Description

Claims (2)
- 駆動ベルト(10)と、第1プーリ(2)および第2プーリ(3)を備えた自動車の連続可変変速機(1)において、各プーリは2つの実質的に円錐のプーリシーブ(43)を含み、プーリシーブ間で、駆動ベルト(10)は可変半径位置(Rp、Rs)で保持され、駆動ベルト(10)は横断要素(11)を備え、横断要素は駆動ベルト(10)の引張要素(12)に沿って運動できるように保持され、少なくとも変速機(1)が作動する時に横断要素の横側(16)、すなわち、フランク(16)の箇所で、横断要素は第1プーリ(2)および第2プーリ(3)のプーリシーブ(43)の間で選択的にクランプされ、横断要素(11)は傾斜縁(17)を備え、傾斜縁はフランク(16)間で延びて、一定厚さの横断要素(11)の頂部側(18)と、有効に先細りする横断要素の下側(15)との間で移行部を形成し、変速機(1)において、2つのプーリ(2、3)の内の少なくとも一方のプーリシーブ(43)の円錐表面(40)と、円錐表面と接触する駆動ベルト(10)の横断要素(11)のフランク(16)とは、半径方向へ延びる凸面湾曲部を備え、少なくとも一方のプーリシーブ(43)の凸面湾曲部とフランク(16)の凸面湾曲部は、駆動ベルト(10)の最小の可能半径位置(Rp、Rs)において、前記シーブ(43)と接触する時、接触点(P1)のフランク(16)の半径位置は、それらの間で、前記傾斜縁(17)の半径位置からスタートし、前記半径位置を含み、傾斜縁から半径方向外方へ延び、傾斜縁(17)と引張要素(12)と接触するための横断要素(11)の支持表面との間の途中で終わる半径位置内にあるように相互に適合されることを特徴とする前記変速機。
- 前記少なくとも一方のプーリシーブ(43)は、2つの前記プーリ(2、3)の内、作動中に自動車のエンジンにより直接に駆動される第1プーリ(2)に属することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の変速機。
