである。

Claims (12)
- 温度調節パウチパックにおいて、
所定の反応液体と、前記反応液体と反応して所定の反応を起こす第1反応物質とを含み、前記反応液体と前記第1反応物質との中でいずれか一つを他の一つに対して隔離収容する第1パックと、
前記第1パックに対して熱を伝達可能に配置され被温度調節製品を収容する第2パックと、
前記第2パックを隔てて前記第1パックと連通可能に設けられた第3パックとを備え、
前記第1パックは前記反応液体が流出される流出口を含み、前記第3パックは前記反応液体が流入される流入口を含み、
前記第3パックは第1パックから流入された前記反応液体と反応して所定の反応を起こす第2反応物質を含むことを特徴とする温度調節パウチパック。 - 前記第2パックは前記被温度調節製品が入出可能に設けられた開口部を含み、
前記開口部は前記第2パックの下端部または側面部に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の温度調節パウチパック。 - 前記第1パックは前記反応液体を収容する反応液体袋を更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の温度調節パウチパック。
- 前記反応液体袋はその表面に、加圧により破られるテアリング部材を更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の温度調節パウチパック。
- 前記第1反応物質と前記第2反応物質とは前記反応液体が吸収可能であり、
相互に区画された複数の区画領域を含む反応物質袋に収容されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の温度調節パウチパック。 - 前記第1パックの流出口と前記第3パックの流入口とは相互に接触するように設けられ、前記反応液体が前記流出口を通じて前記流入口に直接に連通することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の温度調節パウチパック。
- 前記第1パックの流出口と前記第3パックの流入口とを相互に連結して前記反応液体を連通させる連結部材を更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の温度調節パウチパック。
- 前記第1パックの流出口と前記第3パックの流入口との周辺には前記反応液体が流動する時に気密を維持するシーリング部が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の温度調節パウチパック。
- 前記流出口と前記流入口とは前記第1パックと前記第3パックとの下部領域に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の温度調節パウチパック。
- 前記所定の反応は吸熱反応であり、前記第1反応物質と第2反応物質とはNH4NO3(アンモニウムナイトレイト)とNaOAc(ソーリウムアセテイト)との中で少なくともいずれか一つを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の温度調節パウチパック。
- 前記第1反応物質と第2反応物質とはurea(ウレア)を更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の温度調節パウチパック。
- 前記所定の反応は発熱反応であり、前記第1反応物質と第2反応物質とは金属発熱体と生石灰との中で少なくともいずれか一つを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の温度調節パウチパック。
