Claims (6)
- 電子装置のハウジング構造体であって、前記電子装置を外部装置と接続可能にする電気コネクタ(14)が設けられた導電性ハウジング壁(12)を含み、
前記電気コネクタ(14)は、コネクタハウジング(20,26)と、内部に配置された複数のプラグコンタクト(22)と、を含み、
前記プラグコンタクト(22)は、前記ハウジングの外部からアクセス可能であり、
前記コネクタ(14)と前記ハウジングの内部との電気的接続は、前記ハウジング壁(12)を貫通する複数の電導部材(24)によって形成され、
コネクタハウジング(20,26)は、妨害放射を減少させる導電性エンクロージャを形成し、
前記導電部材(24)のそれぞれは、前記ハウジング壁(12)に別々に設けられた複数の貫通穴(28)の1つを貫通し、
前記導電部材(24)は、
少なくとも前記ハウジング壁(12)を貫通する領域において、
少なくともいくつかの前記貫通穴(28)に電気絶縁性を与える、前記導電部材(24)と前記貫通穴(28)のエッジ部との間のそれぞれのエッジ間空隙内に延びる材料からなる成形体(30)によって設けられている電気絶縁体を含んでいる、ハウジング構造体。 - 請求項1において、
コンピュータ装置に使用される、ハウジング構造体。 - 請求項1または2において、
前記プラグコンタクト(22)は、接続ピンとして設計されている、ハウジング構造体。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれかにおいて、
前記ハウジング壁(12)に設けられた前記貫通穴(28)のそれぞれは、実質的に円形の断面を有する、ハウジング構造体。 - 請求項1ないし4のいずれかにおいて、
前記導電部材(24)は、少なくとも前記ハウジング壁(12)を貫通する領域において直線的なピン部として設計されている、ハウジング構造体。 - 電子装置のハウジング構造体の形成方法であって、
互いに隣接する複数の貫通穴(28)を有する導電性ハウジング壁(12)を準備する工程と、
前記電子装置を外部装置と接続可能にし、妨害放射を減少させる導電性エンクロージャを形成するコネクタハウジング(20,26)と、内部に収容された複数のプラグコンタクト(22)とを含む電気コネクタ(14)を、前記プラグコンタクト(22)が前記ハウジング壁(12)の外部からアクセスできるように前記ハウジング壁(12)に設ける工程と、
前記コネクタ(14)と前記ハウジングの内部との電気的接続を、前記ハウジング壁(12)を貫通する複数の電導部材(24)によって形成し、前記導電部材(24)のそれぞれが、前記ハウジング壁(12)に別々に設けられた複数の貫通穴(28)の1つを貫通する工程と、
前記導電部材(24)に対して、
少なくとも前記ハウジング壁(12)を貫通する領域において、
少なくともいくつかの前記貫通穴(28)に電気絶縁性を与える、前記導電部材(24)と前記貫通穴(28)のエッジ部との間のそれぞれのエッジ間空隙内に延びる材料からなる成形体(30)によって設けられる電気絶縁体を与える工程と、を含む方法。
