Description
(1)鉄筋を内部に有する水和硬化体が、少なくとも製鋼スラグと高炉スラグ微粉末とフライアッシュとを含有し、前記鉄筋が表面処理を施した炭素鋼であるとともに、水和硬化体における製鋼スラグの含有量が1927kg/m 3 以上であり、フライアッシュの含有量が90〜150kg/m3 であり、高炉スラグ微粉末の含有量が100〜600kg/m 3 であり、前記製鋼スラグに含有されるCaOとSiO 2 の質量比CaO/SiO 2 が1以上3以下であり、MgO含有量が1.5mass%以上2.4mass%以下であることを特徴とする耐塩害性に優れた鉄筋を有する水和硬化体。
(2)かぶりが20mm以上であることを特徴とする(1)に記載の耐塩害性に優れた鉄筋を有する水和硬化体。
(3)鉄筋の長さ方向に垂直な断面において水和硬化体の面積に対する前記鉄筋の面積率が0.2〜10%であることを特徴とする(1)または(2)に記載の耐塩害性に優れた鉄筋を有する水和硬化体。
(4)水和硬化体が、さらにアルカリ土類金属の酸化物、水酸化物、ポルトランドセメント、高炉セメント、シリカセメント、フライアッシュセメント、エコセメントから選ばれる1種または2種以上を含有することを特徴とする(1)ないし(3)のいずれかに記載の耐塩害性に優れた鉄筋を有する水和硬化体。
(5)炭素鋼の表面処理が、燐酸鉄処理、燐酸亜鉛処理、燐酸亜鉛カルシウム処理、亜鉛めっきのいずれかであることを特徴とする(1)ないし(4)のいずれかに記載の耐塩害性に優れた鉄筋を有する水和硬化体。
Claims (5)
- 鉄筋を内部に有する水和硬化体が、少なくとも製鋼スラグと高炉スラグ微粉末とフライアッシュとを含有し、前記鉄筋が表面処理を施した炭素鋼であるとともに、水和硬化体における製鋼スラグの含有量が1927kg/m 3 以上であり、フライアッシュの含有量が90〜150kg/m3 であり、高炉スラグ微粉末の含有量が100〜600kg/m 3 であり、前記製鋼スラグに含有されるCaOとSiO 2 の質量比CaO/SiO 2 が1以上3以下であり、MgO含有量が1.5mass%以上2.4mass%以下であることを特徴とする耐塩害性に優れた鉄筋を有する水和硬化体。
- かぶりが20mm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の耐塩害性に優れた鉄筋を有する水和硬化体。

- 炭素鋼の表面処理が、燐酸鉄処理、燐酸亜鉛処理、燐酸亜鉛カルシウム処理、亜鉛めっきのいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれかに記載の耐塩害性に優れた鉄筋を有する水和硬化体。
